Very helpful, very reliable and very fast.
I obtained a quote late on the friday afternoon, equipment collected by courier on the following tuesday, checked by the thursday and money cleared in my account the following friday. Considering my equipment had to travel from N Ireland to Southern England, I consider this a rapid service. Good communication by email and very helpful and polite telephone service. I can't fault this company at all. I am a cynic when it comes to internet based transactions but would wholeheartedly recommend this MPB Photographic.

Top notch company.
I had been looking for a low count Nikon D2h for some time, and just happened to stumble on MPB Photographic after doing a Google search. They had just what I was after, and at a very good price. The condition was stated as Exec+ which meant it had signs of light use. I purchased it, and am very glad I did. The condition shows that it has had VERY light use, and with a shutter count of a tad over 19,000 I am very happy indeed. Add to that next day delivery and you have a winner of a Company. Thank you very much you will be getting more of my hard-earned in future.

Exceptional first class service!
I recently bought a DSLR camera & was looking for an additional lens. I saw a second hand one on MPB Photographic web site & decided to purchase it. I had several options of delivery days, so arranged a convenient day in 2-3 days time.
One the day of delivery I received delivery confirmation on my mobile phone & the option to change the delivery day, what a brilliant idea! My lens arrived in perfect condition, it was well packaged & I am really pleased with it. Thank you to all concerned at MPB Photographic for an excellent level of customer service.

Made life very easy.
On deciding to upgrade my camera I was left with problem of selling my old model and various lenses. MPB made the whole process so easy and offered me a very fair price. I don't buy my camera gear from anywhere else
I've bought from MPB three times now and each time I have been looked after as if i was the only customer they had. The service is second to none and Ellie and Matt have been fantastic.
With my first order the courier screwed up but MPB sent me a whole host of cokin filters and a hoya UV filter on my new lens even though it wasnt their fault! You cant ask for anything more than that.
I have since bought another lens and a camera body from them and again their service has been impeccable. The new camera body came with extra batteries and a battery grip and the new lens was packed within an inch of its life - truly brilliant.
I simply cant recommend MPB highly enough. And i am a FUSSY customer!

Pefect customer service
This was the best customer I have ever received, from any company, ever. I part-exchanged a lense with them and from receiving the quote back within an hour, to the collection the next day and the delivery of the new lense in 3 working days - the process was fantastic! Would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I will be in a few days time.

Ist class experience
Sold my camera body to MPB in what can only be described as a flawless, informative, and professional manner.
From the pick up of my gear on Wednesday to the funds being in my account Friday am the whole process was so straightforward and painless that I began to get a wee bit worried that all might not be well ( we are not used in this country to this level of service ) However, well it indeed was. Great prompt communication at all stages combined with a very fair quote ( so unlike some firms derisory offers)
I cant praise this firm highly enough and would be my first port of call either buying or selling in future.

Very fast service
So glad I dealt with MPB Photographic. Their friendly and efficient service was much appreciated. I was dreading trying to sell my equipment privately my D80 and I parted company for what I can only say was a very acceptable price. I'll certainly use them in the future so thanks again guys.

Selling surplus equipment
I had some surplus didgital SLR cameras and lenses to sell. I contacted MPB by means of the website. I found them to be first rate in all aspects of the transaction. They were professional courteous and efficient.
They arranged for the items to be collected by courier service and paid promptly by electronic transfer. I have no hesitation in recommending them and dealing with them in future.

