Quick, reliable and reasonably priced
I ordered my new mower on a Bank Holiday monday and it arrived first thing on Wednesday morning. It was exactly what I wanted and the whole process was simple. I didn't go mad searching for the best deal but couldn't find anyone cheaper and the cost was 100 quid cheaper than my local shop. I had one question after the mower was delivered and this was responded to immediately.

Excellent service from order placement to delivery
I found this to be a first class product. Although I have only used the machine once, the delivery and packaging was excellent and easy to unpack and assemble. The speed control however took some getting used to, but I very soon got the hang of it and the machine made a great job of my lawn.

Lovely shiny machine

Product works as expected, super easy to assemble. Perfect for the large garden.
Assembly is basically charging the battery and attaching the grass box! Way easier than petrol. Product was cheaper through Mowdirect than Amzon or any other source.
Mowdirect were very courteous on the phone when I ordered and delivery arrived within 24 hours which exceeded expectation.
Would definitely use them again.

This is a company that"says what it does" and "does what it says!"
I bought an Einhell strimmer from Mow Direct and found it easy to assemble and just what I wanted it was delivered on time and the only problem I found was that the drive was not reaching the strimmer head. I first thought I was incompetent in my assembling of the machine and because I do not live far from MowDirect drove down and was pleased that the fault was neither mine and was fixed by an engineer within 5 minutes. He explained that in some rare cases the factory were to blame in their pre dispatch checks and this was one of them. I could not have fixed it myself as the fault lay in the motor housing and the drive shaft had not been properly aligned.
I was most impressed with Mow Direct and would recommend them to anyone for garden machinery.

very profesional staff and company
extremely knowledgeable staff and very polite and helpful. delivery fantastic. products at a good price.
When i sent an e mail to say that a handlebar grip was missing , after a week I still have no reply.
I would still heartily recommend this company as a good one to deal with, especially if you are not sure of your needs.

MD Tiller perfect for alloment purchased from Mowdirect
purchased an MD Tiller from Mowdirect with absolutely no problems and arrived within days of purchase. Description of the Tiller was spot on but described as lightweight I would say is heavier than I originally thought but perfect for the job and manageable for a woman. Good price for the tiller in comparison of others. Well packaged and trouble free so thankyou.

Original Request not followed through!!
When placing my order I requested that if there was nobody at home the purchase when delivered should be left in my garage or with a neighbour.
This did not happen and resulted in the purchase having to be delivered again at a later date which was inconvenient.

Good and helpful service from the team, but let down badly by their couriers ( City Link) who failed to deliver within the specified 24 hrs as their driver 'ran out of time' .So I had to wait for delivery until 4 days later due to a bank holiday- was not impressed by this!!

Failure to deliver on time - meant it ruined my weekend
Having researched which mower to purchase and where to buy from I decided to order from Mow Direct - I wish I hadn't. I ordered on the Thursday before the bank holiday weekend having first called to check it was in stock and that it could be delivered the following - "yes and of course no problem was the response" The following day I call in the morning 9am to check it was out for despatch as I had not received confirmation of delivery as the receipt email had promised...again yes it is out for delivery, I called again 3 times during the day to keep checking as it was very important I received as was having a party at the weekend and had newly laid turf which was now ready to have its first mow in time for the party. Every time yes until about 4.50pm (Ten mins before BH close down) when they couldn’t get hold of logistics company and left me with the tracking number and contact for their courier company XDP.I then spent a long time chasing XDP but to no avail..To cut a long story short it didn’t arrive on Friday and finally arrived on the following Tuesday at about 4pm delivered by a very grumpy driver who dumped it on my drive in an open box and just said ...sign here. Never again would I use either Mow Direct or any company that uses XDP..( I never even had a courtesy call from Mow Direct and they knew of the issue as I called them a number of times on the Tuesday just to check that they wouldn’t failure to deliver again!!)

Excellent Value For Money
Mow Direct give a great range of mowers to choose from and at competitive prices.
My only grouse is they missed me off their telephone list when there was a delay in supplying my mower and had to telephone them to find out what was happening. They were very apologetic and helpful, and the mower then turned up nearly a week before the revised estimate of delivery. This resulted in me mowing the lawn with the old mower the day before the new one was delivered and the grass has not grown much since . . . - very frustrating.
Having said that, and on a more serious note, excellent company and vg service - would recommend to anyone.

Sales staff were very helpful and helped me make an informed decision on which mower was best for me.

Very Good
I purchased a petrol lawnmower and petrol chainsaw. I aslo purchased chain saw gloves and an Oil mixing bottle
The Mower and chainsaw arrived with in 3 days in good order, however I am stilll waiting for the gloves and mixing bottle which should have been despatched inside the chainsaw box, as per the shipping label
I did call and explain the shortage on the day after bank holiday Monday 7th May the person I spoke to said they were missed from the consignment and would be poisted to me the same day
These items still have not arrived its Friday 10th May
So the original verdict of "Very Good" may well change if the additional items do not arrive soon

Excellent customer service
Ordered ride on mower which was unfortunately out of stock. That said however, they were very quick to contact me and let me know. They were really helpful and recommended another mower which suited my requirements which was delivered within 2 days. I would also add that this was cheaper than my original choice so no pushy salesmen either.
The mower's great and does both my 'clean cut' lawn and an acre of more rougher 'pasture' land.

Good Advice, UInderstand their Products and Quick delivery
Greenworks 40V Chainsaw. Had looked around the internet including Amazon. Had also looked at Youtube videos and was unable to decide which partable electric chainsaw to purchase.
Called Mowdirect spoke to a member of staff who was instantly able to give me the advice I had been looking for.
Have spent a couple of weeks using the chainsaw now and it performs way better than expected. Managed to cut down a row of laurel Trees that were towering over the barn next to my property. Took me several hours of work and the battery still had 50% of its charge left...
Brilliant investment from a company I feel know their stuff.
