A éviter absolument

C'est une arnaque, ils misent sur le fait que certaines personnes se découragent de leurs absences de réponse, pour engranger du pognon.
Heureusement j'avais payé avec paypal qui m'a remboursé immédiatement, après 15 jours de "commande en cours de traitement".

Great!

After reading the reviews, mainly the bad ones, I wasn't comfortable about ordering trough mydigitaland, but the price tag was very appealing.
I ordered my tokina lens, after that I contacted the support and promptly answered me. As promised, the lens arrived just on time to take on to my trip!
A happy costumer and for sure I'll buy in mydigitaland again.

700€ d'économie !!

J'ai commandé un kit CANON EOS 6D + 24-105 IS pour 1830€ au lieu de 2550€ a la FNAC avec la remise adhèrent.
Commande passée le 16 mai 2013 et reçu le 4 juin 2013.
Le site a toujours répondu rapidement a mes demandes de renseignements.
Colis reçu en parfait état.
Seul bémol, le livreur de DHL m'ayant laissé le colis sur ma terrasse en ayant signé a ma place (réprimande faite a l'agence de livraison).
Je recommande vivement ce site a tous mes amis.

Great price/service for iPad 4

Ordered from here due to price, everywhere else at least £30 more expensive.

Great customer service, always replied and very helpful, got order to me by date agreed in terms, even made sure i received the white iPad after i ordered black in error.

Reliable tracked delivery.

Paypal offered and i reccomend you use this for payment for your own piece of mind.

Really impressed with the company - just hope the warrantly does not let me down if i have to use it (fingers crossed not).

hello everyone... after i read all the reviews about mydigitland i was so scared especially when i read them after i purchased my phone... but my hope was paypal so if anything would go wrong iam still protected... but everything went as good as it can be.. phone arrived to italy after just 8 work days... in perfect condition. stuff was very gentle... excellent comunication... they were answering after max one hour for e mails... phone was always availabile..and tracking number just worked ffine.. my experience with this shop was great.. i dont know why people didnt have a good one... anyway iam glad i bought from the site and iam happy to use it again..

The lowest price on the market

I was suspicious when reading reviews about Mydigitaland. But protected by Paypal I have ordered my Sigma 8-16mm lense there anyway. My order was placed on 14th March and delivered on 19th March already.

Poor Poor Service

Was hardly kept in the loop at all after ordering my mobile phone, very poor communication.
All throughout, the status of my order was hardly ever updated and was stuck on 'processing' so I was unable to track my parcel on the website as their integrated tracking didn't work so I was constantly having to chase up to see where my parcel was.
Instead I had to dig around to find my tracking number and use the DHL website and was not told that I would have to pay extra for import tax! The website says all COSTS are up front but it only states Import Tax Will Be Applied which is misleading to some extent. I assumed this was included in the price or I wouldn't have ordered from mydigitaland in the first place as there were slightly more expensive deals out there but included ALL costs!
As if that wasn't enough, my item was not 'picked up' from the warehouse on time so for 3 days I had no explanation until I contacted 'veronica' by email (who seemed to go from typing perfect English, to barely being able to spell) who explained the courier had forgotten to pick up my item and it was now on it's way.
My item was also held up at the delivery warehouse and has only just made it to me today but I'm away on work for a few days so still haven't opened it to check if it's the correct mobile after it had been listed as a 'digital mp3 player' which is worrying in itself as I'm still thinking that maybe they have shipped the wrong product to me!
I have ordered from other websites with warehouses in Hong Kong and the current service reminds of simplyelectronics.net (another hong kong based company) who had a very poor run for a while a few years ago but have improved drastically in recent times. I will NOT be buying from mydigitaland again and still have yet to see if I even have the right product waiting for me at home!
My advice, pay the little extra for peace of mind and avoid companies such as this!

Terrible! Actually the worse electronics company ever, just look at some of the spelling on their website

I ordered a phone from these gangsters and after 3 days of no response (after paying) I sent them an email to ask why I didn't even get so much as a notification other than my paypal receipt. I then got a reply a day later mentioning "their delivery schedule" and that everything is on track.

One day later I received another stating I have received a full refund. I then asked why, although I already had suspected they didn't have the item in stock (as I tried to source this phone elsewhere from various suppliers only to have my funds returned). I sent an email to ask why it was refunded and you can see their reply below.

Don't use this company guys, they don't even have their own stock, they try to source your items after your order them. Very unprofessional and just look at the working on their website.

Awful customer service, very unhelpfull.

i ordered a camera for christmas, in early december, i noticed there was a disclaimer that delivery before christmas can not be guranteed, even if it was written in very poor english, anyway i ordered i, and paid the extra for it to be sent from the UK and not hongkong, hoping it would atleast be dispatched before xmas, over a week later it has still not been dispatched, so i emailed them asking if it would be dispatched in time for christmas or would i need to change the order to express, the email i recieved was very blunt and short saying " do you want express deliver", they didn't even bother to answer my question so i replied to their email asking if i would have to change it, or is there a chance it would be sent before. a few days later still no reply, and there doesent seem that there will be.

very poor experince, very unsatisfied, would not recommend!

Good communication and honest people!

I'd ordered a camera as a birthday present. I was aware of the possible lengthy delivery time (up to 15 working days), but as things got towards the end of that time I got a little edgy.

The folks at MyDigitaland responded swiftly to my emails, and kept me in the loop with what was happening.

In the end they weren't going to be able to deliver in time - but they agreed to cancel my order and refunded me immediately meaning that I still had time to order the camera somewhere else (although not as cheaply!).

I'd be more than happy to use them again!

Unorganised and terrible customer service!

Bought a camera for my girlfriends bday off this site and as it is close to Christmas standard delivery isn't guaranteed to be delivered before New Years. So with this information I'd thought I'll spend an extra £25 for a guaranteed 2-6 day delivery. After a few days of not receiving a tracking number or anything as such I got in contact and asked them what was happening.. The responded telling me there was a mistake and they will send it immediately... A few days later I get a full refund and no camera!?

Avoid this company, would not recommend to anyone!

3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my product absolutely ridiculous. Starting to think this company is fraudulent....

Save yourself the trouble and pay a little more from amazon - at least it will be on time

Remember SimplyElectronics?

This seems to be a phoenix company of a similar brand called simplyelectronics.com. Well they've taken a slamming in online forums for their service etc. This seems to be another one of those.

They ship from Hong Kong and take their time to do so in many cases.

Use with caution.

Digitaland = Gangstaland

I would like to inform you about the business practices of the 'company' called Digitaland - www.mydigitaland.com
Unfortunately, I purchased from them and I regret it big time...

To cut the long story short here are the facts:

1. They are not UK company, no UK VAT no. is on their invoices. If you can call the piece of paper I received an invoice at all.

2. They sell gray imports

3. Their warranty is quite likely worthless, 'warranty cards' they provide are full of misspellings, more of a practical joke than anything else...

4. They have no problem providing you with false information regarding their legitimacy and/or the stock they supply

5. When asked direct questions about, for example, their company VAT registration no., they become rude and aggressive. Or simply simply leave you on hold for over an hour hoping you will give up.

There are many more details I could write about, but the conclusion is nevertheless the same - avoid like the plague!

In order to protect both money and time of other photography enthusiasts and professionals alike, please do spread a word about Digitaland.

Do note that I already posted similar message on some other forums...
