Best customer service accros the board that I've experienced in a long time
Mr Memory was recommended to me by the I.T guy in work. Placed my order late last Tuesday kept informed of progress via email, delivered to my office on Thursday! Being quite clueless when it comes to computers, the module I ordered was the wrong one! So contacted Mr M, to arrange an exchange which I was told would not be a problem! They asked for the system specifications so they could supply the correct ones! Posted it back with the free post label Monday afternoon! Had an email to confirm partial refund and dispatch of my order this morning! Businesses that strive for exceptional customer service could learn from this one!
