Everything went smoothly, although delivery was a bit late

Smooth purchase, good delivery and packaging, just a bit later than stated, but generally very good.

Faulty Product. "Lost" my return. Deleted my account. AVOID!

AVOID!
Ordered a sandisk micro SDHC card from MyMemory.com. Arrived without packaging. Possibly fake. Using it halved my battery life in my phone, and it kept ejecting itself.
Got a return no and sent it back but nothing happened. After contact they said I hadn't sent it registered post (I can't get to a post office) and so it was lost in the post.

When I disputed this, they said wait a while to see if it turns up, so I waited 2 weeks, went to log in again and they've deleted my account.

Stuff being "lost" has happened to me before with them and a few of people I know. One possibility is that anything which arrives without registered post could go into someone's pocket in the depot. Either that or the postal system in Jersey is incredibly unreliable.

still waiting

orderd a battery for my casio camera, have taken money from account but recevied no confirmation by Email. after lookingg at all the negative reviews i think i have made a mistake over couple of pounds difference from Amazon i will keep fingers crossed.

They charged me 3 times!!! its totally a fraud!

I tried to order one gadget from myMemory, give the payment by card. the payment gateway said its not working and ask me to retry.
It ends up charging me 3 times without any order!

Excellent price & delivery

Read this: I ordered a far cheaper than anywhere else product from "My Memory". Wonderful. Then I found online reviews complaining about them & got all doubtful/worried, so ordered the same item from "Amazon" as I needed the product fast.

What happened? "My Memory" delivered the goods super quick. Amazon took much longer.

The moral? Read through online reviews, take the middle path. Misery spreads & there's nothing like the net for people's detached complaining.

disgusting

I received an mp3 player from Mymemory in a black plastic bag. When the bag was opened the box inside contained no proper packaging and the player crushed.

I contacted mymemory several times but the emails were ignored.

6 weeks later the player panel controls ceased to operate completelly although the flash memory was still accessible. Contacted mymemory and was told to pay to send it back to them from Australia despite their sending it out to me without any proper packaging. mYMemory continue to ignore all emails about this fact, and demand I pay return post for the goods sent out in a plastic bag.Also they will not refund my money.

Unless you want your electical goods sent out to you packed only in a plastic bag you should think very carefully about mymemory, especially since their customer service is non existant and their emails abusive.

Excellent service and cheap prices

Good prompt service. Ordered on a wednesday late evening and the memory card was delivered on saturday morning (UK) in perfect condition. Did a lot of research on price over the internet and their prices are almost 40% cheaper compared to other retailers (currys etc). Would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to everybody for electronic items...

Jeg var lidt bekymret da jeg bestilte - den gratis levering er uden forsikring, så firmaet kunne jo i princippet bare sige, at de havde sendt varen afsted.
Det var dog ikke tilfældet, og pakken kom frem inden for den aftalte leveringstid, uden nogen form for problemer.

Worst online experience I've ever had

Pricing on their site was totally misleading. Contacted them and cancelled my order only to find next day my order was dispatched!! Now have the hassle and cost of sending it back.

My advice go to one of the hundreds of sites that are competent in online sales

Quick delivery, great price, stock available

The item ordered arrived withiin two days from ordering. Very good price on item. Stock available on from mymemory.co.uk when other sites were out of stock. Very pleased with site, easy to use, would recommend to other users and will be using again.

WORST EXPERIENCE ON AMAZON

having bought hundreds of items using amazon.co.uk, this is by far the worst company ive had to deal with. If my product ever arrived i'll be more relieved than anything else

Great service & terrific prices

The items' prices were very competitive, along with free delivery (rare for many tech sites), MyMemory were the best priced retailer by a country mile.

Their service was excellent. Items were promptly dispatched the next working day (I'd ordered after close of business). Although it wasn't promised or expected, the items were delivered before Christmas.

Their acceptance of PayPal for payment makes them an even better choice for those who prefer not to use their credit/debit cards.

Excellent company for electronic products.

Good prices. Products delivered in good time and great condition. Have used several times and would recommend to anyone.

Crooks

Avoid at all costs.
Long time to ship.
Product not as described.
Unhelpfull, try to fob off.

Fantastic service, great prices

I bought a Turtle Beach XLC gaming headset for my son who wanted one of these for his birthday. Trying to find the best price i stumbled, quite literally, accross mymemory.co.uk who were selling them off at 17.95! This was by far the cheapest i could find it and for that price i wasnt waiting around.

The site is fantastic and was really easy to use, I will definately use them again, I can not find anything wrong with them. The package arrived within 2 days! That is a great delivery time!

They lost my order

I placed an order on 5th November and after 2 weeks with no delivery, I queried where it was. I was told that the order wasn't on their system and only after I sent them details of my Sage Pay receipt, two days they found a record that I had made a purchase but no detail of what what I had ordered. When I said I wanted the headphones I had ordered, they didn't offer me the original 10% discount I was entitled to on my initial order. I ended up ordering on Amazon.co.uk and requested a refund. How does an online company lose an order in this day and age? Not recommended.

Truly awful service

I paid on 6/10/09.

The item was dispatched on 12/10/09.

I haven't received the item. Mymemory has informed me that I will need to wait until 6/11/09 before lodging an inquiry with their delivery service. Absurdity is an understatement.

bad service from mymemory...

this was my first order and will be my very last one !!!!! was sent the wrong order and then given a load of rubbish over the phone...a site that gets alot of orders wrong..so in the end after many phone call,s and 3 weeks i get my money back !!!,,,so you have been warned!!!!!

Handel med firmaer placeret i Jersey betyder ekstra opkrævning i Danmark i form af MOMS og gebyrer.

Derfor skal firma lokationen klart fremgår af hjemmesiden - ellers er der tale om unfair konkurrence og ikke sammenlignelige priser.

Mymemory skjuler sig under UK.

English summary:
The location Mymemory, Jersey, should clearly be visibly on the home page as it have greate influence on the total price for goods. My price for a memory card have just been doubled.

I love "no freight cost"

Har handlet hos mymemory over 20 gange nu og varerne er dukket op som forventet efter en god uge hver gang.

Knægten bare elsker at købe Xbox360 og WII games til 150-170,- istedet for over det dobbelte herhjemme.
Mit nye 16Gb SDHC kort spiller også bare i Canon-Kanonen

Good site

I ordered some Wii games for delivery to Denmark. The price was right and the site is easy to use. Delivery was within the written days - 7-10 days for delivery to Denmark I think. The only little thing is I didn't receive a dispatch notification. I can recommend this site to others.
