I did a lot of research before buying my new samsung 3d tv. I had already ordered this through comet 2 weeks ago only to find it was out of stock with no supply date
I then found multizoneaudiovisual. I wasn't sure about using an Internet company I had not heard of but they had the model I wanted at a good price and feedback was good
Customer service was first class, delivery was arranged for the day that suited me and then they email me the day before to say that my order has been shipped with my delivery tracking number, I would definitely recommend them.
I purchased Samsung BD-E6100 3D disc player. Price, communication and delivery was very good. My son a IT consultant endeavoued to install and found the procedure would not go past the language selection. MultizoneAv advised to contact Samsung customer support. Spent some time on the phone with them carrying out their checks and it was agreed that there was a fault. They suggested it could be a faulty remote and duly sent another to me.The fault still existed so I contacted Multizone and they arranged collection. I had transferred the batteries to the replacement remote and returned the original remote without the batteries. My mistake. Multizone claim that the player was not defective and the fault was mine in not having batteries in the remote or we were not pointing the remote at the player correctly. Knowing the time taken to try and get the player working and then with the guidance of Samsung this is complete nonsense. My contact at Multizone had told me they had conducted a factory reset and I believe this rectified the fault. They would not return the DVD player unless I paid the the £15 collection charge. £15 is not the end of the world but it leaves a bad and unfair experience.
This was my first online purchase for a tv so I was a little worried about spending a lot of money with a company I have never heard of but I was really pleased with the price plus I got free delivery and I liked the way I could track my tv with the courier .
But the most important thing is that the tv (a Lg 47 inch led ) is brilliant ,easy to set up and a great picture

not so sure I will be able to put in words how good MultizoneAV are in terms of pre- and post sales. Professionalism at its full extent of the word. Will consider to buy from them again.
I bought a Toshiba BDX3200 Multi-Region but it took over two weeks to arrive and when it did it didn't seem to be able to play region A bluerays & there were no instructions as to how to set the blueray to multi-region. I complained to MultiZoneAV but, after some research on the internet the following day, established that the region code can be set by pressing 8520 from within the setup menu and selecting the appropriate region using the number keys (later confirmed by a MultiZoneAV reply). I also established that, whilst probably not the latest revision, the multi-region upgrade can be obtained freely and downloaded ... something the bill says I was charged about £50 for. And after all that it turns out that the player does actually seem to be very good, at least now I know how to switch regions and play my one and only Region A disk ... on the plus-side of paying for the upgrade I guess the player is still in warranty :)
My problem was really with MultiZoneAV themselves but in their defence their service, whilst not informative (I mean come on guys, how hard is to send a mail saying why you can't dispatch immediately?) & somewhat lengthy, was in some ways very good and their staff courteous & friendly. As I suggested in a slightly irate mail to the company, they should provide instructions to buyers of units such as this in the future because it simply isn't that obvious.
One final criticism is of the MultiZoneAV website, specifically the "Contact Us" website function which, when the "Send" button is clicked, gives no real indication that a message has been sent (using latest edition FireFox).
Would I use MultiZoneAV again? Yes though I'd be a bit more upfront in making sure I knew what I was in for ... if they would only improve their customer communication (keeping then customer up to date without the customer having to contact them first) they'd be a truly excellent company.

I always do lots of research on line before buying to try and find the best price as well as a reputable supplier. Multizone were both, offering the best price for my new Panasonic 3D TV, plus blu ray, stand and sound bar.
They were very helpful on the phone and kept me fully informed with my order. They only miss out on 5 stars as the sound bar turned out to be out of stock after I had ordered it, but they did phone and tell me. Overall great service, great price and quick delivery. Thanks Multizone.
I purchased a 37" Sony TV from Multizone AV, it arrived at the agreed time but was damaged in transit. I called the customer service team who arranged for a next day swap and even agreed to give me a different model (40") at a lower price. They showed flexibility in allowing me to change the delivery address to my place of work, even though this is not their policy. All in all a good experience and I will be looking to this company for my next home entertainment purchase. Good work guys!
I was very impressed.I ordered my TV on Wednesday, was phoned later in the day and added a wall bracket to the order - having forgotten to include originally. They matched a sale price I had found online from a local retail outlet and both arrived on Friday. Excellent service.

i cant speak too highly about this company,i rang to see about new 3d tv etc and was given great information ,everything from ordering to delivery was 10 out of 10...will use this site again and will recommend to others.. I have nothing but positive things to say about MultizoneAV. Having had a few weeks of troubles trying to buy a particular model of TV online, and having various retailers tell me it was in stock, take payments and then inform me it wasn't in stock and be very unhelpful, I stumbled across MultizoneAV. From start to finish they were most helpful, and when I explained that I knew what I want, they went out of their way to get hold of it for me. I would certainly reccomend them to everyone and will definitely use them in the future, can't talk highly enough!
I ordered and received my new Sony HD hard drive recorder very quickly and was impressed with the excellent price - if it hadn't been for a strange phone call from customers services after 3 days, it would easily have been 5 stars. They rang me and asked several 'security' questions and wondered if I would prefer to have express delivery, which would be the day after next for an extra £10 - I declined as I was not in a hurry and hey - presto it arrived the next day, prompting me to ring Multizone and verify if I had had a hoax call trying to get my personal details; I am glad to say it was a genuine call, if a bit odd.
Otherwise I was very impressed.

Saw a TV on Multizoneav website and decided to pick it from their Home Cinema store @ 58-60 East Walk, East Gate Shopping Centre, Basildon Essex, SS14 1HE. No problem with the purchase they were very friendly to take my money in Store.
Problem started after 10 days of purchase. TV was emitting a humming noise from the back of the TV while in stand by mode. Didn't want to use the TV any more in case it gets worse. So I thought because the TV is only 10 days old I would have no problem of getting a replacement or refund.
How wrong was I, When I went to their store where I paid for the TV they decided to check the fault and TV was not making any noise so I asked them to keep the TV overnight and check it properly for me, Store Manager refused saying he is not insured to keep the TV in the store then he wanted £80 for the Sony to check the TV again this is 10 days old TV and I refused.
And it got worse then the store manager said because I saw this TV on multizoneav.com it has nothing to do with the HomeCinema Store, which was another lie, it clearly says on their website multizoneav.com is a division of Home Cinema store and I paid for the TV in store not online. Again they never mentioned anything when they took my payment IN STORE when I bought the TV.
So when I asked for the multizoneav.com office address they refused to give it to me. Then they wanted me to write them an email with what the problem is I found that insulting why they can't listen to me while I am standing in front of them in their store where I paid for the TV.
Store has a don't care not bothered attitude, will never purchase or recommend them to any one.
Now I am stuck with 10 day old faulty TV
By the way multizoneav.com, Home cinema store and HCS direct have same store address. Check it your self online.

I phoned the company to discuss my plan to upgrade my TV and audio system. The customer service I received was first class, giving me plenty of options but listening to my needs and budget to give honest and clear advice. I ordered the equipment which arrived on the day stated. One item was damaged but this was the fault of the courier service. I needed some technical help when setting up and I was very pleased with the intelligent and patient responses to my questions. I shall definitely make this company my first port of call for future purchases!
I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion I’ll make an exception. The service I received from Multizone was first class; the sales rep whom I dealt with was most helpful and patient. My order was tracked from beginning to end, I even received a telephone call on the day to advise of my delivery status.

Found site on Pricerunner for the TV I'd decided on. Easy to navigate website - although a bit more info on products would be better - and purchased easily enough through Paypal. Got a call to say all was ok with order and asking if I needed anything else which was a nice touch in this technological age! Product arrived in good time and in perfect condition.
