I made an order in October and have recieved nothing. I have emailed asking for updates and have received nothing other than automated email replies. I have opened a dispute through PayPal. If this doesn't produce a full refund I am seriously considering making a complaint to the Police as taking my money and not supplying what I have ordered amounts to theft in my view
Order made in the website a and was never received, tried to contact them to enquire about the status of the order via email and phone and NOTHING. All you get are automated emails and no one replies back or contact you.
NO REPLIES, worst customer service ever.
Basically the take your money before the order is shipped and it is never shipped.
The take your money an they walk away.
I am having a terrible experience with momo. I bought an item which wasn't suitable, contacted them for information on how to return it, never received a response and so followed the instructions I found on their website as best I could. The item eventually came back to me as the address I had returned it to was obviously wrong, I tried repeatedly to phone the numbers on the website and they didn't work, wrote a letter of complaint to another address found on the website which was again returned to sender and have also emailed at least 15 times. During this time I had only one response which was totally unsatisfactory, all other emails have been ignored.
Can't believe these guys are still in business - was actually thinking about buying another item from them so relieved I didn't.
