Excellent
I have used MPB twice to sell my camera and lens and both times has been a super service.My camera was collected Wednesday i could track it every inch of the way and it was safely delivered. .It was then checked and the money in my bank account on Monday lunchtime..This company gives you a fair deal and you cant ask for more.

Swift, Friendly & Professional
I had rang the company on a couple of occasions not sure if I was doing the right thing, I had already purchased a Nikon D5100 from a different company, but wanted to sell my Canon equipment & purchase some Nikon equipment, I must say that the people I spoke to were very polite & understood my apprehension, I took the plunge & have not regretted my decision at all, they arranged everything, were very friendly & professional, I would use this company again without hesitation.

Excellent Service
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their service. I ordered my used lense on a Thursday afternoon and I received it on Friday mo
ing. The item was well packaged and was received in very good condition as described on their website. I used the lense over the JubiIee weekend and had very pleasing results. I will be buying from MPBPhotographic again and will recommend the company to others. A very big thank you to MPBPhotographic.

Excellent service, value and communication
First time I'd ordered a second hand lens, I went to them purely because of the reviews I found on here and found them all to be correct. Delivery was next working day, communication was good and the item was exactly as described. I'll look on there first in future and won't hesistate to recommend them to my friends.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
Can't praise them enough.
Did a PX on a camera I already had against some new kit. Collected my camera, quick turn around, shipped my new kit back to me in time for the bank holiday.
They were helpful, patient and informative all the way through even tolerating my relentless emailing to check on progress (I'm a bit of an impatient shopper), with great tact.
Kit arrived and it's almost perfect condition.
Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get shooting but didn't necessarily want to splash out on brand spanking kit.
Can I give more than 5 stars?

Outstanding service and Quality
I sent an initial email to query two models of camera I was considering and received a response within the hour. From that sound advice I proceeded to call the company and further refine my thinking and spoke to a wonderful person called Kat!
Kat then advised and assisted me to the best camera for my particular situation so I felt fully comfortable, then guided me with my purchase.
The camera was delivered to my hands the next day and was exactly as described!
Wonderful company top quality staff, recommended to anyone looking for a camera to speak to this company first.

Friendly company
Sold them a bunch of Nikon stuff. As I live in same town dropped the equipment off at their premises. Met by Matt, quick check through the stuff and I was on my way. Money appeared in bank a couple of days later. Good email contact through the whole transaction. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get a quick fair price for their used equipment.

Fantastic service
I was looking to sell my Canon 40d and having read loads of recent reviews about MPB photographic took a leap of faith and did an online evaluation. The price was competitive and the communication throughout the transaction was superb. They came to collect the camera using parcelforce and i was able to track it all the way back to MPB. I received emails to say it had arrived, condition was agreed and payment was in my account two days later. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Absolutely Superb Service.
I ordered a 18-55mm Kit Lens after buying a body only. At first I didn't realise it wasn't IS until I had it of course. I asked kindly if they could exchange it and allow me to pay the difference, unfortunately this could not be the case, BUT. And a big BUT. They offered me a great price for it anyway, with free pick up service. Not only that, I work everywhere and anywhere, yet, they offered to pick it up from a place of work. Even better knowing I had a full day in one place.
No problems with the return, money paid into bank. Done. I was also offered free delivery on my next order.
Emails were replied to within at least a couple of hours. If not quicker. Have bought a few things from them, would recommend them and will 100% use them in the future.

MPB is definitely great !
Bought a nikkor 18-200 vr2 from them, but unfortunately an issue appeared during the delivery, then i got contact with them instantly. They offered exchange or refund. now i'm getting refund including postage fees. Andy replied every email within 10 minutes!
can't imagine any better costum service in online business, they are the best.
first choice for next time purchasing.

