Fantastic program
The service and delivery with this program was excellent as is the value. It is very well explained and easy to follow. The fact that it is interactive shows me both my mistakes and success. I have had my keyboard for some time but just dabbled at learning to play but now I am confident that I will learn the right way and get plenty of enjoyment from it. I would recommend this product to any one.

Web site easy to ues, good product, prompt delivery
Grreat service by musiconmypc. I ordered Charanga Guitar Coach Deluxe 6 CD Guitar Tuition Software which I found following a web search. I'd been using an earlier version of the Charanga software which would only run on XP. The later version runs on Windows 7, has many more features which I've yet to fully explore. My initial assessment is that I'm confident that the CD set will be a valuable learning tool which I will be able to use as an effective supplement to the tuition i'm already having.

When I had not recived the item I ordered I received prompt reply o my e-mail and they helped me track down where the item was sent. It was due to a mistake on my part but Music On My PC could not have been more helpful.

No complaints
Decent choice of cables, adaptors etc. The free shipping within the UK really makes this site worthwhile.
I especially appreciated the "bundle" of mic stand with cable and add ons together at a good price. (only suggestion I would make is that the description could be a bit more detailed at times, i.e. what kind of mic cable exactly, how long etc.)

How online shopping should be.
Did a Google shopping search for an ilok & MOMPC had the best price. As I'd never used them before I was a bit dubious of how this shopping experience was gonna turn out.

Friendly, first class service from a company keen to give complete customer satisfaction.
I tried a friend's earlier version of Printmusic, which was reasonably easy to operate with some guidance. From this experience, I decided to buy my own version, which arrived safely a day or two after placing the order and I was immediately comfortable with it, following installation. I found it simpler to use the various facilities available, than the friend's version and both the Quick Reference Guide and the full manual are clear to understand.

Speedy and trustworthy service!
I was running an old version of M-Audio Pro Tools which had stopped working as a result of OS-X upgrade.
I could not find information that would confirm the upgrade to PT9 would solve my issues but, not only did they answer my questions, they gave me a great price on the upgrade.

What a bargain!
No power supply needed; no drivers to load. But before that I ordered it one evening and it was on the doorstep the 'day after tomorrow' 30 hours ain't bad.

I phoned the shop to enquire about a keyboard. The lady knew what the product was, what it did, how much it cost etc. It was the cheapest price for the same thing so I purchased it over the phone and received it the next day, post free. Second to none!

Excellent service!
I bought Siblius 7 upgrade from Music on my PC, it arrived the next day. As I had a lot of problems when loading and activating it, I rang the parent company, Avid, to get advice. I was advised that the version I should have bought was the "Trade-up" so I sent my copy back to MOPC. The next day I received a full refund to my account, I would have no reservations with shopping at MOPC in future, the service is first class.