Went The Extra Mile
I first came upon MPB Photographic after a recommendation from a professional photographer friend of mine named Terry Lxxxxxxx. I was looking for a Canon 100 -400L to supplement my 24 - 105L which hook up to my 40D. My interests in photography are far ranging and the big zoom was to bring aircraft closer to me.
MPB supplied a "Exc ++ lens and to be honest I couldn't see a mark on it. Matt at MPB assured me the condition rating of the lens was down one step due to a minute blemish on the tripod collar !!!! Wow, that was the epitome of honesty to me.
Time came when I felt my 40D was holding the ability of my lenses back. I needed a fast fps and a better resolution for my aviation photography and something completely different, equestrian eventing. A Canon 7D plus grip was needed. Initially I bought a new one from another supplier. Over 2 weeks went by and though they had debited my bank account, still no camera. I rang them again and again and eventually succeeded in cancelling the whole deal.
My 10 days in Portugal was getting very close and I desparately wanted a 7D in my bag. MPB had a few choices on sale, albeit S/H models. To heck with it, they come with a 6 month warranty so they can't be too bad. I chose one with the phone help from Kat at MPB. It arrived with a BG-E7 grip in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. How good is that?
Absolutely unqualified first class service. I just wish I'd called MPB in the first place. Doah!
On opening the 7D box I found no Canon CD software enclosed. No sooner said, a package arrived the next day containing, not only the CD and instruction manual, but a free copy of the "7D Digital Field Guide" book as an extra present. That is the extra mile . . . . a rare commodity these days.
This company is above 5 stars in my opinion with Matt and Kat at the helm, they will go from success to success in the new and used photographic retail industry. Don't waste time and money anywhere else, shop here. You won't be disappointed.

Hassle free, smooth and trust worthy service

I wish I had known about MPB Photographic earlier!!!
Having decided to part with my dearly beloved Canon EOS 60D and a Tamron zoom lens I first tried gumtree. Well THAT was a disaster. I had dozens of responses per day, everything from Nigerian scammers to 14 year old dreamers, plus some incredibly stupid offers. I took it off gumtree and went into a corner to sulk for a while. I then found MPB Photographic via a quick google search, read the feedback and decided that getting a quote wasn't going to hurt.
I was offered a very fair price for the equipment, and they sent a courier to collect it. The whole process was extremely professional, friendly, easy and fair.
The camera was collected on a Wednesday afternoon, receipt confirmed on the Thursday and the money in my account on Friday.
I will absolutely buy my next camera from them, too! I am very impressed and very happy, and would recommend MPB Photographic to anyone. Great company to deal with! No reservations at all!! Thanks!

What a fantastic service
I had a 24-105L USM which was surplus to requirements, A quick search of the internet brought up MBP photographic, the reviews were not wrong.
They offered a very reasonable price for the lens, arranged for it to be picked up and transferred the funds into my account with zero fuss.
Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Did exactly what they promised, very fast, no problems
Very quickly they made me a very good offer for my Canon 7D camera, which I wanted to trade in for an Olympus OM-D (I really need a smaller camera).
Once I accepted it, they arranged parcel collection, were very responsive by both email and phone, and had inspected and arranged payment, direct to my account. They said payment would take 3 days, but in fact it arrived in my bank account the same day.
My only disappointment was that they don't sell the camera I wanted, because I'd have felt VERY happy to have bought one from them in a part-exchange deal.

Excellent and far above the rest in their specialised field.
This company should be highlighted as a model of how customer service should be maintained. I have dealt with them twice now and the staff so friendly , helpful and the quotes for equipment are absolutely competitive. I have difficulty in finding the right words to describe just how good they are.

No fibbing here: this Company's just perfect - and doesn't make you feel you're a right wassock. They're really helpful and, in giving prices on "used" items, they're very competitive &, very fair.
I didn't know where to turn when I had these valuable items but couldn't use them myself and I just knew that if I could find the right Company, they might be able to help. MPB Photographic were courteous, helpful, very fair and, basically, the answer to one's prayers. And no, we don't feel we've been taken for idiots. We'd highly recommend Matt and his Company. Go on, give them a go - you'll be nicely surprised!

Fantastic service, quality packaging, fast service, :0)
Just bought a f2.8 24-70mm from these guys, for photojournalism, I have used them before in the past so I knew there would be no issue with trusting them as a seller. Lens came next day, less than 24 hours from ordering! Packaging was more than up to the job of protecting my new lens. When I buy my next lens, its most likely going to be from here! Very happy buyer, would/have recommended MPB to every photographer I know and meet!

