customer communication needs improvement, overall good website!
I placed an order and decided to cancel same day, monster beds contacted me to assuring Saturday delivery which it doesn't say on website. I was told payment will take 30 days to be refunded, I have since then sent 3 emails that hasn't even been responded too neither an cancellation confirmation sent despite contacting them via phone to request a cancellation email. In they end i did receive a call confirming the cancellation, would be better if this is communicated quicker to reassure customer. Overall appreciate that company acknowledged my concerns, products and prices are competitive, will definitely try again! Hopefully it will be better experience.
