I was looking for a specific fridge freezer, Mychoice had what I wanted at about the best price and available for immediate delivery. Everything worked well. A definite bonus was they didn't try to sell me additional warranties or insurance like many discount suppliers do. I have often turned down a good deal in the face of a pushy sales person!
Delivery service gave a 1 hour window, and arrived at the start of it, ( it was probably their first drop), 2 men, in and out in no time.
Basically the transaction was so easy I don't remember any details after a few weeks!
I placed an order for a Samsung dishwasher, which the website said there was a good stock level of. I waited a week with literally no correspondence. I decided to call and check up on my order and somehow nobody could actually find out and they'd have to call me back by 'close of play' the next day. Nobody called the next day. I called again, and they insisted that somebody would contact me that day. At 6.30PM I received an email telling me the dishwasher had been discontinued by Samsung and no stock was coming. Obviously I requested a cancelation and refund. I heard nothing for another week, so had to contact them AGAIN. I kept being told it was going to be processed and finally today I received email confirmation. I have yet to receive the money but I'll give it a few days.
So i'm sure these guys are great If nothing goes wrong, but I wouldn't hold out much hope if there is any kind of problem.
The fridge arrived well before 12 noon on the day of delivery. I was very grateful for this and must compliment mychoice on their courtesy when dealing with my change in delivery dates. I thought it was professionally handled as were the excellent email communications with me.
It is because of this, should the need arise, I will certainly consider using their services in the future.
I have bought a suitcase and got a confirmation letter that it has been shipped. Then I got a call from the company telling me that that couldn't process my card. I have asked to retry the transaction because I knew that sometimes trasactions get stuck with my card but eventually they always go through. I got a firm denial and employees didn't want to listen to me. So I was stuck in a situation when my money were reserved and seller didn't want to ship my suitcase. Later I got an email about refund issued, but when I checked my account money were deducted instead of refunded.
Just bought a new Samsung microwave from MyChoice. Really wanted one that didn't rust inside (as my last one did), so opted for an enamel interior. It's easy to use and does everything I want it to; it's smart looking, and I hope it will give me years of service as I seem to have been unlucky with my previous three microwaves.
The microwave arrived exactly when they said it would, the man who brought it was very pleasant and I've found using it easy-peasy!! All in all, a good product from a good seller. Would certainly use MyChoice again.

Prompt delivery. We were unable to fully inspect the goods immediately although there was no obvious damage to the box. When we were ready to install the product we unfortunately found it to be damaged. However, we didn't notice the damage within 3 days of delivery and are currently in discussion with mychoice.
Goods arrived as promised, the service was efficient, polite & helpful . This was the first time I used this site but would have no problem buying from them next time.
