Brilliant service at the best prices.
This company cannot be faulted as after I ordered they rang me to offer a slightly better deal. Perfectly packed and delivered the next day - what more can you ask at these prices.

Fast delivery, great comms, faultless
I emailed to see if item in stock and when it would be sent, received a reply within the hour.
Sent another email after they had closed and again received reply within the hour.
I ordered and paid by PayPal that evening,
I was informed the next morning that it had been sent along with tracking information, which was great as it was free next day delivery, and sure enough it arrived the following morning in perfect condition.
Faultless and worry free.
I would definitely use them again.

Nothing but superlatives.
I must admit I have only ordered once from these, but it was absolutely A1. The item was a great price, The delivery was very fast, It was dispatched the same day with tracking details and arrived well packaged in immaculate condition.

Decent and trouble-free transaction, with just one comment to improve things !!
The only thing that bugged me was that, after ordering the Addictive Drums software and paying for it, I had to wait for delivery of a FedEx parcel with a box that contained only a small piece of paper with a reference number to download the software from manufacturers !!
After you had received my payment, couldn't I have been emailed the reference so I could download it immediately and save you the postage ?

speedy delivery and good customer service
Have ordered twice. 1st time - next day delivery, no problems. 2nd time - customer service explained why there was a delay and product then arrived as promised.

Great prices and a great service.

A pleasure to deal with.
I have had a few orders from MusicMatter and each time the staff are not only helpful but knowledgeable. The prices are on par with everyone else so I tend to check them first these days. The packaging is always good with the item box inside another box, unlike some who just slap address stickers on the manufacturers box. I know its nit picking but I like to keep the boxes just in case I decide to sell stuff on, its not yet happened :o) So a good experience all round which will have me going back again as soon as I see something on their site that I don't know I want yet :o)

What a good purchase this was!
Presonus 8-input mobile firewire interface, with headphone, mics & holders/stereo bracket and leads.
Works perfectly on my son's Macbook Pro/Logic setup.
Will, I'm sure, be very useful to him when he goes to study Music Technology at University this year.

Having found on the internet what I was looking for at the best price, I phoned Music Matter to discuss my needs and found the person I spoke to both courteous and very helpful. I placed an order there and then, an email confirmed the transaction, and another the despatch of goods, along with info as to tracking its progress. The product arrived as promised the next day by courier post.

Excellent service & speedy delivery
The item I purchased arrived within the time frame quoted when ordering. Two cables I also ordered with the main item were not included with the delivery, however this only took a brief phone call to sort out, and the cables were sent out - no quibbles or friction, so not something I consider to be a problem, or worth knocking a star off for - nobody's perfect, after all!
