No response when claiming refund! Misleading "supported models" listing!

I bought the game "Sims Pets 2" from the site, because the mobile model it was supposed to run on, Samsung Star II GT-S5260, was listed under supported models.

When I tried to download the game on the phone in question, it said that the model was not supported. I have send a message to the company, but there are no responses! I feel I have been cheated !
