I have placed an order from NEXT on 17.01 midnight and booked a delivery for 19.01. As I was tracking my order all the time, since I received e-mail, that "your order its on its way" ... and suddenly saw the "message" that there is a customer signature happened before hour ago. No one came to our door house, no one knocked or anything. The order is still missing, I have paid for my items, and Next are telling me that I have received my things. Checked around the house, bins and etc... but there is nothing. I am more than frustrated.