Best company I've ever bought from. Ever.
That's not even an exaggeration, this company excels in everything you look for when buying online, the descriptions are fair and accurate, the telephone service is quick (had one ring before being picked up) and their customer service is honestly second to none. I ordered my second hand camera (rated Exc++ so not mint condition) on the Tuesday aftenoon, by 9.00 on Wednesday morning it had arrived, in PERFECT condition, even had a 4GB CF card thrown in with it too with a few photos of their warehouse (as they obviously check their cameras). I honestly couldn't rate them any higher, and i will definitely be purchasing from them in the future

Fantastic service totally reccomend
I had a camera lens I did not require anymore so decided to sell, a quick google search led me to MPB photographic and from the reviews I decided to use the company. I emailed them and recieved a quote within an hour which beat other companies by over £30! I then called company and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who explained the process to me and arranged collection for the next day. The lens was collected with tracking available and I recieved payment for my lens the next day for the full amount quoted. I'd recommend this company the service was fantastic very happy and I'd definetly use them again

Absolutely brilliant and trustworthy - highly recommended!
I have bought quite a bit of equipment from MBP Photographic over the past few years and never had any problems. The equipment is accurately described and normally in better condition than I have expected. However as with any used equipment you can never be sure that something doesn't go wrong. My favourite Canon 24-105mm lens recently packed up, so I got in touch with MPB from whom I had purchased the lens. I have to say that it was debatable whether or not the lens was still under their warranty, but MPB didn't hesitate in helping me and even agreed to letting me have the lens repaired by a Canon repair shop in Berlin to save me sending the lens back to England. They reimbursed the total sum including the postage quickly and efficiently.
They offer a great service and I shall undoubtedly be buying from them again in the future.

I was in to mind's to use the site as never heard of mpb before but so glad I did!!!
Great quote for my old 500d and lens, very quick service like none I've experienced before, no messing, very quick payment, and great pre and post customer service!
So if you are sat at home wanting to sell you kit but are in to minds! don't be these guys are great I will be using this site again and again. :-)

Excellent quality and service for used camera gear
MPB were recommended on a photographic web forum as good people to buy quality used kit from.
My Panasonic G10 arrived on time and is absolutely pristine, as well as being backed up with a 6 month guarantee.
I would wholeheartedly recommend MPB to others - you may get slightly cheaper with a no-guarantee private sale on Ebay, but MPB are very competitively priced as well as offering a wider range.

I have used MPB Photographic on several occasions but recently I decided to sell some unneeded gear - the process could not be simpler, MPB emailed a quote - sent a courier and then once the gear had been checked paid the money directly into my chosen account. As per usual with MPB the process was simple, fast and a pleasure to use. MPB have managed to excel themselves where most companies fail and that is keeping customer satisfaction their priority and they never failing in that respect - a lot of other companies / shops (not just photographic) would do well to look at MPB and learn some valuable lessons. Top marks to MPB for staying constantly consistent every time I have dealt with them both buying and this time selling. Well done guys and many thanks.

Would struggle to be any better
Great communications (Matt in particular was great), paid a fair price for the EOS body and EF-S lens I traded in, logistics were simple and easy, and the second hand body and lens I purchased were both as described. Would definitely use again.

What a refreshing level of service during a time businesses need to be top of their game!
In short, if you have a camera for sale and these guys buy it - let them.
The communication from Matt over my recent D80 sale was incomparable in speed and level of information. These guys know their business and there is no mistaking that.
I received a fair deal for an item that I know they will still make something on but ultimately I know they will sell to a good home.

Efficient and Speedy
Not wanting to go through the hassle of selling on Ebay, I contacted MPB and Matt came back to my initial email very rapidly with an excellent price offer for my Nikon equipment, subject to inspection. On inspection the price was confirmed and payment made by bank transfer.
Could not have been quicker or simpler. Recommended.

Excellent service, from the initial enquiries, to confirming costs, delivery details etc.
Delivery was spot on, pick up of part ex goods the same, and funds paid into accounts within the time frame they quoted.
Contact throughout the process was excellent, friendly, and the level of knowledge second to none. I will definitely use the firm again, as I have complete confidence in them.

A great way to buy
Great stuff. Offered me a part-exchange price on my kit equivalent to a pretty good price on the big auction site (once you take all the auction site fees into account!)
The whole process was smooth, including courier collection at the beginning and next-day delivery at the end. The communication is clear, professional, friendly and quick, and the item I bought was just as described.
