Great company great products
I prefer to use natural products where possible rather than putting unnecessary chemicals into my body or that of my pets. I have a bitch that has had ear problems for some time and I have struggled to get them right. I tried some product suggestions from this company and within three days there was great improvement. Brilliant products and great friendly service. Would strongly recommend them.

I have always found the customer service provided by My Itchy Dog to be excellent and friendly. They are really helpful and after asking if they could source some specific treats they took the time to speak to suppliers and will be selling the new treats very soon and like me they only want to provide natural products for our furry friends.

Fantastic! Fast, efficient and good quality.
I've used the Billy No Mates before, but was pleased to see that an economic bundle had been created of VermX and Billy No Mates for full coverage in one. I bought one for each of my dogs and also got them some treats. Everything arrived very quickly and they both seem quite happy with their treats - although one little nuisance decided he couldn't wait for me to give him one of the treats so he helped himself to the whole packet when I wasn't looking - bless him! Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely wonderful products and great delivery times
I have been using Kate's products at Myitchydog for some time now and my dog Lexi (boxer) absolutely loves the Zealandia Ribbies, they are her absolute favourite and a great way of getting her to take any medication, it's the anticipation of being given one of these ribbies which gets her to sit and let me put her special cream on her chin, this i also bought from Kate's site, the Lintbell'sSkin Cream which has proved excellent for her sore chin, keep up the good work Kate!!!

Good company to deal with
I bought some Ekoneem Oil for my dog who has had problems with dry, itchy patches on her skin for some time. Despite several courses of steroids, it just wouldn't go until I tried this oil. It's taken about a fortnight but there is a huge difference now and she has no further need for the steroids. Kate was very helpful with advice and delivery was really quick. Would definitely recommend both this company and the Ekoneem Oil!

Found the website whilst searching for the cheapest UK supplier of Stag antler bars in the small quantity I wanted.
Site easy to navigate, had some great stock on there.
Me and a work colleague ordered some from differing websites (her the day before me). Mine arrived first by a whole day....Yay!
Packaged well without overpacking and risking the dreaded trip to sorting office to collect!!
Stag antlers great and 6month old puppy adores them, along with the air dried carrot chews which are a great, healthy titbit to use whilst training.

Started my cat Squidgy on the 'Billynomates' his temperament has changed after 5 days of use. He was so itchy he was always in a bad temper but not since using your product. The dog loves the Stagbar too!

6 Happy Dogs
Ordered stagbar deer antler chews for my 6 rescue greyhounds and lurchers. They arrived sooner than I expected and the dogs are having great fun with them. Unlike bones there is no smell, not slimy to handle and the dogs are using them as toys/chews, so am not getting any aggressive grumblings between them. Lasting much longer than soft toys too. Excellent service,thank you.

A Lucky Find for my Itchy Dog
Harvey has always been an itchy dog but now that he is 7 he seemed to be getting worse - I could even hear him in the night! The vet says he has an allergy and has put him on medication as well as on a special diet. After a while I realised there was no point in buying this expensive dog food if I was still giving him standard dog biscuits as snacks and treats, so I went online and found My Itchy Dog. I discussed the problem over the phone, got some very helpful advice and information, and ordered a couple of boxes of The Natural Way dog biscuits. They arrived very promptly in handy plastic storage containers which keeps them fresh, which is a great idea, and they have proved a hit with both my dogs. Now Harvey need not be deprived of his treats! I can thoroughly recommend this company and I shall certainly be ordering more in future.

Stag Bars come in all shapes and sizes so are worked out by weight. This means that if you order two large Stag Bars one could be long and thin with more than one prong while the other could be shorter but much fatter. So it's in the same weight bracket but an entirely different shape. Sadly there's not much we can do about that as deer antlers are not uniform.
However, if you think I did mix up the sizes do get in touch. I have been known to get it wrong on occasion!

You ordered the Natural Way Teeth & Gums box of treats. I agree, the packaging isn't great, it's overkill for what are essentially biscuits. It would be better if you could order a tub once then order more, in bags, that you could then refil your tub with.
You could always recycle them or use them around the house for storing other things.
It's worth an email to the supplier I think. Leave it with me.

The antler is an unusual chew but has got the hound's seal of approval. Initially she approached with caution but now won't be without it. Prompt delivery too - we can't keep the hound waiting.

Great natural products
The only site I have found where I can purchase my dogs health products and natural treats all in one place. I even had a phone call to let me know that if one of the items wasn't quite right for my dog (I had requested a specific size) I could just return it for an exchange, which I though was really nice. My dog is a happy boy!

My Itchydog is a reliable efficient and informative website.
l type up the product l was looking for in Google and immediately l was drawn to myitchydog .co.uk the site which was concise and easy to navigate as quickly as l found the items my confimation was sent. As for the product it was with me in 1 day of ordering plus l was sent updates of delivery. So l guess your wondering what l bought, it was 2 x STAGEX Pure Dog Stagbars commonly known as a Deer Antler Dog Chews the rest of the would have to be told by friends dogs they love them. They never get tired of them and l have been told they last for ages and are brilliant value, so its no more supermarket or other commercial dog chews so when there gone l will back on my computer to my favourites and re order some more.

I ordered from My Itchy Dog because I have an itchy dog and I wanted to be able to get tried and tested products for her as I've bought lots of hypoallergenic products that have not helped her at all.
