Firstly the customer service is excellent, communication was very pleasant with fast responses to all of my questions. Naturally I was apprehensive about using Music Matter at first because they were offering a product for lower than the RRP. I've had bad dealings with ebay users offering products lower than the RRP before so naturally there's always a bit of apprehension when it comes to using someone new to me, but I am pleased to say that I was delightfully surprised.
The product I purchased is the genuine article, and it arrived well packaged within a standard delivery time for an all inclusive price. Well done Music Matter, I am an extremely satisfies customer.

Found what I was looking for in a very competitively priced package, and it included a free next-day delivery. I also sent a query which was answered quickly.
