I ordered a grip but the wrong one was dispatched so I contacted after sales, who got back to me the very morning with information of what to do & how they would send a courier to collect the item and dispatch the correct item at the same time. I was kept informed of every step in the process and in the replacement order were some little extra bits as a token of appology. Would I deal with them again - in a heartbeat!
