Hermes driver wont take 12.5kg parcel because it's too heavy!!!
I havent got time to tell you the whole sorry saga. Not my delivery.com's fault but I selected Hermes to collect my parcel, which was a mirror to go back to Victoria Plumb. Hermes rep refused to take it because it was 12.5kg and she could only lift 10kg. The dimensions and the weight of the mirror were all within the permitted range on the booking form. So began numerous phone calls, broken promises, and a missed dead line which meant I couldnt collect a full refund on the mirror, costing me £20.00. Finally 3 days later an email saying they would refund my delivery fee because they would not collect a mirror weighing 12.5kg as it was not safe!! Which was strange because that same morning someone had collected the mirror saying it was perfectly acceptable. So began more phone calls to find out where the mirror was. Its safe to say I will never select Hermes for my parcels every again.

failure to deliver on time
posted parcel on tuesday on three day to france stayed in all day friday to receive the parcel when it did not turn up logged on to see it was in france at a delivery center i contacted the help line only to be told the the same thing with no explaination has to why and then the help logged off and went home leaving me to stay in for the next three days waiting for my parcel do you think this is good service

I have looked at your order and can see the parcel was collected 11th April and delivered 3 working days later in France. Unfortunately, the service times do not include weekends.

Stole myparcel! Paypal claim filled by ebay buyer
RUN a mile! Kep tmy parcel for over a month then tried charging me for it back then never gave it back had to phone the police

The service provided was exactly what I wanted - no nonsense, reliable and quick.

The website was very easy to use with a choice of services. You just entered weight and dimensions and destination, then price was quoted. You can pay via PayPal. A tracking number is given on booking. A POD was sent to say the item was delivered. Couldn't ask for more,,

Waiting from 8.30am till 6pm difficult to have somebody available all that time , however when collected at 4.30pm in Manchester was with delivery address in Glasgow at 11.30am next day although paid two day delivery fee.....

Parceldelivery.com shows Parcel Monkey how it's realy done.
We used to book loads of parcels for our business via parcel monkey in southanpton BUT not any more.Parcel Monkey screwed up so badly.3 out of 5 deliveries lost, cost to us £1500. So we switched to Parcel delivery.com and the first 3 delivered on time without any dramas. We had to arrange 1 pickup from a different address that went wrong but that was because the FOOL who was supposed to wait with the pickup decided he would take his missus to Tescos'S (he didnt have any choice realy his wife GGGGrrrr lol) but Parcel Delivery arranged a repeat pick up and I hope this time it will get going. What a great service - efficient, good value - whats not to like
Easy to book, really good value compared to booking through DHL or TNT direct, quick delivery and I had an email within 50mins of it being signed for to tell me my documents had been delivered to the recipient in Spain.

First Class Service & Cheap!
Parcel collected without a problem even though it wasn't in the 'normal' packing material - received emails updating of progress and advised when it had been delivered - Couldn't have asked for anything more and the price was great
