Bought a Panama oak top small console table. Nice solid piece of furniture. Good product. Good price. Very good delivery. Would have no problem recommending this company. They phoned me to arrange delivery and it was delivered exactly on the chosen time.
As a very nervous internet shopper, and after reading some of the less than flattering reviews, I took what I considered to be a risk and placed the order with everything crossed!
From the initial enquiry through to the delivery, everthing was clear, concise and timely. I was told how the ordering process worked, how long it would take and how and when it would be delivered.
My only concern was when the delivery didn't turn up within the stated 4 hour time slot, as I had arranged delivery to my place of work and rather hoped it would arrive before we closed for the day. Being Friday afternoon though it was perfectly acceptable for it to be delayed.
I am very satisfied with the whole process and cannot think how it could be bettered. I will use this company again without any hesitation.

said they would deliver between 12-30 to 3-30 at 5-00pm phoned to say here between 6-6-30 phoned again at 6-00 to say they would be here at 8-30pm have been sitting here in work since 5-00pm not impressed with this service
Needed more information so called the company and the call was answered in seconds. A few seconds more I was speaking to a person that was knowledgeable and professional.
Decided to order product on line. The website was clear and clutter free. The site was very easy to navigate with the right information in the right place. This made ordering quick!
Sufficient updates notifying me of the status of my delivery that was delivered as promised and on time. Driver did call as he thought I was someone else and referenced a different product. This was resolved and pleased to say, the driver did not compromise any data protection practices/legislation for the other party and kept referring to the product. I point this out as even where slight errors occur, staff at all stages of the process puts customers first in a professional and respectful way.
Perhaps this company could diversify their markets and add training to so many other companies whose customer care falls short of basic courtesies.
I ordered a fab designer leather bed and it was delivered quickly. Very happy with service. I ordered another bed but it was too big and again it was collected quickly and refunded. Overall I'm very happy with the service given and would definitely recommend. The bed I kept is of a very high quality and looks classy and modern. Very happy
The furniture i ordered was disappointing for price, i thought flat pack would need to be robust , it seems not !!!!!! flimsy is an undrstatment, the solid sides of wardrobes are actually hollow frames. Will not order again anything from that line. Its the first i have done it and wont do again.
The staff were helpful when problem of delivery arose, camnt fault them , the delivery drivers couldnt wait to drop and run, again disappointing, wasnt able to check product before they left or might have returned immediately.
Unfortunately they were unable to actually supply the item ordered as it was no longer manufactured. This was despite advertising it on the website and taking full payment from my credit card. On subsequently being informed of this, I was told it was down to me to cancel my order before a refund could be processed - not sure what would have happened if I hadn't cancelled the order but within 7 days the refund came through. I think this was just an unfortunate incident where the website hadn't been updated as the product should have been removed
With the fully functional and helpful website I was able to find and order my ideal new bed and mattress. Follow up info form the company was 1st class and my order was dispatched and delivered on time and when it was stated.
Very helpful and friendly staff answered my questions with ease and makes for such a pleasant transaction, I would recommend to anyone, and great prices to boot.
After discovering the furniture I liked was available much cheaper online through Morale than local suppliers I went ahead & ordered. Then regrettably read reviews which worried me - glad I did it that way round though because lots of the reviews would put you off BUT don't be! I ordered the goods and 5 weeks later have them in perfect condition, delivered by reliable, efficient & friendly company unwrapped in position and ready to use. I enquired a week after ordering when delivery would be (that is my only criticism - an email after ordering to confirm timescales would have been helpful & reassuring) but I received a prompt response telling me the timescale & advising that in 10 days the delivery company would contact me, which they did. They kept me updated on my order along the way and everything that was promised happened! Would definitely recommend and use again.
Was a little concerned about ordering from a company I did not know but there is nothing to complain about. product good value for the money it was bought for a spare room it came 6 days after ordering and was put together quiet easy.
Why take my money if you don't have the bed frame. Why not ring and tell me rather than leave it to me to find this out after delivery was overdue.
Ordered my recliner chair sat back to await its arrival two&a half weeks later and after sending a email to ask when my my chair would be dispatched after having to collect it from the couriers the box looked like it had been played football with upon opening it to put it together i found no assembly pack and no base for the footstall so had the chair sent back one week later after another email to find out if the chair had been received by there warehouse I was then informed that my refund was being delt whith br there refunds department one week has already gone by and I am still waiting
Searched net for antique brass headboard. Found it at MHFs for almost half the price. It arrived within 48 hours and I am very happy with it. Will check out MHFs website again when I need similar goods.
After shopping around for ages I finally found the furniture I liked ,but it was out of my price range,,but having seen it I didn;t want anything else.My friend suggested I go online and see if I could find the same furniture cheaper,
And Lo and behold I did find it, and it was much cheaper and exactly the same product
so I am delighted and look forward to taking delivery,as soon as my decorating is finished.

This is my first experience ordering from Morale, and I was very pleased with the service and goods received. The goods were extremely well packed for delivery and they arrived in perfect condition.
