When searching the site I decided upon a nice bunch of flowers, it did however not offer a delivery option for the 30th March so instead I opted for another bunch not as lovely as the first (but still nice) to gain that delivery choice- So why were they then delivered on the 29th not the 30th? I even paid extra to get a Mother's Day Delivery- please don't give the option if you can't fulfil it. Also disappointed with the standard of flowers, for the price it was not what I expected.
Never ever order from moonpig to be delivered on a special day!! Ordered delivery for Mother's Day, paid the extra but it turned up on the mothers doorstep today. Total and utter useless company and I'll never be ordering again for such a special day
Paid through my nose for Special Saturday delivery ready for mothers day. Nothing arrived. Same happened last year also but I gave them another try as I didn't believe it could happen again. Useless, 1 star out of 5 is 1 to much.
Paid £6.50 for mother'sday delivery on 30 march and they were delivered on 29 march. Totally unsuitable. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Back to interflora who actually deliver on mothers day. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MOONPIG FLOWERS. NEVER AGAIN.
ORDERED MOTHERS DAY CARD ON THE 26TH MARCH FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY WITH A CUDDLY TOY IT IS NOW THE 29TH MARCH NO CARD NO CUDDLY TOY I HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR 18 MINUTES 29 SECOND AND STILL ON HOLD I GIVE THEM NO STARS BUT IT PROBABLY NOT EXCEPT THAT
Ordered on a Tuesday for Thursday. No flowers arrived, I tried calling ( I'm calling from overseas) but was on hold for so long I hung up, so I emailed but have not had a reply. The status of my order now says on Sat morning, there is a problem with my delivery. However no phone call or email and now I can't speak to anyone until Monday. Not happy as this was for Mother's Day.
Paid extra to get flowers delivered on mothers day and they were delivered today and also the flowers were very poor quality. For the amount I paid i expected to be giving this a 5 star rating. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
sent my mother some flowers, they were not as description and half dead, emailed moonpig immediately with full contact details and have had no response, now i have to buy some more/ false economy and terrible customer service
I ordered a flower box from moonpig. This was the first time ever that I had made a flower purchase online. I thought this would be the easier way of getting some nicely arranged and unique flowers. However, when they came today, a day before mother's day, on opening the package, I found that the flowers inside were tipped onto one side - the stand/protective box around it did not help. I didn't think it would be a problem but as I took the box out to sort the flowers out, I found that a whole bunch of buds (still needed to bloom) had completely come off and were at 5he bottom oft he box. I am so disappointed and will next time buy flowers for anyone from Asda or Morrisons as I will know what i am buying and their quality is so much better - plus they have a variety of price ranges to choose from - not like moonpig, where the cheapest only just starts from £20/£30. On the plus side, the free card was amazing but only considering that it was free, if I had paid, I would be very disappointed.
I've used Moonpig for years - never been let down. What's more, if there is a problem, you get straight through to some really intelligent sounding person (none of that 'your-call-is-important-to-us-so-much-that-you-can-wait-10-minutes' rubbish). The 20% pre-pay is a great idea so you can always send a last-minute card even if you don't have your cards with you.
I've used moonpig ever since I moved abroad and it's been amazing! I send a lot of cards and to this day I've never had a problem. There's a huge choice of cards and presents and most of them are very reasonable priced. 5/5 for me
After having a really bad experience with [External Reference], I decided to give Moonpig a go. After all I'd never had a bad experience when purchasing cards. What could possibly go wrong when purchasing flowers? Ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday 27th March but non materialised. Contacted customer services, finally got through after holding for twenty minutes. Spoke to the assistant, only to be told that they were unable to track the delivery therefore they were assumed lost in transit. I was then asked to choose an alternative bouquet to the same value because my initial choice had sold out. They assured me that they would arrive sometime on Sunday, so fingers crossed. No offer of an upgrade for the inconvenience but at least customer services were contactable and approachable unlike [External Reference].
Moonpig has been invaluable for me. I live in Spain and there is a very limited choice of cards here, and if you do find one, it then involves a trip to post office, high prices and no guarantee it will arrive on time. Since discovering Moonpig, have found some great cards which can be personalised, and they always arrive on time and the recipients genuinely like them because they are individual.
Have ordered flowers as well, which take a bit longer, but again have received really good reports from those who have received. The initial setting up of account takes a while, but once done, everything is easy as long as you remember your password.
Well done Moonpig. Fabulous service.... Great cards... and will continue to use for birthdays, mothers days, etc, etc.
I ordered a heat and reveal mug and was surprised with poor quality of print and mug in general. Given the fact that moonpig still charges a premium price, I was disappointed. Otherwise moonpig has been good with postage etc
