above and beyond
This was the first time i used MPB photographic and will not be the last, I had dealt with Matt and Kat over an issue I had with a 'well used' lens, this was resolved with the upmost of proffesionalism as I would of expected. I now have a replacement lens that was delivered in a very prompt manor. I can not recommend them enough for anyone to use. As a professional photographer I have dealt with so called pro suppliers who promise to deliver and always fall short... I will be using MPB in the future.

First class customer service
I really cannot fault the service provided my Matt at MPB Photographic. Very refreshing to find an on line company with such good Customer Service. Matt was available throughout the process and everything happened exactly as he said it would.

The Best Around!!!
This is the third time dealing with Matt and co at MPB Photographic. I am a pro photographer and deal with various photographic companies regularly. I have no hesitation stating MPB are by far the best. They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and polite. The equipment is always as described and the range is always vast. A great company to deal with!

Wonderful service and accurate item description

All round professionalism.
Having kidded myself I was going to be a photographer I failed miserably I was left with good hardly used equipment which I did not need, after contacting MPB with my list they were prompt with a quote for my stuff which I accepted.
MPB then proceeded to arrange for a free pick up from my house and kept me informed of all through the various stages (even though I lived as far away as fife, Scotland ).
Once the equipment had been checked and confirmed okay my money was in my bank within 2 days.
MPB was very professional throughout my dealing with them and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
Well worth 5 stars.

Fantastic
Superb service throughout the part-exchange process.
Even though I was excited and kept emailing them to find out when my order would be delivered, they never got fed up! Very friendly on the phone and always replied to emails the same day.

Great company to deal with
I have dealt with MPB over the last couple of years both buying and selling. Each time I have found their service, promptness and courtesy to be of the highest standard.
I am very pleased to recommend them to anyone. Prices are very fair and descriptions of goods are very accurate. Items described as "exc++" can hardly be distinguished from new and all descriptions are equally fair, biased if anything towards the buyer.

Sold Canon Flash..Very Fast Service
I recently sold my Canon flash. MPB gave me an estimate based on the condition of the flash. MPB paid for a courier and paid the full amount within a day. Delighted by the service and I will use them again!

Excellent prices and commnication. Great service
I bought two lenses from this company last week. They were delivered speedily and well packaged. One lens was perfect for me but the other had a slightly noisy manual focus ring and, although this probably wasn't a major issue and was reasonable for the lens age, I preferred to return it. MPB were fantastically efficient. They gave me an RMA immediately and mailed me the morning the lens arrived with them telling me a refund had been made.
I thought this was great service all round and I will definitely buy from them again.

Arrived in Time for Xmas
After much debate about spending the money I ordered 2 Canon L Lenses from MPB on December 21st - one for myself, the other a present for my son.
Would they arrive in time for Xmas ? ... answer was YES, they arrived next day as promised.
My lens is awesome and early results have surpassed my expectations. My son is also very pleased with the results he has achieved so far.
I attach a couple of images, one taken with each lens.
All in all very satisfied with MPB & will shop with them again.

I always recommend MBP for Photographic equipment
I have purchased a number of items from MBP and on each occasion have found them courteous,knowledgeable and friendly. Everything has been exactly as described and promptly despatched.
After sales service has also been excellent.

Excellent Service from Order to Delivery and Beyond
I wanted a big zoom lens for my Canon. I found myself on MPB, found several lenses and sent a mail requesting their advice on a 500mm lens.
I received a most helpful reply within the hour, ordered the lens (a Sigma 500mm) and the mail also advised that if I ordered the lens before 4PM I would hopefully receive it the next working day.
So. at 08:50 the next morning I got the knock on the door and there was the lens, carefully packed and labled with a receipt.
Tiptop and I would recommend MPB to anyone who searches the web looking to expand their photographic equipment. When I sent a thank you mail to MPB it was answered by Kat who was so happy that I was so pleased with the purchase. I will most certainly use them in the future.

Excellent Service. Excellent price for my Nikon DSLR equipment.
I was very pleased with the prices offered by MPB Photographic for my Nikon D80 DSLR, 18 - 135mm lense, battery grip and Lowepro bag.
The price Matt quoted me was subject to the condition of the equipment, and was upheld after MPB arranged for courier collection, and the equipment was despatched, received and inspected. The money was in my bank account 2 days afterwards receipt.
Highly recommended if you want to sell your DSLR equipment or part exchange against a newer model.

