MOO went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Wow - what can I say. I had a set of business cards and a set of mini cards printed, and thought they had printed a little darker than expected, as I had not used the 'enhance image' feature. As this was my first MOO order, the customer service team contacted me to ask for feedback. I mentioned the darker than expected printing. Less than 24 hours later I received an email saying they were going to reprint both sets of cards for me. These were shipped to me (I live in Barbados) within record time (and no additional charges).
I feel like MOO have gone above and beyond what was expected, and not only valued my feedback, but went the extra mile to rectify the situation.
Well done MOO!
Will definitely use you for printing, again!

Absolutely fantastic!
I've ordered business cards from another online supplier and been disappointed. After a lot of research I decided to use Moo - and I've never been happier with an end result like this at an affordable price.
Brilliant business cards at very high quality and I could easily adapt and change my design on the website.
I definitely recommend using Moo and will be using them in the future for my business from now on.

Fantastic Customer Service - can't fault it!!
I made some mistakes with my design, and immediately (without me having to get in touch) offered me a free of charge replacement set. Not only this, but the lady was very helpful and offered to upload my design for me, as I was finding it complicated. She then sent it express delivery to me, so id get them a.s.a.p. This was the best customer service I've ever come across!

Absolutely Fabulous Business Cards
I was amazed by the quality of the new business cards I received and also by the customer service from Moo. Every question I asked before ordering was answered quickly and efficiently, and the after sales care was also brilliant.
I know my new cards are going to be the talk of the island when I get there! (I'm a wedding planner in Crete, Greece and have photographs of venues for weddings on the back of the cards).
I will, and already have, recommended Moo to many people.
If you want to be remembered, I'd highly recommend using the Moo cards, everyone that sees my new cards all love them!

Overwhelmed by Quality
My first order was exceptional. The print quality of the graphic illustrations and photo images was superb, much more than I had expected. I have numerous clients who have asked if I can design business cards for them. The printing of them gave me concern. No longer. Now that I have seen the quality of the printing process used by Moo, I know where I can get products printed. If you want truly brilliant, sharp printing of images, illustrations, graphics, etc., recommend you use the CMYK color profile vs. RGB color profile.

High quality product and responsive customer service.
My business cards were delivered yesterday and I practically ran home to go look at them. They're so beautiful! I had been wanting letterpress business cards for a long time because of their high quality, but couldn't swallow the $400 price tag. The luxe business cards answered that issue right away. They're so high quality and everything I was hoping for.
Also, little moo was an awesome idea. Obviously it's just an automated email, but I still liked thinking that there was this little moo bot helping me with my order. Customer service was helpful and kept me updated every step of the way.

Professional, beautiful company that makes you feel special!
This is the letter I took the time to write to Moo after my first experience with them yesterday.....
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for my cards, and while there was a fumble in the order(card holder missing), I can tell you that I was immensely impressed by your total quality attention.
Even the customer service agent on the phone was amazingly friendly and diffused the problem (i needed the card holder for thus morning ... for an important career fair).
Being a former business owner and a 3rd year Supply Chain Management student, I can say that everything from product value, online design, packaging, lead times, and customer service was exemplary. Most importantly, I thought that the cards were beautiful and looked professional. My only fault was that I didn't order personal cards for my wife and I (as a household).
I really found the entire process effortless and enjoyed the experience. I have actually repackaged everything in the box, from the ribbon to the presentation of the cards so that I can show it to my professor and peers in my Quality Mangement class on Tuesday morning.
Thank you for reminding me that quality and customer service still exists as such a fantastic level.

Amazing business cards that I can't wait to give out!
Having been in the printing industry for 27 years, I've just started my own business and decided to buy Moo's Luxe business and Mini card range. I can honestly say that these are the best cards on the market and worth every penny! The whole experience has been great - helpful website, easy to communicate, I knew exactly where my order was, they delivered a day early and WOW it was like Christmas when they arrived! The packaging is exceptional and my business cards will make exactly the impression that I desire - professional, high quality and robust. I highly recommend the QR code creator - I've used this on the reverse of my cards, which customers can scan on their smartphone and BOOM, digital business card straight into their contacts! Go on, spoil yourself with these cards. I love MOO!

Not just ordering cards, it's a whole experience
MOO is not just a product or a service, it is an experience.
MOO pays so much attention to designing, not just the website and the product, but also the packaging, adding extras (like the business cards box with markers "theirs" and "mine" to separate your own business cards from the ones you might receive).
Also the way they communicate is like communicating with friends, not business versus customer.
I wish more companies would deliver such products, in the way MOO does.

E-mail to customer service accompanying order to request pickup from Moo and immediate response from customer service agent Tara Valletta who:
- grasped situation and arranged pick-up notification - which came within 12 hours
- re-credited delivery charge to my account
- responded in a friendly, informal but highly efficient manner
10 out of 5 stars for MOO - that's the best experience i've had purchasing something online and the best customer service i've had in the UK - period

Moo products and service are simply outstanding!

These are the "Cadillac" of business cards and every detail right down to the packaging was exceptional... They even arrived a week early!

Quality product, good service.
I ordered "Green" business cards on a standard delivery. The cards arrived very quickly and were nicely packaged. The quality is great and the artwork looks professional. They offer good value for money (even without the discount I got via one of their partners). Highly recommended.

Quick, Courteous and Hassle Free Customer Service! Very impressed.
We were ordering 1000 greeting cards for business purposes. I received a preliminary price quote from the website and when I went back the next day to finalize the order, the price had increased significantly. I called Moo and they explained to me that there had been a sale which ended the day before. I was immediately connected to a supervisor, who understood my issue and, without argument, provided me with a code that not only matched but exceeded the previous day's discount.
The cards were shipped quickly and adequately boxed to protect the cardstock. However, the image we had uploaded did not look the way we thought it would in print. I entered a customer service request on the website and was contacted by Angela at Moo within hours. She offered me the choice of a free reprint or a refund. Due to timing issues we requested a refund. She immediately provided me with a printable pre-paid shipping label and promised a full refund as soon as Moo received the cards.
It is so rare to receive this level of service. It is awesome that Moo provides their employees with the tools to solve problems and make customers happy, without making them jump through a bunch of hoops and speak to 3 or 4 escalating levels of authority. I was totally amazed. Consider me a fan!

Brilliant Service
We are a first time customer. We placed an order and it came to us with some problems. We emailed Moo and got a response and resolution the same day. Without hesitation (or at our request), they placed a new reprint. It just came in yesterday (quick turnaround) -- and it ROCKS! The prints are flawless! The paper stock is outstanding and the ink is rich. We've been through a few printers, Moo is definitely the best out there in our experience. Moo is the new go-to place for all of our printing needs.

Completely Fantastical
I have been using Moo for the past year doing all kinds of services. AMAZEBALLS!!!!
I just received my first batch of moo minicards in the mail and my day is made. Who would've thought that a little box of business cards could bring a real smile to someone's face!? The cute referral cards? the tiny dividers?? The card that says "Yay! You're our new best friend"??? Haha Your branding is epic!! I love these cards!
