I'm absolutely delighted with this company. Great product, at a great price, and quick delivery. This has been my first attempt at anything 'technical' to do with my computer, so loved the installation info. Thought I would be forced to buy a new laptop as mine was so slow and frustrating, then someone recomended Mr Memory to buy more RAM. Laptop is now much faster, in fact I was so pleased that I bought ram for my desktop as well - a bit more fiddly to install, but the old soul is now working better.

Very fast delivery, great packaging, quality product.

My old Packard Bell Easynote came with 1Gb ram but can take 2Gb max. It has been begging for the upgrade to 2Gb for years. There were lots of websites with similar ram but Mr Memory guaranteed my order of 2x1Gb would work with my old Easynote SW51. I was a little dubious about not knowing exactly which manufacturer of RAM I was buying but was assured by Mr Memory that it would be "one of the top 10". Well, very quickly and perfectly packaged my 2x1Gb DIMMs arrived and I could see they were genuine Samsung DIMMs, a superb RAM manufacturer. Working now in my laptop nicely, thank you.

I messed up, Mr Memory sorted it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought two modules for a Compaq laptop. After removing the existing modules I realised that I had replaced like for like. I felt a complete pillock. Called Mr Memory and explained the situation to them. They advised me to return the modules to them, a cash adjustment was made and the modules I wanted were returned to me a few days later.
The service I received was very efficient and proffesional, no fuss no mickey taking just bang on proper service. I was so pleased I went and had a beer, then I had some more. ( get the picture )

They sent me the wrong part, although it was not wrong part but wrong settings from
the computer descripttion.v they replace them for the right ones in almost not time from the customer service.

Truly exemplary service

Sunday: I order a memory upgrade for my iMac from Mr. Memory for the first time (seeing it was about 20% cheaper than at Crucial) using their free standard delivery option.
Tuesday: The memory chips arrive in the morning. I promptly install them and realise I had specified the wrong model (early 2008 instead of mid 2007). Same evening, I write an email asking whether I could return them for the right ones, offering to pay any extra delivery costs (price of chips was same).
Wednesday: Receive email response indicating a return is perfectly acceptable, including instructions as to where and how. No request to pay anything extra.
Thursday: Send back the original memory chips via (not compulsory) signed-for mail for £2.
Friday: Receive email confirmation that my replacement memory was dispatched.
Saturday: Receive the new correct memory chips - which work perfectly!

So all in all, 2 item receipts and 1 return receipt confirmation within a week. With prompt and accurate communication all along. I can not help being impressed.

Gods service

Company was very efficient. Memory was delivered within 3 days. I placed 2 orders to upgrade my Mac and my windows laptop from 2GB to 4GB RAM each and both were delivered very quickly.

Unfortunately this does not seem to have made any difference to the performance of either computer which leaves me a bit mystified. I would hope its not a reflection of the RAM memory that is being sold.

A++ seller, highly recommend Mr Memory.

I bought 2 x 1Gb RAM chips for my Toshiba Equium Notebook A100-02L which still had the original 2 x 500Mb RAM. I tested the time to boot from cold, the time to log in to my account and the time taken to shutdown the laptop before and after the upgrade.
The difference in speed was quite astounding (approx 3 times faster with 2GB).

Also I bought 1 x 32Gb Micro SDHC Class 10 for my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mobile Phone.
