I was treated like their best customer, for just a few MGs of RAM.

MR Memory Service is great. I ordered the wrong memory, yet the return process was so simple. MR Memory never made me feel like an idiot. The correct memory was delivered faster than I expected, as was the credit to my wife's account. If you need memory, you have to use MR Memory. Richard Franklin

So fast!

I ordered the two memories at 4pm and they were in my letterbox by first post the next day! And the delivery was free!!
I was confused about how much memory I could upgrade to so 'called' the on line support. She was very helpful and told me NOT to buy the second one as it wouldn't be any better, so definitely no pushy sales there.

I ordered 2gb for my Dell Inspiron 720 and 2gb for my Samsung NoteBook.
Very impressed with the delivery (and the note inside recommending how to handle the product without creating static).

Fantastic customer service!!!

I ordered 2 ram upgrades by accident.
No problem returning one for a full refund.
The other ram didn't work with my netbook ( my netbook obviously was not a standard model) and again, no problem returning it, getting the replacement module and the difference refunded. Great service.

RAM Bam Thank You Man !

Upgraded my Late 2006 20" iMac to 3Gb of RAM.

I buy a lot of stuff online, but I'm no computer buff. Nice clean clear website made it easy to find what I needed, with plain installation instructions to boot. I ordered at midday and chose free delivery. The next morning bam! the new RAM is on the doormat and 20 minutes later it's in the Mac and we're all zipped up and back in business.

In other fields I use trusted online retailers who also give good service, but I'm well impressed with you, man! In your line of goods I won't be going nowhere else.

fast delivery excellent value

I ordered 2 x 4gb upgrades for my Toshiba laptop. The price was cheaper than other suppliers and the ordering process simple. I was even more surprised when my memory arrived the day after I ordered though Royal Mail and within minutes was installed and working. I used to use Offtek but Mr Memory wins hands down.

Did what it said on the Site!

Needed the upgrade of memory for my acer extensa 5230E

Went to the internet, saw the name, went to the site, went through the list of short questions and was within a minute ordering the correct memory for my machine. I did this at 2pm and i received it the following morning.
I can't say I know of anywhere else as efficiently effective to my needs in computer memory.

Great service - the devil is in the detail!

I used Mr Memory for the first time and found the website easy to use. Based on my laptop make and model, the replacement memory was dispatched very speedily. As it turned out, when it didn't work in the laptop, it had been mislabelled. A call to Mr Memory with the details of the existing memory resulted in a return being made and replacement memory dispatched. The customer service when it went wrong was really good. However, shame it went wrong in the first place. It wouldn't stop me from using Mr Memory again though. The service was of a quality to make it as seamless for me as possible.

Very responsive to a problem

I ordered 4GB additional RAM for my Acer Z5610, which is very picky about the additional memory. The first batch would not work with my machine - no problem - returned and a new batch sent out that works fine.

I couldn't believe the speed of delivery

My friend said I needed more memory in my computer, as it was soooo slow.
We he found Mr Memory, and we put in an order. It was late afternoon.
The following morning the postman brought my package before 10.30am.

Comprehensive and yet concised website on memory cards or RAMs. Easy to follow guide to ensure you get the right products or memory cards. For example guide on model specifications of your iMacs or PCs. As well as the actual photo of the models. I purchased 3 RAMs from Amazon and they weren't the right one. Probably the most efficient online service I have ever experienced!!!

I have now used the service four times. On each occasion my goods were delivered on the day following the order being placed. The first time I used Mr Memory I was relying on internet advice for the type of memory needed for my particular net-book. However on receiving the memory I found it to be the wrong type. I phoned Mr Memory and, despite it really being my fault; which I was honest about, there were no quibbles and I simply had to put it back in the the package, write a returns number on the included returns label and within a couple of days I received the correct memory. They even refunded me £4 as the memory I really needed was cheaper.

I have absolutely no problem in heartily recommending Mr memory to anyone.
