Customer Service? - Non-exsistant

Had three parcels completely damaged by this company all of which are conveniently not covered by their compensation scheme, but they still allowed me to purchase enhanced compensation cover. I'm now £250 out of pocket because of this lot. Couriers don't care either. Three parcels, all clearly marked fragile, simply thrown in the back of the car when collected.

24 hour response to e-mails? Ha. Joke! Still waiting for mine after a week. Also worth noting how quickly reviews get posted as well. At the last look, the latest review was from 8 Feb 2013. As I write it's now 27 June 2013. Not exactly proactive.

Avoid at all costs. In a business where customer service is the life blood for their survival this lot don't give a monkeys!
