I waited in three whole days for a mattress that did not turn up, no viable explanation from Morale, they didn't know where it was, and they didn't know any useful information about the courier service they used, or what time I should wait in until. The bedframe, which did turn up, was the wrong colour and was damaged. Even though it states on the Morale website not to sign as unchecked if the box is damaged, the TNT driver would not allow us to sign as damaged and was extremely rude, which invalidated any claim we could have made. I took photos which clearly showed the damaged box and the damaged frame in exactly the right place, but when I complained about my experience to Morale, they were unsympathetic and uninterested, didn't call back when promised and I really wouldn't recommend using them again.
I ordered a cheval mirror over two weeks ago - I have sent several reminders asking about when delivery may be expected; no reply as yet. Needless to say, payment was taken very promptly from my credit card. I will not be using these people again.
I ordered a bookcase on the 1st march 2013 as advertised with a 2-3 week delivery, 9 weeks on and still no sign of the bookcase and no courtesy calls to explain.
I have had to chase morale home furnishings all the way, fist excuse was it was out of stock, then it was delivered to them damaged and now it hasn't come into stock on the agreed date...... what a joke of a company no contact from them to explain any of the above issues. I would defiantly AVOID this company at all costs
The chairs ordered, soon came after ordering and were just as we hoped.We originally saw them in a local shop at double the price,and was surprised to find them on;line at at a bargain price,and with free delivery. They are just the right fit for our re designed dinning room.
Contacted by email to find out what was happening, was then informed by email that item was no longer available and some one would contact me after the Easter break. This never happened. Emailed again no reply. Called could not get through to the right person but was then emailed to say that an alternative could be supplied, emailed back to accept no response it is still going on and no further forward 3 weeks later after paying for my item. Shocking!!!!!'
We were looking for a triple dressing table mirror to go with new fitted bedroom furniture and couldn't find one anywhere - until google directed us to Morale. They had just what we wanted at an excellent price. It wasn't in stock when we ordered but stock arrived EXACTLY when the website estimated it would. It's always a risk buying an item of furniture that you haven't been able to see or touch, but the mirror is a real quality product. The packaging was excellent to, and the mirror arrrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

I've ordered and payed for a double bed with express delivery. After 2 weeks of waiting I've made a phone call and found out this particular bed is out of stock and the adviser assured me they've left a message about that on my answering machine - but could not find anything on it. I've been encouraged then to order another,similar bed - apparently in stock with 2 days express delivery. This time I waited only one week and after another few phone calls I've been told this bed is not available as well, so accepted the refund gratefully and promised myself never ever to buy anything from Morale.
I ordered 3 Julian Bowen Fiddleback chairs. TNT delivered the parcel and 1 chair was very broken whilst the other 2 showed signs of cracking in the same place the other chair broken. Customer services were very helpful and I was offered a full refund and wait TNT uplifting the chairs to return them to the original distributor.
Having been let down by another supplier we found Morale. Despite my daughter completing the order form wrongly, they quickly changed it for me on the phone and my order was dispatched the same day. The bed was delivered promptly, the packaging was good and the item was of good quality. I would definitely recommend Morale.
Really good cost competitive product.
I ordered two lamp tables online. As I am local I telephoned to see if I could collect the items, instead of waiting in for delivery. This wasn't a problem. Staff constantly kept in contact via email, letting me know when the tables had arrived & when I could pick them up.
On collection staff couldn't have been more helpful, I was shown round to the back entrance where a member of staff loaded the boxes into my car.
Tables were well packaged with clear instructions.
I received a call to inform me that the chairs I'd ordered were no longer available but there was an alternative. Unfortunately the alternative was out of my price range, but I was phoned back and they supplied the more expensive chairs at the price I was originally paying. Thank you so much.
I find the chair comfortable but as there is not much padding I'm beginning to get achy hips, will try an additional cushion but won't be buying another chair to match this.
Service and delivery from Morale was quick, can't be faulted.
Delivery was made quickly after I placed my order, although I wasn't told which day the mattress would be delivered. I just happened to be in but would have like to have known the delivery date in advance.
Also no documentation was left with the mattress which is very unusual.
Having read poor reviews after I placed my order, I must admit I was a little worried about what to expect. But my experience was nothing but pleasant.
Considering we placed the order over the Christmas period, receiving the delivery on 9th January exceeded my expectations. The staff I spoke to when arranging delivery were polite and friendly.
I had a telephone call from the delivery driver around 20 minutes before he arrived. He helped put the items in my garage for safekeeping and although the box was ripped slightly the bed inside was well protected with additional packaging which prevented any damage.
The only slight downfall was the clarity of information contained within the email correspondence. This was soon cleared up with a quick telephone call.
All in all a very good experience. Would definately recommend!
I couldn't fault Morale Home Furnishings for the high quality of the nest of tables or their speed in processing our order - particularly as it was ordered and delivered in the last few days before Christmas.
Just came across this furniture website online and was surprises to find they are based round the corner from me. Their website www.moralehomefurnishings.co.uk had a fantastic range of dining sets at great prices. Probably the best showrooms i have ever seen. Well worth a look at the showroom. Brilliant!!!
