Without doubt the worst courier company in the UK

these lot are complete idiots
we actually spend around a hundred pounds with them each week as they are the cheapest... however, their service is absolutely appalling.

There reply time is NO WHERE near the 24 hours they advertise - on average it's a week and sometimes nearer 2!

When they do eventually reply they make one of several old well used excuses... this weeks was 'it's due to the unprecedented increase in parcels sent...'

They've lost loads of parcels and they simply don't let you know... you have to work very hard to get in touch and then they ask you for loads of information... as for trying to make a claim, they ask for even more info most of which they already have, the process is deliberately designed to put you off... and guess what, they quote a full 28 'working days' to resolve a case.

IF ANYONE KNOWS A COURIER THIS CHEAP WITH BETTER SERVICE - PLEASE PLEASE TELL US

Im posting this on here and sending Hermes the link - we've lost a load of money in revenue and stock and time. Why do we continue to use them I hear you all say; well we've tried selling certain items with other more expensive couriers and the competitive edge we had goes and we lose a lot of sales. So ultimately we're better off financially using myHermes, however they truly are the worst company we deal with (out of hundreds) and out of UPS, TNT, FedEx, Royal Mail, APC and more (all of whom we've used or still do) they are without doubt the worst logistics provider EVER!!!

Lol - even the delivery drives don't even bother turning up some days even though we have daily requirements without fail... they're complete amateurs too without a clue!

OH AND NOW TODAY ON A MONDAY MORNING / AFTERNOON - THEIR WEBSITE IS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE! - HILARIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
