Wish My Memory was as Good as Mr Memory

You Know until I came accross MrMemory My Computer was so poor with only 256mb memory (Dell Inspiron 1300 (2004) that Google earth would not work.
Now that I have slipped in the max memory of 2gb taking me no more than 5min to do. I am amazed with the result. Try it.
Saved me buying a new computer around £400.
If I can do it at 70 years young so can you!?

Excellent friendly people

Wow what a service! Website, delivery and complaint resolution was second to none. Had an issue over the items I bought and phoned up customer service to try to resolve. I got a very personal service and my issue was resolved there and then, and I now have an upgraded computer that satisfies all needs. I will definitly use again! Thank you Rob....

Fabulous Fast Worry Free

Ordered Thursday.
Received Friday.
PC flaky after install advised by MrM to use lower spec RAM (My motherboard spec said it supported both). Posted back RAM.
Received replacement memory Saturday.
PC works fine.

Can't think how that service could have been improved!!

EXCELLENT 5 Star service.

I was so impressed with the service & prices at Mr Memory.
I needed some questions answered before buying so rang Mr Memory before I ordered.
The person I spoke to was so helpful & answered all my questions with no problem. I placed my order there & then, & it was with me the next morning.
There was clear instructions with the memory & also an excellent on line video showing how to install the memory. I had my new memory fitted within minutes. My laptop is now so much better it is amazing!
I would recommend Mr Memory to anyone. By this time tomorrow your PC or Laptop could be working as fast as mine!

Good efficient service.

Company has easy to navigate website and can locate your memory in seconds if you have make & model of your equipment. The delivery was fast. Installed the replacment memory and so far no issues. The price was very competitive - approx 50% cheaper than well known brands. However, cannot comment on product reliability. That is why i have given a 4 star rating otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

An initial problem but a quick resolution

Ordered a new RAM module and it was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately it was faulty and I reported it via the website. The support team responded promptly offering a replacement. This was also delivered fast and worked first time.

Unbelievably professional sales and after sales service.

After having purchased my required memory I was struggling to fit it into my laptop. One call to Jeremy at Mr Memory resulted in a flurry of returned calls to my mobile and subsequent emails with pdf files that I had been unable to source despite numerous attempts. Very, very rare to find such service nowadays.....especially after a purchase of just over £20! Thank you very much.

Fantastic service, speedy delivery and quality products

After taking some advice from a work colleague, I ordered some extra memory for an old laptop (Dell Vostro 1000) to speed it up. I made enquries via the internet and was given a choice of websites to order from. I looked at the customer reviews for all the websites and was interested in the positive feedback given by previous 'Mr. Memory' customers. Taking this into consideration, I decided to take a chance and order extra memory from Mr.Memory. Luckily for me I cannot fault the service I received in any shape or form. Ordering my product online was simple and the delivery service was superb! I ordered my product on Wednesday afternoon using the free mail service and received my goods the next day. I installed my extra 2GB of memory with no issues at all, although the instruction booklet provided with the product was good to validate what I was doing. Great Service and I would happily recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Best online memory shop!!

I should say i was very impressed with Mr. memory's service coz i recently ordered a 4gb RAM fo my Sony vaio laptop and there was no trouble finding the right memory for it plus the price was unbelievably cheap, next day delivery to make it even better installation guides are provided.... what more would you want really....

I was having real trouble with the speed of my comp. A friend of mine put me in touch with these guys and I'm real glad he did. The site was real easy to use, the goods came when they said it would, the fitting instructions were detailed enough for even me a computer dinosaur to understand and fit and now I'm able to use the comp with much better speeds. Brill. Thankyou. I'll be using this site again or at least telling eveyone about it. Nuff said.

Advice, the product and on my doorstep 2 days later

I was a little bemused as to what RAM I could get for my machine. Went on Mr M's chat line, they advised a system analysing tool, got mt details, the chat line directed me to the specific possibilities and I ordered. It was delivered two days later, fitted and works well (and hasn't half speeded up my PC!)
