my transaction with morale garden furniture was actually a cancellation of an inappropriate order - Often it is impossible to cancel with a company when you realise immediately that that the product is not correct after all. Morale where very quick to respond and cancelled my order with no fuss at all - Odd recommendation I know but sign of efficient company/
Placed an order 2 weeks before i required it. Noted when placing order it was needed by a certain date. Had to chase by email twice and by phone three times. Luckily order arrived just in time and very happy with product. Good quality and great price, just let down a bit by lack of updates etc.
Excellent in all respects.
An excellent service from this company, the goods I ordered where as advertised (not a copy) and arrived within two days of my ordering, I will certainly use this company again when I need any further goods.
Placed order and received immediate acknowledgement which was all good. I ordered a brazier for my husband's birthday, to be from our children who were very excited about it. Order placed over a week ahead of requirement on 30 Aug. By 3 Sept it appeared my order hasn't been dispatched so I emailed enquiring. I had a response next day saying if I gave me the order no and they would check immediately. Thereafter I heard nothing so emailed again. No response to my email and no telephone number on the site to enable me to ring. The night before my husbands birthday I had a message on my phone saying that delivery wasn't free to me and they hadn't dispatched my brazier. I rang back and queried how the site had processed my order with free delivery and how it had taken over a week to let me know. I was told I should have read the smallprint in the delivery section (why would I even look as my order had been processed with free delivery?). No responsibility was taken by them for the muck up and the word 'sorry' never passed the sales person's lips. After a week and a half of waiting, I cancelled the order. Totally inefficent, disorganised and disappointing experience.
I placed an order for an outdoor dining set on 23rd of August. On the website it said the item was In stock and available for next day delivery. As it was a bank holiday weekend I waited until the following Wednesday to contact Morale to find out why my table and chairs hadn't arrived. The person I spoke to was clueless, putting me on hold for over ten minutesbbefore saying they would need to call me back. They didn't call me back so I rang them. Eventually I was told that the item was out of stock and they didn't know if I wanted to go ahead with the order. When I asked why no one had contacted me to tell me it was out if stock they just apologised and said they understood. They then said they would place an order directly with the supplier and I should hear the following Monday or Tuesday.
I didn't hear so I called again on the Tuesday only to be met by the same hopeless customer service. After several calls and a threat to cancel the order I was finally given a delivery date of Thursday. However when the delivery company rang they said Friday an I had to argue my case to get the promised Thursday delivery.
When the table and chairs arrived two of the places where the screws should go we're bent and so didn't match up. It took some brute force and a nut spinner to get the screws in to hold the table together. There were also two bolt covers missing.
I found Morale on the Top Cashback website however I am yet to receive the £23.99 cashback that my purchase shoud have generated and, on the strength of their appalling customer service, I don't hold out much hope of ever seeing it.
A shoddy company with appalling customer service and sub-standard products. I will never use them again!
Too slow! No sign of goods yet after 3 weeks, no communication. Birthday present disaster!
Sorry Morale but not good enough.
Bought my glider seat after seeing my friends and remarking how comfortable it was. It sits in my garden and my friends come and relax with me and they will be coming back . I am very pleased and more comfortable than other seats I have sat on.
Ordered a BBQ and a BBQ cover, which according to their website was in stock and would be delivered between 5-6 working days. I was rather surprised that after waiting for 6 working days all I got was a BBQ cover and no explanation why my BBQ hadn't been delivered. Obviously I followed this up with a phone call, only to be told that they had misread by order and by BBQ would be dispatched the following day and be with me the day after. Well as promised a BBQ did arrive on the day they stated, however, they had sent me the cheaper version and not the one I ordered. I attempted to phone them back on the Saturday having read that their phone lines open at 10am. Eventually they turned off their answer machine message at 10.15am, where I was told there was nothing they could do until Monday when the manufacturer would be open. I explained that this was a bank holiday, but was reassured they would be open and that someone would contact me by 10am. At 11am, I still had heard nothing so decided to give them a further call. On this occasion I was informed that the manufacturer was shut and that they couldn't do anything until Tuesday!!!! I asked to speak to a manager with regards to the appalling customer services and was advised that someone would call me back within an hour. Well as you can probably guess, I never received a call. I will be phoning tomorrow and asking for a full refund. I wouldn't use this company or recommend them in the future!!!