Selling complete photo outfit.
Recently changed my photo equipment to Nikon - was going to (in fact i had listed) old equipment on e### . I thought i may as well get a quote for selling direct. Went to MPB for a quote and was pleasantly surprised by their quote (more than my e### listing) !!! Cancelled my listing and dealt direct. MPB arranged for the old kit to be picked up by courier (all i had to do was package securely). Kit went off last thursday and by monday evening the funds were in my account. Brilliant service - safe secure and above all an honest company i would trust. Bit pat on the back to Matt and his staff.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND VALUE!
I sent for a Nikon D3000 and lens for my grandaughter as a 16th birthday present and was amazed at the service and value. After a very prompt reply to a technical question I ordered the goods at about 3.30pm and received them the next day, as promised. In an age where we are very wary of poor Internet service this company shines. I would recommend MPB to anyone who wants quality used goods efficiently and at a very reasonably price.

I had been pondering a camera upgrade for a while, and was initially tempted by the prospect of buying and selling on e-bay or other trading website.
However, after watching price trends for a while I realised there was little between any deal on the net and what I was offered by MPB.
Add to that the warranty and free postage that came with the transaction, it was a no-brainer.
Matt and his staff were helpful and courteous throughout.
I will look there first for my next photographic purchase.

Super service
Rang to enquire about first SLR. Was surprised to find that the person who ansered the phone was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I ended up buying straight away. Camera was a "used" one. It arrived next day, as promised, in better condition than described on the website and functioning perfectly. Even came with 6 months guarantee, which is reassuring when buying something 2nd hand for a fair amount of money.
It's rare to find such a professional and personal service. They'll be my first stop in the future.

great service
many thanks to the staff at mpb photographic, ive just upgraded from a bridge camera to a dslr and as a newbie i was looking for a lens that i could use for wildlife. i searched in google search and this company was listed so i clicked on it and hey presto there was a lens, i emailed them to see if it was compatable with the nikon body i had, they replied within a few hours, i then rung them up and they spoke to me in a polite and profesional maner. The next day the lens didnot arive due to the delivery lorry braking down, but appolergised on their behalve, and it arived the next day. the item was as described on the web site and i was very happy with the service i recived from the company. i would highly recomend them and would be going straight to them again before any one else. well done mpb

Part exchanged lenses
I was a bit nervous about sending three reasonably valuable lenses to a company that I hadn't worked with, but the team reassured me and I agreed to part exchange the lenses for a Canon L 24-105 zoom. I was extremely pleased to receive an email to say that the lenses I sent had arrived, and that they had agreed the condition as stated. The exchange lens arrived the next day, and was every bit as good as it was described to be. I will spend more time with the lens this weekend, but initial images are very encouraging. The company have been excellent in every aspect of the trade, and are highly recommended.

Nikon D200 body
First time user, but was aware of MPB's growing reputation.
Great service, order yesterday afternoon and parcelforce delivered a securely packaged D200 at 8.30 this morning, despite the snow!

Second to none.
I purchased a new DSLR a few months back, and after finding the kit lenses ok, but not exactly what i was after i wanted to upgrade.
Around the same time i joined a photography forum online and was recommended MPB.
I part exchanged one of my lenses for a good price, and was left very impressed by them.
Matt in particular was excellent! courier came to pick up my lens at no cost to myself, and the new (but used) lens duly followed a few days later.
Only problem was my new lens arrived without a lens hood as stated, but Matt sorted this out immediately and a hood was sent out by courier.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending MPB, this is what all companys should aspire to be like.

Fast and Well priced
Upgraded and changed from nikon to canon, got a good price for my camera and lens, sorted out a good px for a canon lens and the extra was paid to my account sameday. all picked up and delivered by courier at no extra cost. Cant beat it.
Excellent service and good communications, if you have any camera or lens needs these are the people that will fulfill them.

Perfect in every way!
This was the first time I have used MPB (and won't be the last!) and couldn't fault the service offered.
Initally contacting them to sell a redundant lens, the price quoted, the speed of the transaction process was excellent. Half way through the process I decided to change from a sell to PX on a camera body, and nothing was too much trouble. The item was received the next day, and condition was exactly as discribed.
I have now recommended them to a number of people and only wish there was more companies out there who offer a service as good as theirs!
