We purchased a 10-seater rattan garden set from Morale and the service by telephone was excellent, along with follow-up. However we had some problems with delivery which appear not to be the fault of Morale but with the delivery company. The goods arrived but with only 1 person the were expecting assistance from the delivery address, but only my wife was in and was unable to help. Re-delivery was arranged with 2 persons, but when it arrived there was only 1 person again. Fortunately I was at home and was able to help the driver to offload.
I bought an Alcira garden set. I had seen it on Firstfurniture website which included seat cushions but unknowingly bought it over the phone from Morale, whose web offer, at exactly the same price, didn't include cushions. Probably a mistake by both parties.
My gripe is that I've spoken to 2 different 'customer care' people, both of whom promised to call back and neither of whom did. Our discussions were perfectly amicable & I feel badly let down by this lack of response.
Ordered a patio set which was very well priced. Was under the impression it was in stock so was a bit disappointed when the status didn't move from awaiting shipment. Emailed a few times and didn't get a reply. Tried contacting through the website and still no reply. Eventually phoned and was given an update. Overall very impressed with product and delivery was speedy once dispatched. They do need to work on communication though. Would recommend and use again though!
As the original order proved not to be available in full, I received a timely and positive call to establish the options, choose one and had it delivered as promised, with a call from the driver, again as promised, a short time before the delivery.

Many thanks for the great set-up. Typically, it's England, so it's raining, but when we get that hour or two of summer this year, we'll be straight out there in our lighter jackets soaking up the sun!

Pleased with Hammock three seater swing I purchased. The only thing was the colour was nothing like the picture on the net. It was shown as cream and it actually gold with
brown piping. Also the cover I ordered was to short for the swing that is a nuisance. Fortunately I did not find the colour too bad and can live with it. The quality was fine.
I ordered a small outdoor table, but it was delivered slightly damaged. I telephoned the company and sent them a photo of the damaged table, and they answered my correspondence immediately and organised a replacement. No problems with second table, and is good quality.
It is a good idea to check post and packaging, as I thought this was free, but because I live on the Isle of Wight there was a charge of £15.00 for delivery. I understand other Islands may also pick up a charge, so I would advise you check.

The original suite that I ordered had been discontinued and I was offered a more expensive sofa suite at the same price as my original order. Deliver was efficient and on schedule. The furniture was fully assembled which was great. The only slight reservation that I have is that the colure of the cushions are a few shades darker than I would have liked. The cushions on the photograph on the website appeared to be cream but when they arrived I would describe them more as a beige or light coffee colour. I am pleased with the colour of the plastic ratten which is a rich chocolate brown and exactly what I wanted.
Good web site. Helpful customer care. Acurate tracking proceedure for delivery. Product good quality,exactly as shown and described. Everything was as Morale Garden Furniture outlined. What more can you expect?
Having previously been let down my another company I rang to ensure item was in stock. When this was confirmed I placed my order with a very polite young man on 04.02.13. The web site gave the anticipated delivery time as 5 to 7 days. After 14 days I checked the site and this showed the order status as "awaiting delivery" A few days later as the status remained the same I emailed with no response and then tried the "we can call you service" which despite several attempts refused to work. I then called on 23.02.13 and was advised that enquiries would be made. I was subsequently contacted on 26.02.13 and was told that the item was no longer available and my money would be refunded.
The item I purchased was out of stock but I was not informed. The cost of the item was removed from my account even though you were aware that you could not supply what I had ordered. I am. not impressed with your service.
Garden table and chairs set ordered ordered Saturday, arrived a.m. the following Friday, by special request ahead of the normal delivery timescale.

Bought a garden seat in the Sale. On arrival it was wrapped only in bubble wrap. E mails prior to delivery went to lengths to advise that items must be signed for as damaged if not inspected. Glad I did as left hand legs were bent and joint was cracked. Also required to advise within 24 hours of delivery if any issues. Did this on a Saturday and told that it would be dealt with on Monday. Rang on Monday to be told the query was with the warehouse. I didn't really want another shoddy delivery but a refund was refused. No communication about when the replacement was to be delivered. We were left to dispose of the damaged seat - it wasn't taken back. Both seats arrived covered in a fine powder like soot. When washed this turned into a thick black liquid. Not a great experience all round
I had a completely unacceptable experience when ordering from Morale Garden Furniture. I placed on order which had said to be available on their on-line shop. Morale Garden Furniture then collected payment for this item (which was costly.) I monitored the order, which went from In Process to Ready for Shipment. After over a week of sitting in this stage, I phone Morale Garden Furniture to inquire about the order. I was first told that someone was busy and they would call me back. Upon calling back, I was put onto a lengthy hold. I was then told the item was no longer in stock and would likely be available again in 3 months time. I had to inform the women who was on the phone that Morale Garden Furniture had already deducted payment and it had been three weeks without any response. Long story short, I had to ask them for my money back....so that I can order from someplace that is a little more organised!!

Tried to buy a planter from there - all paid for etc and over a week later no sign to say it had been shipped (which they promised to tell) so I emailed and was told someone would get back to me - which they didn't., I re-sent the email a couple of days later and was again told someone would get back to me... still nothing. I sent one last very fed up mail then got a notification I'd had my money refunded. while Im happy to have my money back without a fight I really just wanted the planter and some form of communication from them! no apology, nothing. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my elderly mother and so I had nothing to give on the day. Will never shop there again.
