WOW! Shopping was so easy and enjoyable with Music City Gifts.
I had no problems with Music City Gifts. The product was what I had expected and it was shipped very quickly. The packaging was superb. I will not think twice about shopping here again.

Christmas Ornaments from Painted Ponies
I collect most of the Painted ponies ornaments of the miniature horses for my daughter. . She has always had a love affair with horses, and once co owned with her husband the largest thorough bred farm in California.

Broken
because the piece I was purchasing was a collectible (not new), I called first to ask about the condition. I was told it was in great condition had the box and the tag. All of which was true. However, when my order arrived, there was a small piece that was broken off. I just wish this information would have been disclosed as well.

The Wizard of Oz figurines I purchased were of better quality and detail than I expected. These figurines would make suitable Christams ornaments--and I am very pleased with them. Thanks for a quality product and speedy delivery.

delivery is way to long
Hi,
This is my first time using this site, I've placed in order on the 31 Jan and my package said it won't be deliver until the 12 Feb. I think the delivery is taking way to long to arrive.

Above and beyod the call of duty.
I had an issue with the Post Office returning a package because the P. O. Box wasn't on the package, even tho it wasn't Music City Gifts problem or issue, Laura went above and beyond the call to get the shipment back out as soon as possible. Because of that I will always use Music City Gifts whenever possible.

CHRISTMAS SAVED

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Orders always come fast, and the website is very user friendly. The real test I think is how a problem is handled. Through no fault of Music City one of the items I gave as a gift had a manufacturer defect. I reported it to them by e-mail and they had a replacement sent out right away.

Great to deal with, beautiful products
My mother and I have purchased several of the Tusk elephant figurines from Music City Gifts and each time we are very satisfied. The products are great and Music City is very easy to work with. They are the first place I go to order such figurines.

Was pleasantly surprised
I came across this web store via a Google search. I placed an order for three items because the price was right and shipping was free.
...any store can handle that easy part.
The reason that Music City is excellent is because of the great communication. They contacted me to check that I was OK with regular shipping given that my items might not have arrived in time for Christmas.
My items arrived today, perfectly packed and in great condition.
I will be ordering again from Music City in the future because I really appreciate their excellent customer service. They are easily one of the best online stores I ever ordered from.

First time won't be last!
As the holidays approached this year, I ordered something from Music City Gifts for my "significant other," who is a collector. I had never done this before - in fact, I'd not heard of the company previously. The ordering was easy, and a representative even called to offer to ship the item by a faster means at no extra charge to ensure that it arrived by Christmas! The gift came in good shape with time to spare. I'm impressed.

An amazing place for collectors to shop.
I have bought so many things from this website, and each and every time my orders get here in a matter of days with no problems. My personal favorites are the Horses of a Different Color. When I open them they are well packaged and are never broken. They are a beautiful decoration to add to any household or collection.

Customer Service at it's best
I ordered a gift for my step daughter for the holiday. She has had a really tough year, so I picked a beautiful gift from the store. There was a little problem as the item I ordered was not in stock due to a glitch in their inventory system. The owner called personally and apologized, then took further steps to help me get to what they had in inventory that were comparable to my original order, sending me a link to view one of the items she suggested. When I found what I thought would work emailed me to let me know she had those items and would make sure it was taken care of quickly. She took quick, awesome care to make sure she handled this handled like I was her most important customer, and I appreciate her help and concern. GREAT Owner!!!

Hello,! somebody communicate with me!!!!!
Only contact from Music City has been to confirm that order was placed. The order was placed almost 2 weeks ago and as yet I have not received any confirmation that the order has been processed or dispatched. I am beginning to feel that this is a bogus company. I understand that delivery time from U.S to U.K will be little longer than normal but I paid over $50.00 for delivery so I am expecting better service than I already have received. If I get the goods before Christmas, I may use site again, if not then no way. This is a present for my wife. Not happy so far. 1 star only coz its Christmas time
