Feel a bit cheated

I ordered an acrylic print from their website, now I didn't see the part about the acrylic being only 3mm thick, I just saw the diagrams/images on their site showing nice thick pictures, I don't know what I was expecting but certainly not the thin and flimsy picture I received.

Also I did not see anywhere to add fixings to my order and was expecting something to be included, I literally received a sheet of acrylic, no holes drilled for corner fixings and nothing on the back.

On contacting them I was told that I could now not buy the fixings they offered as they could only be purchased as part of an order for a print, so the only way was for me to purchase another picture where I could then order 2 lots of fixings, granted they offered me a small discount but I would not want another flimsy acrylic print.

My print is currently still in its packaging!!!

I'd recommend this service to anyone.

The website was clear and concise, I uploaded my images, opted for the stretching service and clicked order.
My delivery (3 canvas prints) was very well packed , the canvas neatly tensioned over the stretcher frame, the print quality was excellent and an exact match colour-wise with my own printed images. I chose the stretched image for the sides, which made for a finished look when hung without a frame. I have no negative comment to make whatsoever and, yes, I will certainly use the service again.

Absolutely delighted with quality.

The picture quality was amazing. It was a present for my daughter and her partner. The scene was of one of their favourite places and has pride of place in their home.

The delivery was super fast.

Will be ordering more.

Excellent service and price

When we redecorated our house, I wanted some of my images printed on canvas to decorate the walls. As a semi pro photographer, I wanted them to look impressive and I was not disappointed. The quality of print was excellent, and the service was good too. Can't fault the service, and since then I have ordered more prints for myself and a friend. I will definitely be coming back for more in future.

I have purchased several canvases from my-picture and everyone has been beautifully done. The service is efficient and communication excellent from start to finish. It is the only company I would use for canvas prints and can highly recommend to anyone for quality, cost and service
