I was happy with my new electric toothbrush but it has broken now and Philips say the supplier should replace it. However 7 days after logging the case on their website and getting an automatic reply I've heard nothing. The 0845 number quoted on the site is not working and the whole thing is starting to look like a lost cause.
Placed an order (order number is available if required) on Saturday 12th December since then the money was taken from my bank account straight away the goods have not arrived and ALL the contact numbers are no longer recognised ...This company trades as several different ones notably Dentalmania
Am guessing my money is gone for good but be warned anyone else who tryies to buy from this bunch of rip off merchants
I placed an order for my iphone accessories which show as in stock, received an email to say they were out of stock and they would advise of its status. Ten days later with 2 unanswered emails I'm still no wiser and would never deal with an unprofessional company such as this outfit again. I shall examine my credit card bill with interest!!!
I found their price very competiive when searching for a Dental Water Jet. Since they seemed to have a relatively large P&P charge (perhaps because the water jet weighs over 1kg) I also ordered some toothbrush heads which were less competitively priced. These come in packs of two. Imagine my surprise when they arrived and the packs of two had been increased to packs of THREE with no additional charge.
The items arrived in just over one working day, too. Well done MobilePlace!
The only odd thing about MobilePlace's service was that the package arrived with almost no information about who had sent it except for a very hard to find credit card sized slip. This, in a flyspeck sized font, did have CAPSTA's and Mobileplace's names on it. I think you could advertise your excellent service better and leave something for customers to keep you in mind.
