Music matter delivered my product on time. The service was great, they noticed that my billing address and shipping address was different, and they took the time to phone and check whether this was a mistake. Highly recommened service.

Great prices and a great service.
They supplied the product I wanted very quickly as their in-stock equipment is shipped the same day and when the kit turned out to be doa - not their fault as it was a new, boxed item - they supplied a replacement without hesitation. I have had a few orders from MusicMatter and each time the staff are not only helpful but knowledgeable. The prices are on par with everyone else so I tend to check them first these days. The packaging is always good with the item box inside another box, unlike some who just slap address stickers on the manufacturers box. I know its nit picking but I like to keep the boxes just in case I decide to sell stuff on, its not yet happened :o) So a good experience all round which will have me going back again as soon as I see something on their site that I don't know I want yet :o)

I ordered a Tascam digital recorder from Music Matter via eBay. The next day, I received advice from them of dispatch and received the recorder, properly packed, the following day.

Best buy!
What a good purchase this was!
Presonus 8-input mobile firewire interface, with headphone, mics & holders/stereo bracket and leads.
Works perfectly on my son's Macbook Pro/Logic setup.
Will, I'm sure, be very useful to him when he goes to study Music Technology at University this year.

First Class Service
Having found on the internet what I was looking for at the best price, I phoned Music Matter to discuss my needs and found the person I spoke to both courteous and very helpful. I placed an order there and then, an email confirmed the transaction, and another the despatch of goods, along with info as to tracking its progress. The product arrived as promised the next day by courier post.
From my first experience with Music Matter, I would recommend its services unreservedly.

Excellent service & speedy delivery
The item I purchased arrived within the time frame quoted when ordering. Two cables I also ordered with the main item were not included with the delivery, however this only took a brief phone call to sort out, and the cables were sent out - no quibbles or friction, so not something I consider to be a problem, or worth knocking a star off for - nobody's perfect, after all!

Item arrived on time
Not much to say at this point. I did try contacting the company because there was an error on their website which stopped me buying. I could not check out from the basket because the website claimed I had not made some required choices. There were none. I have no idea what the choices would have been because the microphone I bought only comes in one colour. However I found if I clicked checkout from the main page I circumvented the basket and it allowed me to checkout properly. I did contact them saying I was ready to buy and could they fix it or tell me how to check out but I worked it out and in any case didn't get any response from them that I know of. So I have downrated my experience from 5 to 3 stars. The buying experience apart from the poor communication was fine, and the courier they use found my address where others fail. Will consider using again.
Update: I did get a prompt response from the retailer following my comments. As there was probably some kind of technical issue and uncertain where this occurred (possibly my side) I have upped the rating. Overall I am happy with the attention to customer service. I contacted them via their online form and I know from experience this method is not always 100% reliable.

Doesn't get much better than Music Matter
I looked online for a pair of Alesis Mi 520 Active Speakers and found this company willing to except an offer which was £20 less than I had seen elsewhere, I agreed and paid with PayPal, this was early afternoon, the speakers arrived the next morning. Now that is what I call good service...............oh and the speakers are really good too...

Most competitively priced music show I have EVEN bought from.
