Saved my skin

Im never the best at remembering birthdays and this came back to bite me! Reminded the day before the big day. Stuck in the office so unable to get out and buy one in the day meaning I would have been late with no decent excuse. These guys however save my bacon! please excuse the pun.

First stop for card deliveries

The customisable cards for about the same price as high street makes it an idea choice.

Had a couple of cards arrive late around bank holidays even with most expensive delivery hence the 4 stars. Order a few days early and you'll be fine.

Disgusting

Husband got two lots one for valentines day flowers dead within two days card all bent shoved in bottom of box and water sack leaked all over card


Second lot sent for anniversary sent on wrong day card all wet on bottom of flowers, flowers nothing like picture not right amount, stems mouldy and broken, folage more than flowers roses half dead and brown

Customer service waste of time wants photos, sent them, said brown petals on roses is protective cover!!!!!!!!! Need to pull them off OMG

A good range of cards and the convenience to post overseas

I have used the service mostly to post cards overseas as this has saved money and guaranteed the arrival time. I have been pleased with the range and the cards have always turned up when expected.

Poor Service

I ordered truffles a dozen roses and a card for my wife for our aniversary. The card is fine, however the truffles did not even arrive and the flowers were of a poor standard and looked nothing like the picture on the website, you could have got a better bunch of roses for less at the supermarket!
So I emailed to complain and they neglected to get back to me, so a week later I have to ring them and complain and they tell me that the flowers my wife recieved are absolutley fine, however I managed to get the girl on the phone to agree that they looked nothing like the picture on the website.
So in summary poor communication and poor products - if you want flowers sent go to interflora at least then you know you are getting quality.

disappointing

I received flowers from service personal oversees - very sparse and several leaves and stems were covered in dust. I myself ordered a birthday card using own photo and the end product was blurred and feint. Will not use them again.

Great Customer Service

I had one card not delivered and Moonpig apologised and immediately sent the same card free of charge, no arguments.

Great fun & variety with deadlines met 100%

The cards are brilliant and offer so much individuality. For that special occasion I would not consider anything else

Quick Delivery & Nice Cards

I know there are a lot of sites like moonpig now but I still think its the best. I can just about forgive the annoying jungle because their selection of cards is great and the site is easy to use and always delivers what I need!

They offer an amazing choice of cards. The website is easy to use and everyone has loved the cards I sent them.

A card can be found for just about any occasion.

I wanted an unusal card for my Cousin (we always try to outdo each other with regard to cards on our birthdays). I found just what I wanted on Moonpig. Excellent service. I ordered the day before her Birthday and it arrived promptly the next day. She was very inmpressed and has used the site since. Thankyou Moonpig, you save the day on numerous occasions!

ordred roses and a card on 8th feb 2012 paid for them on 10th feb never arrived until 15th feb 2012 there website is still saying to many emails and will get to all soon no one is answering phones bloody poor service ..... i will never used again.

Ordered car for Valentines Day which did not arrive. Emailed customer services to receive an email a day later :-

"Thank you for contacting us here at Moonpig. I am sorry to say that due to the unprecedented amount of emails and calls over the past few days, we have been unable to personally respond to your email in the usual amount of time.

We are doing everything we can to work through the emails, and we will reply to all the emails we have received".

So they should get more staff! customer services should be there when needed.

Good service, choice can be limited

Always received an excellent service. Find the prices aren't cheap, but what you would expect to pay for a personalised service. Can find the site a little difficult to navigate at times in order to find the perfect card.

Only good things to say

Have used Moonpig many times and have never had any problems.
Their service is normally fast and cards are a great quality

Never order flowers through moonpig

Was very disappointed by the flowers i received from my boyfriend through moon pig! They arrived on time (the only good part of this review) but had petals falling off, black/dead petals and some were squashed! The day before i had got my boyfriend a £1 bunch of flowers as a bit of fun and they looked much better than the £30 bunch!!! Even other people thought the £1 flowers were the moon pig ones! My boyfriend felt ashamed even though it wasn’t his fault and was as disgusted as me. We ended up driving to the local supermarket (local being 20 miles away) because he felt so bad about them arriving in the condition they were in and wanted to get me a proper bunch. We have taken date and time stamped photos for proof and emailed a complaint and are waiting to hear back from moon pig. The only thing we will except is a full refund and will even send their pathetic flowers back as they are not as described or fit for purpose!

Thing only had to come from the Channel Islands. Took 4 days!!

Was quite happy with the service however...

I chose to shop with funky pigeon because the I prefered a certain card for this particular occasion. Will still consider looking at moonpig though when it comes to needing cards. Have made one purchase with moon pig so far and was very happy with the service. They were very efficient.