The delivery driver even offered to unpack the item and assemble for me, which I did not expect.
Altogether I was very satisfied with Morales' service, I will use them again.
I placed an order for a nest of tables and it has been a nightmare from start to finish.
Payment did not go through their merchant, I phoned my bank and they told me it had been processed 4 times. I spoke to a guy named Tom at Morale and he told me it was because of my address. Eventually payment was made via the phone on the 4th April 2013.
The tables finally arrived on the 3rd May, unfortunately I was not at home and my partner signed for them. The packaging was very poor and on opening, all 3 tables fell apart and the largest was scratched, therefore received not fit for purpose. I contacted Morale on the 4th May to arrange for them to be returned. To my horror they told me they were going to deduct £30.00 from my refund because I did not sign for them as damaged. I disputed this and sent an email to the Managing Director on the 24th May which he did not respond to. Instead I received an unsigned email from some-one at Morale stating they would reduce the amount to £20.00 and the rest of the refund for £271.00 would be back into my account within the week.
That did not happen, I rang Morale and spoke to Tom who I believe to be one of the Managers. He was very helpful and stated that he was processing my refund as we spoke for the full amount of £291.00. He said to me, "that for the sake of £20.00 it was not worth losing their reputation". The refund was back in my account on the 21st June 2013 and I thought that was the end of the matter. I have just checked my bank account now and on the 1st July Morale have taken £20.00 from my account which I did not authorise. I will be disputing this illegal transaction with my bank and will never order from them again.
Thursday 22nd August, NAME & SHAME
I did dispute the £20.00 and my bank refunded me. Yesterday I had a letter from my bank enclosing selected emails between Morale and myself. They have made it look as if they are in the right and I will have to pay for return postage. In hindsight I should have not taken Tom's word for it and should have got in it writing. I use the internet for most of my ordering and have never had to pay to return damaged goods. Be very careful if you use this company, I will never use them again!!!
Good choice, de.ivered on time and value for money, called when goods were due for delivery, reall s,art guys delivered and took care when unpacking, no rush. Brilliant would use them again
WE ORDERED DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS AND THE DATE KEPT BEING PUT BACK AND BACK,WE HAD TO CONTACT THEM AT ALL TIMES AS THEY NEVER KEPT US INFORMED OF PROGRESS,IN THE END AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING WE ASKED FOR A REFUND,THIS WAS THE QUICKEST TRANSACTION THEY DONE!
when we opened one of the boxes the assembly parts were scattered all over the box and parts were missing we contacted your customer services department on the telephone and were assured these would be sent in the post, this failed to happen , in view of this i would not recommend your company to anyone as we are still unable to assemble one of our stools.
I ordered a recliner and footstool that arrived 2 days later. There was a problem with the fixings but that was with the manufacturer which Morales sorted out for me immediately. Thank you for such an efficient service.
I waited in three whole days for a mattress that did not turn up, no viable explanation from Morale, they didn't know where it was, and they didn't know any useful information about the courier service they used, or what time I should wait in until. The bedframe, which did turn up, was the wrong colour and was damaged. Even though it states on the Morale website not to sign as unchecked if the box is damaged, the TNT driver would not allow us to sign as damaged and was extremely rude, which invalidated any claim we could have made. I took photos which clearly showed the damaged box and the damaged frame in exactly the right place, but when I complained about my experience to Morale, they were unsympathetic and uninterested, didn't call back when promised and I really wouldn't recommend using them again.
I ordered a cheval mirror over two weeks ago - I have sent several reminders asking about when delivery may be expected; no reply as yet. Needless to say, payment was taken very promptly from my credit card. I will not be using these people again.
I ordered a bookcase on the 1st march 2013 as advertised with a 2-3 week delivery, 9 weeks on and still no sign of the bookcase and no courtesy calls to explain.
I have had to chase morale home furnishings all the way, fist excuse was it was out of stock, then it was delivered to them damaged and now it hasn't come into stock on the agreed date...... what a joke of a company no contact from them to explain any of the above issues. I would defiantly AVOID this company at all costs
The chairs ordered, soon came after ordering and were just as we hoped.We originally saw them in a local shop at double the price,and was surprised to find them on;line at at a bargain price,and with free delivery. They are just the right fit for our re designed dinning room.
Contacted by email to find out what was happening, was then informed by email that item was no longer available and some one would contact me after the Easter break. This never happened. Emailed again no reply. Called could not get through to the right person but was then emailed to say that an alternative could be supplied, emailed back to accept no response it is still going on and no further forward 3 weeks later after paying for my item. Shocking!!!!!'
We were looking for a triple dressing table mirror to go with new fitted bedroom furniture and couldn't find one anywhere - until google directed us to Morale. They had just what we wanted at an excellent price. It wasn't in stock when we ordered but stock arrived EXACTLY when the website estimated it would. It's always a risk buying an item of furniture that you haven't been able to see or touch, but the mirror is a real quality product. The packaging was excellent to, and the mirror arrrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