Both excellent customer service and description of the merchandise.
This was my first experience of purchasing an item from MPB Photographic. I spotted a lens on their internet site. I duly 'phoned them up straight away to purchase it, giving them my details etc. The lens arrived the next working day, as promised.
Upon checking the cosmetic condition, I can duly state it was as described. The item description also mentioned some internal dust. I was assured over the telephone, that this amount of dust would cause no problems and was further assured by nature of their 7 day refund policy.
Under test conditions, I would concur and the images are truly excellent - so don't be put off by internal dust, unless you are a collector !
In conclusion, I can state this was an excellent first transaction, and I will certainly deal with them again, recommending them to any potential customers who so far have not dealt with them.
I braved the stormy elements today to test the lens and have pleasure in attaching two of the images.

Professional, efficient and honest
Have to say, I was apprehensive about sending valuable equipment to someone I didn't know, on a promise to be paid, but the more I looked at their website and emails, the more convinced I was, that they were genuine.
Another thing I was afraid of was, that if I did send the items, they would reduce their email quotes.
Yes, some of the items WERE reduced but I believe there was a genuine reason for the reductions and also, Matt and Chris were totally happy ( as earlier promised ) to send the items back to me, free of charge.
And as promised, the money was transferred to my account within two days.
In conclusion, all I can say is that Matt and Chris run the most professional and efficient business I have ever dealt with and you can rest, knowing you will be treated fairly.
Also, if I ever need to buy any gear, theirs will be the first site I visit.

Great Communication and Service
From the time I emailed MPB with my list of equipment I wanted to sell the communication was great. They arranged to collect my old equipment and the money was paid into my account very quickly.

Really Impressed
I was told about this site from a friend of a friend.
I was after a monopod and the Manfrotto 679B was recommended to me.
I ordered it and the delivery was really quick.
When the Monopod did arrive I was more than impressed, the condition was described as exc++, but I would describe it as mint, it was like new.
I will definately be using this company again and I would definately recommend this company to others.

Simply Perfect Again
Second time I have used MPB and again the lens (Canon 300 2.8 L IS) was even better than expected.
I have been looking for a good copy of this lens for 8 months and was relieved when one appeared on Matts site as I know from previous experience that it would be extremely good as well as competitively priced
Even though these lenses are like rocking horse teeth at the moment I felt that I was not being ripped off with the price (unlike some others which are currently available online) and when it arrived this morning it looks like a brand new lens. Awesome

Excellent and honest service
I had my reservations about sending off very expensive photographic equipment against only a promise of payment by email, but the reviews were good so I decided to take the risk. The service was fabulous. The courier collection details were sent promptly, the forms for me to sign were accurate, the courier arrived to collect as agreed, and the money was paid direct to my bank account promptly. I would be happy to use MPB photographic equipment again to sell equipment. Very efficient and trustworthy in my experience.

Speedy, Reliable Service
MPB Photographic provide and excellent service.
I sold some equipment to Matt at MPB recently, not only do they offer fantastic second hand prices, they also offer an incredibly friendly and reassuring service throughout.
Selling camera equipment can sometimes be a difficult experience, however with Matt's approachable nature and fantastic communication made the whole thing a breeze!

Brilliant service
MPB were reccomended to me by someone else who has dealt with them, I cannot fault their professionalism in dealing with various queries, on that basis alone I went back to them, I have had various slr's and lenses and have been extremely pleased with what has arrived and the excellent condition of the items, the dispatch time is amazing and when sending items in to part exchange all the worry is taken out of it as they have it collected, would highly reccomend to anyone and will no doubt be looking at my next lens from these guys, thanks MPB for making the process painless, cheers.

Great service
I have bought from and sold to MPB and I will shop here again in the future.Excellent customer servive and the product (Nikon D50) I bought was spotless plus I got not one but three batteries with it.
I am looking forward to using the lenses I know I will be buying from MPB in the future.
I was heartbroken when I had to sell my equiptment two years ago because of redundancy but MPB gave me a good price and now I am buying good equiptment at what I think is a good price,I am so excited to be using an SLR camera again.

Fabulous service and great value
Excellent advice pre purchase from Matt and the quality of the lens I purchased was beyond my expectations. A Sigma 150-500 Nikon fit lens was delivered the day after ordering and to be honest I looks like brand new complete with case and tripod bracket and Matt threw in a UV filter as a goodwill gesture. I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone looking for value for money, good advice and a reliable supplier.
