Inacceptable!
Une camera Watchbot commandée sur ce site par Groupon est arrivée... hier après 4 mois et demi, oui 4 mois et demi de correspondance delirante et totalemet surrealliste avec le service client de mygadgetsandgifts.

Na 2,5 maand nog steeds mijn bestelling niet ontvangen, ook na vele toezeggingen per mail. Onbetrouwbare webwinkel, geen zaken mee doen.

Very Poor
Hi,
I have had a similar experience. No replies to emails or else given the run around.
Still waiting for my camera after two months.
If you are wise do not use.

V Poor Company - Do not Use!!!
Waited 6 weeks+ for watchbots to arrive from Groupon offer and then after chasing twice they arrived and were the wrong colour.
Was told via email it was up to me to return if I didn't want them and that I wouldn't receive refund on the postage for 28 days.
Days later and I still haven't been notified as to when I could expect to receive the correct product.
Customer service people were rude and unhelpful and there is no phone number to call and complain.

Poor service
5 weeks and still waiting for items order via Groupon voucher not happy will chase up again personally I cannot recommend.
