love the concept but a bit over priced...

moonpig is a great idea, I love the idea of being able to personalise greetings cards... only downside is the postage costs... other companies include postage in the cost of the service and the price per card is the same!!!

Easy web site to use. Cards are really good quality and fun. Easy to set up an account, extra credit if you deposit £20 normally.

Bought flowers form here a while back and they turned up half dead and looked nothing like they did on the picture but luckily I got a refund. If youre buying cards from here then its a great site I suppose.

A lifesaver

Last minute forgotten birthdays anniversaries - Moonpig have saved my bacon - excellent product, reasonable price and extremely reliable.

Brilliant

Have used Moonpig 6-7 times recently. Cannot fault them. You get a good selection of cards, which are customisable, and are not very expensive. What more could you want

Over the moon

Highly recommend moonpig, I have sent flowers on a number of occasions from moonpig, and received excellent feedback from recipients. I order all my cards for birthdays ect every month, and I know moonpig will handle it all for me, so that's one thing in my life I have to worry about.

worst online card company

This is the worst online company I have dealt with. The messed up the a very important day for my girlfriend with no remorse even though they messed up my pre-paid order entirely

Loving it, supper easy!

Must shop with moonpig to celebrate those special days. you can even add birthday reminders and pre create cards and save them till you need them, and if you order a framed card and like mine it arrived broken then they are more than just helpfula and so polite in sending another out to be with you next day, no fuss. thats what i call service.

Good to have as a back up

Moonpig is expensive, but very handy to have a little money in there for times when you just dont have time to time to shop for a card and post it. I keep £20 in there for this purpose. I would recomend this, also their reminder service is very good.

Good choice and assured deliveries on time

I now send all my occasion cards via Moonpig as I know they will reach people on time. I usually pay a sum in advance to get an extra fiver's worth of credit. Very good company and good old fashioned customer service ethics.

They are fantastic, never been sold anything other than quality and they always put a smile on the face of the recipient would highly recommend ;)

Why can't people just write a card?

Received a card from moon pig the other day and thought to myself how impersonal it is having a typed message. What is wrong with hand writing out a nice message?

Just like to thank the guys at Moonpig, living in Spain it's hard to source good quality cards. Moonpig takes all the hard work out of sending the family birthday and greeting cards. Great service.

I send almost every card through moonpig. So much more user friendly than other card sites. Ok so it's more expensive but they're better quality.
Plus I'd trust my money with a pig over a pigeon any day :)

This site has saved my bacon a few times. They have always delivered bang on target. If you put a lump sum into your account you get a discount. Lots of cards to choose from for every occasion. Takes all the hassle out of standing in Clintons trying to find just the right card.

What a great site I us Moon-Pig as it's really got me out of a lot trouble when I forgotten to send a card to my family!

It was my sister’s birthday the other day and I completely forgot and Moon-Pig saved the day.

I'm sure I'm not alone on this, it's so easy to lose track of everyone’s birthday especially when you're busy. I'm just so glad that there are companies like Moon-Pig to help you out and get the card to its destination on time.

Delivery Slow from Channel Islands

Ordered a card from moonpig (I usually use Hallmark but they don't have octonauts cards). The image on the card is nowhere near as sharp / photographic quality as Hallmark. Delivery took longer than I had expected because it was sent from the Channel Islands. Price similar / slightly higher than Hallmark and with VAT avoidance (Channel Islands) will not be using again.

very disappointing

Mothers day delivery from my family in Australia,did not arrive,when followed up by the family was told order had not even been processed,when eventually delivered 4 days late ,flowers were appeared to have been picked too early,so died without ever having opened,no card at all! a balloon which had not been ordered,& had happy mothers day stamped on it!
Compensation for this debarcle was £10 ,!

very good customer service

I purchased some flowers for my wife, they were half dying when i received them.
Contacted moonpih, sent photo of said flowers.
they immediately recompensated for these.

Sadly losing style

Initially loved Moonpig, but now find the cards are much the same, with the personalisation very predictable. Find myself using it less
