Poor
Ordered a bathroom sink tap, they failed to note that the item was not in stock. so after waiting a week I called to told it was coming from Germany, Clearly this a problem if you are working to a time frame.
Also the online account login doesn't work whic is frustrating if you are tryi ng to chase your order, and the reset your password does not work either ( i'm running google chrome)

Very quick delivery and good quality product.
The tap we ordered was despatched much quicker than I expected and arrived within 2 days of playing the order. Would definitely look to use again for future bathroom purchases.

Raised shower floor
I purchased an Abacus Elements linear Concept Raised Tray Kit 1L - 900mm X 1800mm. This has proved an excelled raised shower floor ( so the floorboards etc are not disturbed). In my case the floor screed supplied was insufficient due to the bathroom floor not being level but otherwise, an excellent & comprehensive kit. My-Bathrooms were prompt delivery & at a good price, so would recommend them & the product.

The product was well explained on the website. This is an,often overlooked, essential part of the customer's requirement. The payment was facilitated in a user friendly way and the product was delivered quickly. Very satisfied.......Steve was even able to arrange my delivery to France, i don't think it was easy with glass products, but he said they could do it and were good to their word.

Excellent service. Steve handled all my queries promptly and professionally at a really good price!
I bought from this site when it was just setting up. I found Steve to be extremely efficient and he got back to me with any queries I had. I also managed to buy three Vessini loos at a third of the price of another expensive supplier although they looked very similar. All in all, this is a small business that offers great service! What more could you want!

Good stock range,very competitive and prompt delivery
Ordered a pair of Towel Warmer valves from My-Bathrooms based on best price offered. Placed Order on a Friday and received valves on Monday morning, even before I received confirmation they had been sent, this with free delivery. Could not ask for more. Excellent service would certainly use again.

Excellent prices and quick delivery
I have now placed three separate orders with My Bathrooms, and all three were processed quickly and arrived within 2 days of the order being placed. The only issue was that the online status of the order does not seem able to keep up with what’s happening in reality, so my order was still "Awaiting Fulfilment" even after the product had arrived. Best prices I could find online and free delivery is a bonus!

Great Prices, and a very good customer service.
My delivery was fast. Unfortunately the tray was damaged, but a new one was sent out and was with me next day.

Excellent Service from original order to delivery but far more importantly absolutely excellant Customer Care Service - absolutely 1st Rate.
We had a a damaged part within our consignment which was replaced and despatched within hours.

Good and quick service
Ordered a replacement timer/thermostat for my underfloor heating. It was delivered the next day which I thought was excellent as there was no charge for P&P. installed item the same day and worked fine

Outstanding, helpful staff
Although I had a bit of an experience ordering, with their auto confirmation system not responding, due to a switch over to a new server (which ended in me ordering the product twice). The staff were extremely helpful in sorting this out as soon as they noticed the duplicate order. The delivery details and meeting my specific requirements on timing were dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Very happy indeed with the service provided.

Good customer Service
Bought an Abacus Elements Shower floor kit from them and the product is great, had a bit of an issue with the courier and transit with some damaged goods but My Bathrooms sorted it out without an issue.

I had a problem with my order, with the wrong item being sent out twice but they were very helpful and resolved the issue with no cost to me. Mistakes happen, it's how a company deals with them that determines if I would use them again and I would use my-bathrooms in the future.

Hi, I wasnt exactly sure what it was i needed to fix my tap and Steve helped me in every way possible. However when the part came it was cracked but once i contacted you again i was sent a replacement straight away. Cannot fault the service at all it was great and i wish everywhere else was the same.
