superfast delivery, emails kept me up to date, very impressed as it was only moth killer i was buying!
I don't normally do reviews as i just can't be bothered but this time i thought i might as well as really, when you're selling moth killer, a customer wouldn't be expecting anything impressive. But i was amazed to get immediate email updates about my order, and for it to arrive within 24 hours.
I'e bought a lot of things online and there is usually some weird delay, or lack of communication from some huge companies who really should be doing it better. It's a shame that once i've killed the moths, i hopefully won't be coming back for more as they'd be a company worth doing business with again.
My only gripe would be clearer photos of the clothing protection bags in their site - pictures of the outside of the box is not that helpful and they weren't the sort you could easily use for hanging garments.

If you want to get rid of moths, talk to them.

Did what it said on the tins!
I was horrified to find an outbreak of carpet moths in my downstairs loo. I read up on several sites, before I settled on Moth Killer, which gave comprehensive info, everything I needed in the kit and at a reasonable price. It arrived next day as promised, with clear instructions. They had run out of the foggers for the intermediate pack I had ordered, so had substituted the more expensive natural ones for the same price. All was easy to use and has done the trick, nothing has appeared in my traps since I treated 2 weeks ago and they don't seem to have spread. I bought extra traps to put in all wardrobes and along the skirting in other rooms, because I did feel a bit paranoid about the Moths, as well as some moth proof bags for my woollen jumpers. I have enough left for a second treatment as well, just in case, as you may have to give it another after 30 days (thought I probably won't need it, I feel better having it there ready.) All in all, very happy with price, service and ease and effectiveness of products and I have my peace of mind back!

Rather disappointing.
We chose to buy this product from this firm because their website looked so professional and informative. They were a little more vague over the telephone, but I still ordered. The traps came the following day, as promised, which was excellent, but there were no instructions. Two weeks after we received the item we received an e-mail stating that our order status had been updated to "Complete"! I took the opportunity to e-mail back and tell them there were no instructions. I received an immediate apology, this must have been an oversight and they promised to send one out the next day. That should arrive tomorrow. It is surprising that the instructions are not packaged with the product, so that they cannot be left out. It was equally surprising to learn it had taken them two weeks to update the status of the order, but it was, perhaps, just as well they did as otherwise I would not have known there were any instructions. Full marks for speed of despatch and efficiency of contact, but marks deducted for missing info.

Researched online, product ordered & it did just as described.
Carpet moth is a devil to get rid of so when signs appeared on our 100+ year old silk/wool carpet we were devastated. Having found this site online we were impressed with quality of the information & ordered a one room kit. Used as directed it seems to have cured the immediate problem. We are now using the moth trap sticks to see if another treatment will be needed. If we have any similar problems we will certainly use this site. Many thanks.

Ordered the moth pack as we had some case bearing carpet moths to deal with in a new wool carpet.
Ordered mid afternoon and delivered at 07.30 the next morning. Wonderful service. Have used the products as directed and short term seems to have worked but I'll get a long term view over the next few months

Got rid of the moths!!
We did a lot of research on various web sites before ordering but were sill unsure if we were was ordering the right treatment for our moth problem.
Web site is good and purchases arrived quickly. The treatment was effective.
Perhaps would be helpful for clearer info of what is effective for what to avoid ordering the wrong thing.

I have not received my order and have tried contacting the company several times by e-mail and have had no response.

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to contact us, we've had problems with our e-mail service provider.... They've had issues with their POP3 server (whatever that is) and as a result, we've not been unable to receive any e-mails from anyway until today, so I apologise, it's not that we've been ignoring you, we simply didn't get your mail.

Good, but one of the products was faulty.
I had trouble with carpet moths for quite a while, and nothing else seemed to be working so I decided to give the £20 kit a go. I planned to do each treatment over 4 days, (first thing before work every day so I could then leave the house and let the chemicals do their thing). My only complaint was the the final treatment, the fumigator, was faulty and came to me empty, so I had to buy another one from a different supplier. However, the other treatments all worked and I haven't seen a moth for a couple of weeks now.

Firstly I'm glad to hear that the treatment appears to have worked well and that you haven't seen any moths now for several weeks. However, I'm not happy to hear that the fumigator reached you empty... We've never come across this before.

Bug-free house!
Having read all the " horror stories" about how you will never get rid of carpet moths, I was uncertain whether this pack would make a difference and get rid of them. Well, one month in and it seems to have done the job!
Really pleased with service. Very quick delivery and very helpful instructions on the website.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the product did not smell at all and was ok to use if you have pets.
All in all, a really great product and I would certainly recommend it to anyone that has a similar problem with carpet moths.

Great service but one major error!
Goods arrived promptly, well packaged and seem to be good value
BUT! ... The packaging is not plain and was quite obvious to anybody handling the parcel that it contained goods of a pest control nature, the last thing I wanted my work colleagues to know was that I had a clothes moth problem.
This type of purchase is not the sort of thing I would wish anyone to know about and I doubt I would ever buy from this company again knowing that they have such a lack of consideration for peoples privacy.

Thank you for bringing to our attention this error. I am extremely sorry and disappointed to hear that your parcel did not arrive in a plain box. Every parcel we dispatch, should always and without question be in a plain / unmarked box.
If you look back through all our reviews you will see that no one else as ever made this complaint, so I can assure you that this is as you say, an error and not something that we are in the habit of doing.
In light of your comments, I have called a meeting with warehouse staff for tomorrow morning at 8:30am. At this time your review will be discussed in detail, together with the importance of ensuring all boxes dispatched are plain and the consequences for staff who fail to do so.

Item arrived on time and was as described.
The Mothkiller Kit was sufficient for my requirement except that I could not get the powder to puff in a fine powder mist and in consequence actually puffed the powder out in lumps and spread it using an old paint brush the net result was that ran out of powder and had to order more via Amazon.
Despite this drawback I thought the Kit was good value for money.

Graham Hesketh worked hard to eradicate our moth problem, which we hope will pay off.
Hopefully the treatment provided by Graham will do the trick andt the moths eating our carpet will have been eradicated. Only time will tell. Be happy to give feedback again in a few weeks time. Graham is a lovely man, easy to talk to and very helpful.

MothKiller.co.uk sell what you need to rid your house of the dreaded moth.
The product was applied as the clear instruction stated - easy to use and apply. We have trust that this will be the end of our carpet moth attacks. So far so good. As the instructions state we will be applying in a few weeks time. When all is done it proves an easy and reasonably price product will do the job.

Great products and clearly explained how to use them. It's done the trick.
I had never heard of MothKiller. But I did need a product that I felt would really work. I didn't want to keep having to treat the pests. The fact that they said their products were more "professional and powerful" than the everyday stuff you buy in the shops was really appealing. Going through the process of having to empty draws, clean and spray is difficult enough without the worry that they may return. It was quite simple to understand what products I wanted - although wasn't completely clear to understand how bad an infestiation needs to be to get the most powerful strength. I received the products quickly upon ordering - I went for a pack with a couple of extra boosters thrown in for good measure. I found them easy to use - the instruction leaflet that came with the pack helped me as a novice. I did notice that a couple of moths seemed to have escaped the rooms after using the products - so just be conscious that you may see some in other parts of the house initially. But so far upon using the products, I haven't seen a moth. It seems to have done the trick.

Fingers crossed
Have used all of the product now, was surprised at how many moth lava there actually were. I am going to order another one so that i can re do in 30 days time. (Only doing it again as a precaution) I have heard that once you get them they are very hard to get rid of so as the title says Fingers crossed. The buying process was easy, and the delivery of the product was very quick. I have no issues what so ever in recommending your company.
