Terrible Quality
Everything we buy from Monsoon or Accessorize seems to be of an inferior quality. Much cheaper high street copies would appear to be of a comparable quality and infinately cheaper. I don't mind paying what something is worth, ie, good quality, higher price tag. However, Monsoon seems to have the high price tag but poor quality. Don't think I will be venturing through their doors again. Have only given them 2 stars because 1 star implies that the staff were rude which I haven't found them to be.

Prefekt
Jeg fik adressen af en sælger fra deres butik i bruuns galleri da jeg ledte efter en kjole til en brudepige (barn) og da de ingen havde i de str i butikken måtte jeg kigge der inde, og fandt os den mest prefekte jeg skulle have, den tog 10 dage fra jeg havde bestilt den til den kom, helt prefekt stand og det hele så ingen ting at klage over der.
Er mere en tilfreds med det køb og bliver helt sikkert kunde igen en anden gang..
de har de sødeste ting til børn.
Its a very very good place to do shopping! also if you are not from UK, im from Denmark and it was 10 days from "i add't to bag , to i got it."

Really bad quality and when you want to return (WITH RECIEPT) you can't
I have never owned anything from Accessorize, that didn't break within the period of which you can get the money back if you have the reciept. I always keep reciepts, so last week I went to return the last broken item: earrings.
Only to be told that the rule doesnt apply to jewellery. GREAT, since thats the whole shop! My friend once bought sandals that fell apart (!!!) after usage of two times!
I am done shopping there.

Lovely children's and women's clothes - mens not so great.
Lovely clothes for children and women, if a little overpriced.

Love their style
I love this shop, they have great quality clothes in exciting fabrics and colours. Usually try to shop in the sales when you can get great bargains. Staff are very helpful polite and bend over backwards to help you. All in all a very good shopping experience and now have rewards card which always helps

Expensive but unique looks
If I had a bigger fashion budget, I'd shop more at Monsoon. I am not sure their goods warrant the pricing model they employ.

Beautiful clothes, high quality
This website has all your Monsoon favourites and home delivery, returns etc. As well as clothing there is a homeware section and an accessory section. If you have a wedding or somewhere special to go the line of top end clothing is really beautiful. Items are generously discounted in sales too so you can really grab a bargain.

Delivery superfast
Fast delivery but the website didn't work in places - and the pictures were not the same colour as the clothes I received.
