Not the most helpful company once thev,ve got you to sign up.
Not at all helpful when you have a problem and when trying to pay off the debt they take ages to get back to you. They dont keep you informed of how much of your money is actually being paid to your creditors. When you have paid it off you have to constantly ask for the final paperwork to be sent to you. However they are very quick at setting everything up at the beginning.

We are unable to discuss specific cases in a public forum but based on your comments, we are very pleased to have helped you clear your debts, although we are sorry to hear your disappointment regarding updates and a delay regarding the final paperwork. In regards to completion paperwork, on average it takes creditors at least 4 weeks to close everything down. Following that, there are several stages our end so it can take up to 3-6 months for you to receive the final paperwork. Apologies to you for having to make several phone calls to chase this but glad everything is now sorted out.

Couldn't have done it without their help!
Fantastic support from all staff that I dealt with. Even on months when I could not make payment on time, they were very understanding, patient and supportive. Always let me know what was going on, made sure everything was ok every step of the way. What they managed to do in relation to negotiating with my creditors, truly saved our home, my family and health. As a single parent, I thought I was at the end of a very black financial hole, and they took me out of it.
I would not hesitate to work with them again. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

reliable, helpful, highly recomended
regular contact, reduced my payments alot and help pay off all debts early, i was reluctant to join any company with my debt but they made it painless and i trusted them, would highly recomend if you want to get your finances in order!

life savers
before i contacted money debt and credit didn't know what i was going to do next . that one phone call changed my life in every possible way. they handled everything with care and sympathy and everything was put into place and followed through to the end. everyone i spoke to were more than helpful and if ok to say Gemini the lady who managed my account was spot on . also Steve who settled my account did everything possible and now i am as they debt free. hope this helps anyone who is thinking of contacting money debt and credit as i most definitely recommend them to help you change your life as they did mine.

Prompt and Efficient Service
I was having some real issues with my finances. After a call to MDC I was able to set up a payment plan which allowed me to find my feet with money once more.
I am now in a position where my debts have been paid off and I can look forward to building a bright future without the stress and worry that being in debt brought.
