I am sorry to hear of your experience on our service.
It would seem that the parcel was delayed slightly at the collection depot and was not able to make its delivery on the Friday. This parcel would have gone out for delivery on the Monday, but we can see you collected this on Saturday.
I am very sorry for all the inconvenience caused and will be raising this with the depot concerned so that they can investigate why this happened and look to prevent this occurring again.
