Appalling. If only there was a zero star rating!

After 20 or so successful parcel deliveries, this company has totally lost the plot.

Like many other reviewers here, they failed to collect my most recent (and last) parcel and failed to communicate with me in any way.

I was not willing to pay them c.10p per minute through their 0871 line to chase their failure but to compound the situation their head office switchboard refused to connect me to the help line or to put me on to a manager. I was told that the only option I had was to call the so called 'help line' and pay them for the privilege.

Like for others, my emails did not bring any response whatsoever - until my last blast to them in which I cancelled the order, three days after it should have been collected. Surprise, surprise - this email got a response within 30 minutes, indicating that all they were interesting in was in getting rid of their outstanding problems.

This company goes straight to centre stage of my Shit and Contemptuous Customer Service rogues gallery - nobody else comes close.
