I Love my Mini Cards!

A few weeks ago I asked for someone's business card and they handed me a mini moo card! I was totally excited and couldn't wait to get home and order my own. I received them today and they are so beautiful! They came much faster than the predicted time. I can't wait for someone to ask me for my business card so I can whip out my little mini card holder on my keychain! I ordered some other cards and some for my sons business! Oo la la! What a totally innovative idea to impress customers and show them that I'm a "moo"ver and a shaker. Trying to think of new ones to order! What a perfect gift. Thank you thank you thank you!

Delighted with the quality of my luxe cards, had an American Psycho moment last night with people pouring over the heavy stock! Customer service is superb too, really helped me out when I was cutting it fine placing my order. You guys rock!

Small card, Bold statement.

Moo business cards make a bold statement from the moment you see them, and even more so after you pick one up. You know your holding a quality business card when you pick up a card printed by Moo. They aren't flimsy and cheap like VistaPrint..and trust me I've dealt with both. Not to mention, my cards from Moo came in 3 days early. Can't argue with that! Terrible quality print!

Absolutely rubbish service. Had to complain to get cards reprinted as first lot were sent with no quality check first, had there been quality checks they would have spotted the fact that they were wonky and had most of the design cut off each side.

second replacement batch sent out no better! told what do you expect for the price? go pay high quality printers if you require better print- stay away unless you want stress and crap work!

Fabulous quality, excellent customer service - Outstanding!

I needed a quick set of business cards to see me through the launch of my new business and to be honest, I have no idea how I landed on the MOO web site, but certainly grateful I did.
From getting to the page to create my own design through to delivery, I have to say, it was so quick and easy, particularly for a techno phobic as myself. The entire process was straight forward.

When my cards arrived (3 days early BTW) I was struck by the quality of the cards themselves, the packaging and the sample pack! Wow, very very impressed and very cleverly done I might add.

You have a customer for life and have already referred you to others!

A Cut Above The Rest

The design process was very easy but what impressed me the most was service. MOO always kept me up to date with my order which then came earlier than expected.

The quality of the cards are superb and have caught the eyes of some leading people in my Industry all ready. I will definitely be recommending MOO to everyone I meet.

Moo was recommended to by someone else who said that if I was willing to spend a little more money (really, only a little) I would get an excellent product from MOO as well as great customer service.

I was able to easily use their online system and design my cards. I ordered my cards with a rush on them. I was given the expected date they would be finished. The cards arrived 5 days prior to the expected day!

To top it off, the cards look stunning. They are definitely going to be noticed and have an appeal you don't see often.

Amazing products and tons of choices!

I just received my first order of Moo cards. I opted for the MiniCards this time, and not only are they a memorable and new product, but they are beautifully printed on quality cardstock. I chose to use my own design, but I am constantly inspired by all of the beautiful stock designs at Moo.com, so I think I will have many versions of my business cards soon.

Astounding quality AND customer service

First of all, the quality of their business cards and their offering is stellar. I always get complimented on how nice my cards look. They leave my hands like cupcakes!

I had a minor issue with one of my orders for business cards. Somehow, I have no idea how, a random email address was printed on the front of one of my business cards. I contacted (email) MOO right away and within hours, I received an answer from Kayla who was very apologetic and had already issued an order to reprint my cards.

Now that is customer service that makes you return. Very highly recommended.

MOO offers the best customer service. It so nice, efficient and friendly that you love to spend money on their quality products. I even did a mistake with cropping my cards, they reprinted them for free and corrected my error. Such service is rare these days in a price competitive world. I come back every time. Their luxe cards are the best of the best, their packaging are like an Apple product, and delivery is fast (even to a none EU country). Highly recommended...!!

This is the first time I've ordered personal business cards from Moo.com. It was easy to order, the design options were varied and creative. I received the cards well in advance of the dates they promised. At the first business meeting after receiving the cards, the comments ranged from "these are beautiful cards" to "these are the most creative cards I've ever seen." I will order all my personal cards from Moo.com in the future. A wonderful product!

I started off ordering my freelance business cards here utilizing the free set first and I have to say since ordering I have received countless compliments on the quality and uniqueness of the rounded edges! My business cards had some discolouration, so I contacted Moo asking for a replacement pack, they replied the very next day saying a replacement pack was being printed. Then I cheekily asked if I could change the design, and they were happy to!

I have just discovered Moo.com, and it has been a pleasant surprise. My orders arrived across Europe extremely quickly, and the quality of paper, printing and packaging were all higher than expected. But most of all I was impressed by the service, an automatic email keeps you informed at every step of the process. I had made a mistake in the colour settings of my order, but the customer service was fast, attentive, efficient and quick to resolve my problem. On the whole I am a very satisfied customer.

MOO doesn't just DO - You'll love it TOO

I made rather a large error when I specified my cards from MOO and I didn't really know it was my fault until I emailed the Support Team. They would have been quite within their rights to wash their hands of it - but they didn't.
They helped, asked me to start again and gave me a code for the checkout which meant I did not have to pay again. Now that's customer care with bells on!
I now have beautiful Luxe business cards. But that's not the end of the story, I have to say a word about the packaging. The cards come in a beautiful little box which has magnetic closing and looks good sitting on my desk and the packaging that the card box comes in is a feat of engineering in itself. I can't bear to put it in the recycling box...

