good quality service
My MXL 990 MICROPHONE came quickly packaged well, inside the box there was a shockmount with the mic, not sure about the quality of the shockmount seems a bit flimsy but holds my mic in place up to now, the microphone itself is great, picks up everything around so now i just need is a reflection filter. I would say great service from Musicmatters.

Awesome shopping experience
Its always a bit hit and miss when you go to a new shop for some high end equipment.
Quite often the person on the other end of the phone is either clueless or trying to sell yo crap you dont need or want but I found Music matters to be very helpful, really good product advice, made sure I was getting the right kit for the right job!! Great price and my new toys were with me by 8am the very next day.

Excellent and super quick postage
Really good, it was the product I wanted and it was the cheapest of all the places I looked including amazon, eBay, online shops etc. free next day delivery using FedEx was really good too I ordered at 3pm and it was delivered the following morning.

Diligent, polite, fast.
These guys had a bit of kit that I couldn't find many other places and for the best price. Surprisingly, I got a phone call mere minutes after placing my order to confirm I wasn't a fraudster (delivery address and billing address were different for my order). The chap who called was friendly and polite and I really appreciate the time he took out to make sure I wasn't being scammed. That is a level of diligence and customer service that I haven't come across with many online retailers.
The products were dispatched same day and arrived the next day exactly as described so no complaints there either.
All in all, I will use these guys again and would recommend to anyone.
