Very poor service ordered Fridge freezer online which they don't have ask why is it still online after a week of ordering they then said it will be coming off they gave me a replacement option which cost another £60. Then came the delivery service which was due to be delivered between 12-5pm but failed and decided to ring me at 5.15pm to say they won't be coming then offered me Monday morning which they came at 7am which is fine but when the drivers were gonna go without opening up the the packaging n take the litter with them which they say wasn't part of the service I thought ok some don't but when I was about to sign for delivery it clearly was marked UNPACK AND TAKE WRAPPER AWAY some service this was think twice ur better off paying £10 more to another firm like John Lewis way better

I ordered a microwave that was supposed to be in stock...it wasn't and took nearly two weeks to arrive....only to find i had been sent a return!
The microwave did not work for longer than 20 seconds before coming up with an error.
I was told that the unit had only been returned because it was too big and not because it didn't work...it was just a coincidence that it didn't work.
I then had to go through a week of 'customer service' to be told I had to wait for a Samsung engineer to decide what the fault was.....this was nearly three weeks without a microwave now.
My choice then accepted it was unacceptable to send a return out to me instead of a new working microwave.
They then offered me other choices of microwave as an alternative....i chose one and found that this was also not in stock and would take a week or two to come.
I had to eventually demand my money back after around six or seven weeks of problems....to date....4/6/13 they have collected the microwave but I still do not have my £399 and i am having to chase them up on a daily basis to find out if i will ever get it!!!
What a nightmare! I would not touch these guys with a bargepole!!
I ordered a cooker hood online but it was out of stock for a few weeks, I was called and offered a Hotpoint as a replacement to be delivered the next day and sure enough it came. Easy to fit, could not make any sense of the instructions, good job I have fitted before, I would use again and thank you for your service.
I was overwhelmed by the service provided by mychoice. I looked at several places for the Kitchen Hood, and came across mychoice with the same product on special offer with free charcoal filters and free delivery. They delivered it to me right on date and place. I'm very pleased with the product which gives 2 years parts and labour guarantee too.

The order and delivery from myChoice was smooth. No problems - could not have asked for better service ..... be careful of this product however as the installation instructions are poor in the extreme. Indeed the installation instructions in the Hotpoint box completely stumped me - and I am a reasonably good DIYer.
Installation requires special screwdriver heads - a variation on allen keys and a pozidrive screwdriver. If you do not have the right screwdriver heads - problems. result.
The manual from the Hotpoint box was all pictures and important advice was missing. There are two holding brackets for the cooker housing which seemed impossible to screw in as a metal bar prevented access to the screw holes. Weird. No "proper" instructions in the manual!!! I eventually discovered that the pictures did tell the tale but they were not easy to decypher.
Phoning Hotpoint was useless - I was offered an engineer visit in 5 days time and there was a probability that I would encounter a £50+ charge !!!! I was furious and at the point of sending the hood back to MyChoice.
One last effort ... I downloaded the manual from the Hotpoint www-site. The Hotpoint servicde desk referred to a different manual than mine .... there was the clue !!!! The downloaded manual had pictures and written text instructions. The maverick screws had to be applied from INSIDE the hood housing (impossible to do it from the outside)!!! This was fiddly but achievable.
All in all Hotpoint's installation instructions are very poor. Make sure you download the instructions from the www site. Don't get sidetracked with the instructions in the box.
First purchase from mychoice who I hadn't heard of before, Liked being able to use Paypal, I was kept well informed, no problems and would be happy to buy from again.
I looked on the web for a best deal for a direct replacement Bosch hob. Mychoice came up with the best deal. I called to order the part and the guy on the phone was pleasant and made the order process easy and quick - perfect. The part arrived when they said it would and is installed and working great. We also got a call yesterday to check it had arrived and we were happy with the service - not sure that has ever happened with any other business?! Happy all round with an easy fix to a problem and recommend these guys; and will look to use again based on this.