Quick-thinking and incredibly service-minded

I have used MOO cards for several years now and recommend them regularly to friends. People are quite impressed at the quality of the cards.
Yesterday, I realized I had to stock up on new cards for some upcoming events. I made a mistake on my order and contacted the service desk right away. I was prepared to hear them say the mistake was mine and I couldn't get help, so when Angela told me that she would fix the problem anyway, I was amazed. The fine service was completely unexpected. Angela in customer service went out of her way to help me. Very impressive. Hurrah for MOO!

Flawless product and customer service

I have purchased regular size business cards, mini cards, and stickers from MOO and have loved all of them. From simple design to printed photos, they are all flawless. I did have one batch of white business cards where a few had black smudges on them (looked to come from the roller on the machine). I emailed them about the problem and they promptly replied and replaced the entire set of cards, although I was just asking for the few to be replaced.

Quick feedback, very fun packaging and easy website. Love everything about them.

Customer Service in a Flash with Excellent Branding

This company really does everything right. Fair prices, creative design, out of this world customer service. I used a pre-designed template for all 3 of my orders but I understood the process very clearly for creating my own from scratch and I will be back once I'm out to make my own. Telephone support was answered and resolved in under 5 minutes with the outcome being an absolutely perfect order. One of the designers even looked at my cards to put some finishing touches into it so color palates would match. Great. Just Great!

Great product, service and website

I designed some business cards on the website, and it was really easy to do and there were loads of helpful hints and plenty of options. It took about 30 minutes to design them, about 3 minutes to pay for them and then they came about 5 days before the estimated delivery date.

Exemplary company! Would recommend in a flash.

Absolutely amazing short-run printer option with great quality and service.

I've been a big fan of Moo for their business cards because of the option to use so many different images for one side. With a talented photographer husband, we would have never been able to choose one image to represent the scope of things he does. Same goes for other clients of mine, especially as they generally need a shorter run, rather than 1000 cards.

But my huge, HUGE love of Moo is because of their postcards. My mom lives alone on the other side of the country, and she doesn't like computers, so emailing isn't an option. So a few years ago, while I was taking much too long to sort through my wedding photos for the book, I decided to take my top 20 photos and make them into postcards to mail to her every few days to tide her over. She LOVED it. Since then I've been choosing various photos I know she'd like or shots of her doggies I've taken while visiting, and still mail her Moo postcards randomly. I address and stamp them when I get the initial delivery, so all I have to do is pick one, write a quick note and mail it off.

It brightens her day and makes her smile. And any company that can help me make my mom happy is awesome! :)

I'll Buy More from Moo

I can't believe that I received one of my orders nearly a WEEK early!

I used to think that printing from home was good enough for years until someone handed me a nice card and I handed them a homemade one. My credentials are solid, but my card certainly didn't reflect that.

I'd tried VistaPrint in the past, which was a disaster -- horrible quality/crooked cuts. Yet they have nice (deceptive) TV ads. Shame. So I didn't know where to go next until I saw a Moo ad online. I was impressed by the marketing and high quality samples as well as the ability to call and TALK with a human. That's rare in customer service lately.

I submitted two custom-designed orders -- one for personal cards and one business. Their instructions for using custom designs walked me through the process.

The business cards (classic, square) I designed look just as I'd imagined them and better! I love the soft, silk-like feel and sturdiness.

The personal cards (Luxe, square) were too dark, but that's my fault because I designed them. However, they offered to re-print my re-design at no cost! No problem. Wow.

Side note on the Luxe -- despite getting the samples, I am not sure I prefer the Luxe over the classic. They're a bit heavy/thick and may be too much for people to hold. They will however stand out. They're not easy to bend and toss out. I guess there are pros and cons. I may change my mind after the re-print.

Bottom line? Now I'm really anxious to hand my cards out. I won't be embarrassed by flimsy homemade cards anymore. And if anyone gives me a homemade card, I'll direct them to Moo.com

Disappointed

As a new business owner I was thrilled to have Moo.Com recommended to me and promptly ordered the Facebook cards they advertised. I certainly do understand that they are free cards although was very disappointed with the quality of the photo that they chose to use. It was so dark you could hardly see that the picture was my store front. I have had free cards from Vista Print that I was able to edit before ordering and the resulting quality was a much better product.

Great quality AND customer service

I recently ordered some business cards for an upcoming event, the quality or the cards and paper were great except for the orientation of the one landscape design I created. I assumed the card would be flipped horizontally not vertically, so that card design came back upside down (turns out it was my own fault for not seeing the orientation selection during the order.) They contacted me first thing the next business day and fixed my order free of charge! Stephanie S. helped show me how to order correctly next time and was super sweet to me even though I was the one who messed the order up. Couldn't be happier with MOO, already recommended to my friends!

I'm not seduced by the nice packaging etc!

Yes the packaging is nice, and their prices are low, but you get what you pay for as the actual product is of poor quality.
I tested Moo out with my business cards, and the quality of print was terrible, with a pink tinge on half of them and the image was not crisp.
I will not use them again and will continue to pay more to get a better quality from other companies!

Love Moo

It's a bit odd to have strong feelings for a business card but the ones from moo are so cool its impossible not to get excited by them. I recently started my own business selling my own photographic prints and cards. All my customers comment on how cool my business cards are so it makes me think maybe they will hang onto them just that little bit longer. On the one occasion I had a small issue with some of the cards moo fixed it straight away and even exceeded my expectations. Thanks moo and keep up the good work!