I broke my much loved glass garden table and, being late in the season, I could not find one anywhere. Morale Garden Furniture took the trouble to source 'next years model' for me, which is arriving today. They kept me informed and were polite and helpful. I'm very impressed and will use them again and recommend them.
I ordered a parasol in cream. The transaction went through and I got an order confirmation. Then received a call to say cream was unavailable and would black be ok who h it wasn't. I received a prompt refund which was good but very annoying to have ordered and paid for something that was not in stock.
I ordered two sun loungers online, but then received a phone call to say they did'nt have stock, and would I accept a similar design.
I was supposed to received them on a Thursday, But they did'nt arrive until Friday..
Not a great start but we are pleased with the chairs and the quality.
We had no problems dealing with morale garden furniture they were prompt and kept us well informed with the progress of our order.,
Although the sofa arrived damaged the company dealt with this efficiently and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I ordered a 3.5 m parasol and received an email stating that price promise would be honoured. When I ordered this - I then received an email stating that the parasol was out of stock and that no similar option or other replacement would be offered.
Very disappointing and have posted this on other social media and gardening forums
My order for outdoor rattan garden furniture was dealt with efficiently but although I had checked stock availability on the phone, the company was unable to fulfil the complete order at delivery time. Took a partial delivery but was not satisfied with the quality of 2 out of 4 chairs.
Sales dept. politely couldn't see why I was complaining. I sent photos of the faults but they said they couldn't see what I was talking about. If you expanded the emailed photos It was as clear as day! According to them a few scratches, dents and wonky weaving was to be expected !!!! Also one of the chairs was a darker colour so didn't even match.
However they eventually agreed to send 2 replacement chairs along with the rest of my order which was delivered exactly on time. Really disappointed when the 2 replacement chairs were worse than the originals - nails hanging out and more wonky weaving with gaps that showed pins and ends of rattan.
Sales dept agreed that nails hanging out wasn't acceptable but the rest nothing to complain about. They obviously didn't want to deal with me any more and suggested I sent the whole lot back. This was arranged, again efficiently.
My dilemma was that the chairs were very comfortable and the coffee table smart and I hadn't seen anything I liked as much but the quality was so suspect. Basic structure solid and good ...just this bad workmanship to swallow.
Eventually we settled for the wonky weaving and sent back only the 2 worst chairs but my feeling is the furniture was seconds from a good company ( Bridgman) but they were not sold or described as such on the web site.
My choice was accept them as they are or send them back. This may seem a reasonable outcome to some but certainly not a customer happy one. I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth and hope that in time I will be able to enjoy the not so high quality furniture ( which was not cheap ) without feeling cheated.
On the whole Morale furniture Co. was polite and efficient to deal with but their lack of acceptance that the quality of their goods was substandard means I will not buy from them again.
Be warned !!!
Ordered our garden table and chairs at a great discount. When we put a comment to say we couldn't accept next day delivery, we received a phone call the next day to arrange a suitable date.
One of the table legs was a different colour to the rest, I called and received the right colour leg in under a week, No fuss No hassle. Garden furniture excellent quality.
Would definitely use Moral again.

ordering on line was easy. When there was a question from the company they phoned me up the same day. This did not delay my delivery which arrived within a few days. The packaging was solid and undamaged. I would use this company again and recommed it to others.
i ordered item 10th july it is now 25th july @ am still waiting . after several phone calls ,i have been told it may be another week ,how does the song go? so tired tired of waiting.be prepared for a long wait if you order from this company .whether it will be worth the wait or not time will tell .if it isnt here by next week i,m cancelling the item
Very friendly and helpful firm to deal with,we now have 2 Atholl benches and a garden table sourced from Morale . The quality , service and prices make this firm a pleasure to deal with
We couldn't believe how quickly the Leisuregrow Glider Bench arrived. We ordered it on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Friday lunch time. Big items don't normally arrive that quickly!! The bench was easy to put together, it took the two of us an hour and a half in total. We love the bench - as do our four grandchildren!!
My order was dealth with personally and in a very professional way, I was advised on matching furniture - I even received photograps taken by the manufacturer with sets I wanted to purchase to see how they go together.
Then very prompt deliveriy was organised so I get the garden furniture in time for my party. I couldnt be happier with the whole purchase experience and amazing garden furniture that all my party guests admired!!!!
