Ordered a Brodit holder for my iPhone 4S which to be fair was quick and easy to order.
Anyway I found the product to not work properly as it kept slipping out of place, and my phone becoming loose. I contacted Mountonus with my problem and asked if an exchange for the different version of the holder would be possible.
A couple of days later I received a response email, unfortunately it was completely generic with just a return form, rather than an actual reply as such. Anyway as the form was attached I thought I'd send it back with an explanation included.
After not hearing from Mountonus for nearly 3 weeks I checked with my recorded delivery that it even reached them, it did. I have emailed them asking for an update to what's happening but haven't received a response at all.
So now I've paid around £15 (including the postage sending the product back) and have nothing to show for it.
I have been very, very patient with mountonus.com but they have a hard time following through with what they promise. I still have not recieved my shipping refund, this was something THEY offered ans have yet to follow though with. Next I ordered the wrong part. I sent back hoping for a exchange. Nope. Just got the run-around and ONLY after a harsh email did I get a responce, I was trying to contact them for over a week. I am now waiting on TWO refunds (one from the org shipping, and one for the wrong part) and I can only hope this will motivate them to complete my refund! Terriable customer service. Beware!
Ordered Brodit proclip for my ford fiesta and the holder for my iphone4 which went on backorder while ordering them online,they emailed us the reason for delay and have also refunded my shipping charges as a gesture of good will and i have received my product with in the time frame mentioned over their email ,really impressed and will recommend to my friends and family
Ok, I just brought a new car and i did not want to mount my iphone on the windscreen or drill any holes in my dashboard ! So i searched for screwless mounting solutions and this web site came up first. The best thing about the web site is the easy of usage - it was so simple to chose model of my car and my device I would be using it with and then it just gives the best solution for the job that needs to be done. Great product arrived within 4 days (proclip was out of stock) and delivery was refunded for the two day delay - good service.

I ordered my item 7 days ago and still have not received it despite the site saying 2-3 days. The website is pretty easy to use and the ordering process itself was straight forward. However, all I have received since is an automated mail saying they will be in touch "as soon as possible". The online order tacking system is very poor, only telling me that my item hasn't been despatched yet.
Looking around the website there are no phone numbers, which make it difficult to get in touch.
[UPDATE] This morning I received an email (after pestering them twice via their online form) informing me my item has been despatched and providing me with a tracking code. The tracking code however doesn't seem to work, at least right now.[/UPDATE]
[UPDATE] The mount turned up this morning as the email said it would, interestingly the tracking number they gave me still didn't work in their tracking system so it really is a bit crap. As it turned up after 7 days I'm going to give them one star more (3 in total) as just their communication is poor. Glad nothing went wrong as I imagine getting hold of them would be tough [/UPDATE]
