Great products, great price, great service
We were after a refill for our turbo scratcher and were delighted with the price. The service was even better despite requesting royal mail delivery it was received 2 days after ordering.

Quality products, good prices, great service.
They have a careful selection of well made, clever, and reasonably priced toys for pets - some of the best I've ever seen. They also offer high quality pet food. Very easy online ordering process. The packing was sensible and protective and delivery was quick. This company gets it all the right way.
My cat is going nuts over the toy we ordered for her and we're deciding which one to buy next. I'm totally happy and recommend my pet superstore to family and friends...and if you are reading this, I recommend them to you as well.

Good products fast delivery.
Bought Dublin waterproof collar to replace another I had bought recently from a different supplier which turned out to be a bad buy. So impressed I ordered another one for my other dog so now 2 happy dogs who love running in the sea.

Wow what a speedy service
I ordered a toy for my cats on the Thursday before Christmas but I only had second class delivery so I expected it to arrive after Christmas. I was so pleased and surprised when it arrived on the Saturday. I will definitely order again from this company. My cats love the toy it is the Bergan turbo scratcher interactive, loads of fun watching them play with it.

Arrived on time!
My purchase arrived on time in good condition. I was kept up to date on the status of my delivery. I can't comment on how well the company would deal with a complaint or a return - I have not had to test this out. All in all satisfied with my purchase.

Brilliant and the service was excellent
I wanted tough toys for my staffie who likes nothing better than taking the stuffing out out his soft toys, but boy is he finding this hard work with the tuffy ball and gear ring.

Great customer service!
The company was really flexible about delivery. Request was dealt with quickly and efficiently by email. Everything went smoothly and with no fuss. Delivery on time. Everything well packed. It was great that I got free courier delivery (you need to spend the required amount) and would have had items delivered next working day if I hadn't changed this.
Would definitely use this company again.

Great Balls !

Very good customer service
I had to email My Pet Superstore to find out where my order was, which was my mistake as I thought I had ordered it two days earlier than I actually had. Got a reply almost straight away and the goods turned up as promised.

On time delivery, super product!

Item delivered within a week
As I was sending this to another person & haven't had any complaints I can only presume that the item arrived in good order.
I do think they should email information on delivery after the initial order because it would have saved me time following this up from my side

I had a product which didn't meet specification ( a product fault).There was absolutely no hesitation in giving an immediate response and a credit in an extremely friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate in buying again from them.

Prompt Delivery. One component faulty but after emailing the company I had a prompt reply and I was sent a replacement straight away. The employee of the company who I emailed was very good humoured as I replied good humouredly to him and had a return email to ask if I had received the replacement item.

Quite happy with my experience; the collars were what I expected but the blanket was far smaller than I imagined so was disappointed with this. For the price the blanket was not value for money and I would not have bought it had I known the size.

Absolutely first class
I purchased two crystal collard in green, but when they arrived, the colour was too intense, so I had to return them. I contacted My Pet Superstore who advised me to return them for a full refund. I posted them on Monday14th May via recorded delivery and had a full refund via Paypal mid morning on Tuesday 15th May.
I've never had such prompt customer service, and would certainly recommend them.

Desperate for an indistructable dog toy
My Daughters young Labrador visits us and had demolished all toys. Found the Hurly at My Pet Store and so far he has had fun and toy is still unmarked. Although expensive it will be worth it. Delivery was quick.

Excellent customer service - I ordered the wrong size collar and lead for my puppy and the correct size was sent out the next day, including the offer to pay for my return postage. Lovely, quality product which looks great on my puppy and beats anything I've seen around. Would recommend this company to anyone.
