Absolutely fantastic service I ordered at 1pm and it arrived next day!! Excellent quality and print of the personalised photo cards. Definitely recommend to anyone. My colleague also ordered on the same day at 3.30pm and received it the next day. Can not fault. Thank you Moonpig :)
Have used Moonpig for many years, quality of the cards / print always excellent & never had a problem with their product...however the lead times quoted over time has worsened...next day never seems to be next day and they always blame Royal Mail...the post....but if the common lead time is 2 - 3 days from order placement it should be stated. I purchase cards well in advance and have to allow for this...but even then cards often arrive late. If it wasn't for the card quality, I would purchase elsewhere.
I have had a few problems with Moonpig before but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered a 'well done' card and a small teddy bear for my mum on Wednesday 5th March for first class delivery, the next day it said 'order sent'. I understood that it may not come on Thursday 6th but I expected it to come at least by Saturday. It did not. I rang Moonpig on Friday and Saturday. On the Saturday the woman said that it is still within the 1-3 days that the website states, and it was dispatched on 5th but it was now up to Royal Mail. She told me to call back on Monday 10th if it had still not arrived and she would refund. I rang back yesterday, I was told they do not do refunds and instead of 1-3 days it was now apparently 4 days that it should have arrived in. She said she would call me back around 11AM today, but would not refund but credit my account... apparently this MUST have been what the woman before said (pretty sure I can remember what she said). I have still not received the phone call or the delivery. They are very quick to take your money, but do not accept responsibility and will not give your money back! Disgusting.
I have been getting my families cards for a while from Moonpig. When I introduced a friend I was proud and we ordered a few cards but a mistake happened, so I rang number on screen and was kept waitiing for 39 minutes in the end I gave up and tried, yes tried to send an email complaint. I rang again but still no answer, so I have now decided I shall find a company with a bit more customer service.
While the cards at moonpig are of good quality the flowers on the other hand are not. My partner has spent so much money on flowers from moonpig and they have turned up half dead every time. I had done everything I was suppose to, to keep them fresh and alive but when they come as bad as they do that's a little difficult. I have now forbidden my patner and all my friends to ever buy flowers from here.
I have used Moonpig for the past couple of years and they have never failed to get the cards to my friends and family on time. The card stock (and even envelopes) are of the highest quality - couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you Moonpig!!
I have sent all my cards from Moonpigs wide choice of cards since 2007. It takes away all the stress of standing in a shop to decide on a card. taking it home to write, buying a stamp and posting it. It can all be done in the comfort of my home from the wide choice of cards that Moonpig have and more importantly - all my family and friends receive their cards on time.
I have used Moonpig for a few years now. Cards are always high quality and I love the fact I can order in advance to take advantage of special offers. Especially good, if like me, birthdays are clustered - I can order a few at a time and spread the cost.
For those who complain that cards have not arrived on time, you do understand that once the card leaves Moonpig, it is the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver it don't you? Moonpig do not actually push it through your door on their way home from the office?
When working full time I can't always pop to the shops for a card but in the evening I can scroll through the huge choice of cards and add photos and personalise to my hearts' content. A life saver! My only problem is which card to choose! I have read comments of bad service but I have always experienced good service. The cards have always been delivered on time and my friends and family have always been delighted to receive them.
On Wednesday I odered and paid for my granddaughter's birthday card thinking it would arrive by Saturday for her birthday on Sunday. WRONG. No card arrived so now have to rush out to buy one. This is the second consecutive time Moonpig have let me down. There won't be a third!
I ordered a photo card and small crate of ale for my fathers birthday, didn't turn up on his birthday, although ordered 7 days before his birthday. I have tried on several occasions to track the Parcel via DPD, unfortunately, to no avail. I feel that I have been let down by Moonpig. I did also email the company on the 4th of March, and again no response. I would definitely advise people to strongly consider using this company. What a shame as on the face of it - appeared to fit exactly what I require as my Father lives some 150 miles from me, and i would have used them for other relatives future presents. :-((
Have used Moonpig for a few years....cards always arrived on time and are a good quality...just ordered another so hope I'm not tempting fate by saying that :) haven't had cause to use the customer service up to now so can't comment on how efficient they are....think the search option was better on the old site...if you search for a certain card eg son, age and so forth.. it doesn't really come up with what you asked for...but apart from that cannot fault the site.
I love moonpig! They are super reliable and that's such a key thing when sending cards and gifts to friends and family. the printing of the cards always looks fab which is also lovely.I always have a very positive experience ordering from moonpig :) thank you for being brilliant!
