Great products at great prices with even better service!

I ordered items for a memory upgrade at 3:55pm and was amazed that they arrived the next morning, these guys stand out from the crowd for customer service and prices, they can't be beaten.

Very user friendly, cheap and fast delivery

The guide to identify what memory you need is excellent. Prices are competitive and shipping fast. The modules worked without any problems. I couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic Service

I ordered a 2gb memory unit from Mr Memory and received it within 2 days of ordering it. The only problem was that the unit was faulty and it didn't work properly. I sent a request to return it and the support team couldn't have been any more helpful. I sent the faulty unit back and got the replacement unit in under 72 hours and it works great.

Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for memory upgrades!!!

Fast and good packaging

Products were sent in hours of order, the packaging was good and the memory board were in perfect state. The menu for memory type selection was useful in finding ram perfectly compatible with each computer model.

The first RAM did not fit my Dell Inspiron, but it was very quickly replaced with an alternative. The new module works perfectly and has improved my laptop's speed. The service provided was excellent and delivery speed and packaging faultless.

At my age memory is a precious thing .

Well i had an old HP computer lying around and frankly it was too slow for anything other than light office stuff , no use at all for web surfing so i investigated the poor old thing and saw it had only 256mb installed , no wonder it couldn't do anything , i phoned up MM and the nice lady told me that i could fit a whole 2 GB so i went ahead and bought it , the transformation was immense and immediate so i immediately thought of my other old heap , a seven year old HP media center , now that already had a whole 1 GB fitted over four slots which were crying out to be fitted with a GB apiece , parts were duly ordered and fitted , the increase in speed is apparent but not earth shattering but then i haven't used any big applications yet but i'm sure it'll handle things like photoshop with ease now .
Both deliveries were fast and advice freely given , i would reccomend MM without hesitation , they seem to know their stuff

I ordered a 2Gb memory module online from Mr Memory's online site - it arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it wasn't recognised by my Toshiba netbook. A quick call to Mr Memory's helpful techical support identified that there was probably a fault with the chip. As advised by them, I sent the chip back Freepost with the Mr Memory returns number allocated, and within a couple of days received a replacement - another brand of faster chip. This worked perfectly. Great service, Mr Memory!

The memory I bought for my laptop was exactly as described and worked perfectly.

Fastest delivery ever!

Trying to upgrade the RAM on my old PC and my order was logged at 3.55pm. Parcel received at 10.30 the next morning. Pretty impressive you might think except this is to Highland, Scotland where half the companies charge a ridiculous surcharge for delivery or won't deliver at all.
