We always use multitrip because our holidays are never confined to the standard 21 or 28 days. With multitrip we get 60 days, and as many times a year as we want. No other company offers this.

Good company and great price
Good cover for the price you pay although i have never had to make a claim,this is my 3rd year with Multitrip,i have a medical condition and it was a great price compared to other travel insurance and i looked at a lot,its a separate number you phone for medical cover but the person was very helpful.will probably use them again in the future.

An efficient, helpful and cost effective experience
I found it very easy to examine the options available to me and make a decision to use Multitrip for my needs. However, the only real test of travel insurers is how they respond to a claim. At least my experience to date has been a pleasant one and may augur well for me if, regrettably I do have to claim. A 4 star verdict.

Utter rubbish
Tried to get travel insurance for myself and husband plus golf equipment, selected it charged three times and on the documents it clearly stated golf equipment Not covered!!! Don't consider this company as you don't get what you want!!!

I have investigated this matter and it did appear that there was a glitch in the system and the payment for the Golf Equipment was taken twice.
The policy premium and additional payment have been refunded to you.

Have had multitrip a while and have been pleaded but had so e complaint this year
This year I was going on holidays and my renewal came half way through my vacation. I phoned multitrip before I left and was told that it would automatically renewed, lucky I had my iPad with me to see the email saying it could not be renewed, I tried to renew it but couldn't, had to get on to my daughter at home to do it for me, if I hadn't my iPad with me I would have thought I was covered,

Excellent easy service and good value for money.
I have used Multitrip.com for 5 years now. I find them cheap and reliable. They are easy to do deal with and cut out the waffle of travel insurance.

Multi Trip Insurance I hope I never use it
It was the cheapest on the market for the cover i needed. I upgraded my cover during the year with a phone call It was done CHEERFULLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY by the person on the phone. Old fashioned service re assures a client. I hope I never have to use the service but I will be happy to call if I have to and I feel that I will receive any help that is needed

Great price options
I really did a lot of shopping around for travel insurance and found multitrip to be the best price and cover wise. I'm delighted and feel safe travelling now. I also like that the trip can be up to 60 days

Seems good
I was emailed a couple of times to say renewal date was approaching which was good. I knew that my card had changed from last year and that it would fail but couldn't find a way to go online and change details. On the day of renewal I received text and email to say that card didn't work and rang call centre and they updated my details for renewal immediately. Call centre person handled it very efficiently.

Quick and Easy
I had rang a few other companies looking for a quote (simple quote) but found the call dragged on and I was none the wiser. But when I got to speak with a rep in Mulitrip, the whole experience was over in a jiffy, I got my quote quick and easy. I rang back later that day and paid for my quote......effortless :)

Excellent service
I rang because the website was not responding. I wanted to change my cover to worldwide and had no trouble at all. Got my quote in a minute and I would say that the total time I spent on the phone was 5 minutes. Great efficiency, lovely person to deal with, and so quick. Very happy with the service.

Quick and informative service
I was impressed with the service except for one thing. I expected to be sent an email of the full details of my policy, which I wasn't.
I have a policy number and a phone number to ring in case of claim but if I hadn't printed the details after the application I would have been left in limbo.
Perhaps this could be addressed in future.

Hassle free travel insurance in an instant
Off all the online travel insurers, Multi Trip was the most friendly, easy to use site. While other sites would not quote for 17 year olds, this insurance with Multi Trip took 5 minutes to purchase. Great value for money!
