Brilliant product coupled with excellent customer service!
We needed to get a photo book in a hurry and MyPhotoGraphics seemed to be the only people I could find that could get it to us in the time scales. I even missed the last possible deadline that they gave me and they still managed to pull it in.
I also had to get the delivery re-directed in the end and they bent over backwards to do what I needed.
The final product also looked amazing when it arrived, so fantastic all round!

Wow!
I made a memory book for my best friends 40th. Tme was tight as people got messages to me very close to her birthday. I used very old and new photos, ones from childhood as well as ones from mobile phones. I was nervous how it would all come together. I didn't need to have worried. The book was superb. Every picture was clear, the font looked amazing, the hardback printed cover was gorgeous. I couldn't have been happier with the final result. Sent the book late at night on Sunday and it arrived this morning (Tuesday). Her actual birthday. Perfect.
The software was so easy to use, although I didn't get the frame, scrapbook and mask updates until I had sent the book, I don't think it would have made much more of an impact than the book itself.
I have already planned a further book for my parents Ruby wedding anniversary which isn't too next June so I have a year to create it.
Thank you so so much for making this dream a reality and for making my best friend so happy on her birthday.

saved my ass!
I left sending my book off (for a uni project) to the last minute but luckily i found myphotographics! the customer service was very good, they advised me on the best book to make for my needs, I was prepared to spend the £30 on saturday delivery but they very kindly rushed the order i sent them on Thursday and I received it on Friday with only £6ish courier delivery. Amazing.
I ordered the A5 handy book (which they even offered to make A4 for me to suit my uni work guidelines). The paper and the print out is high quality. Couldn't be happier with the service. The software is good too.

I ordered the premium layflat wedding album for my daughter. it arrived in about 4 days, but that also included them contacting me to make me aware of some problems in my editing. Fantastic website, Easy To Use & Next Day Delivery!!
This was by far the easiest website to create a photobook on!! I was worried that I would'nt have it delivered on time (my fault for ordering last minute) but I made a call to the company, placed the order on the Tuesday night online & my photobook was delivered on the Thursday not the Friday as advised which a day early was even better!!! Will definitely use this website for all my future requirements!!

Simple Amazing
Having uploaded a free software service, to try to get a wedding album for my daughter’s wedding when the photographer she use on teh day went bankrupt, and not having a lot of IT skills, I found MyphotoGraphics on the web, it was a dream come true. Note as I said I am not very capable of working computers, so when I got stuck I sent an email to the Company, I had paid and was worried that I was one of those people who may have got caught on the web with a company in a diffrent country. However, the customer service came back within hours, then I received a phone call from the UK which must have cost them to make and they help me all the way,, As a legal consultant I was surprised at the service, the back up and the effords this company goes to ensure you are 100% plus happy. Well-done I will be doing a lot of business with this company

Great customer service, excellent speedy product
The staff at myphotographics.com have been incredibly patient and helpful with my last minute requests. This is by far the speediest photobook site around, and the quality is excellent. I usually use blurb.com for bigger projects as they have more paper choice, softcover, unlimited pages, and the act that I prefer to design my own books in indesign etc, but the customer service and speed of these guys have made them a company I would recommend gladly. They don't offer as customisable a product, but what they do offer they do fantastically. Highly recommended.

Less than 24 hours from uploading my photos to delivery of album. Amazing.
I was so impressed by the speed of delivery I haven't stopped telling people about it. Uploading finished at approx 11.00am on Wednesday and the postman delivered the completed photobook to me in deepest Cornwall at 10.50 am on Thursday.
Creating the photobook was generally straightforward although I didnt find any help on the website when I couldnt get a feature to work. Trial & error usually produced a result but I never did work out how to use 'masks' and a few other facilities and I could have done with help working with the different frames. The crop picture facility seemed limited but maybe I never worked it out properly.
The finished product is excellent quality. I have the large leather style photobook.
Despite minor difficulties working out how to use the system I have given myphotographics 5* because I was so impressed by the speed of delivery.

I needed to create a photo book for a relatives birthday at VERY short notice.
The software was quick to install and super easy to use, yet still smart enough to create great looking content to my own specification.
I uploaded the finished file for printing at 11pm on Wednesday. By 4pm Thursday it had been despatched. By 11am Friday it had arrived. And it looked great. Happy days.

Such a reliable service, really saved my skin when I needed them.
The delivery was so fast, I had paid extra for the next day delivery and that's exactly what I got. I liked the way I was able to track the delivery online with ease aswell, that is always reassuring. My only qualm would be that the photos did come out a little darker than expected, but I am used to professional printing so this wasn't too bad at all. All in all a really great product and will 100% use them again!

Lovely book & easy to compile
Had a bit of trouble with the software when it came to upload but a phone call to the office soon sorted it out.
I enjoyed putting all the bits together and when the book arrived (in just a couple of days) I was delighted with it. Lots of people commented on how good it is and asked about the company. I'm sure the recipient (it was for a gift) will be delighted with his keepsake.

Outstanding service - in just 3 hours!
What I think Myphotographics still fail to understand is just how much their promise of a speedy turn-around attracts their clients. Searching the 'web' i found plenty of quality products...reasonable products...even CHEAP products but what I needed was a fail-safe, guaranteed speedy return. To be honest i was prepared to pay well over the odds for it...i just needed my finished article. 3 hours...3 HOURS!!..after up-loading my design it was despatched. Received the very next day. Fabulous product. Mission accomplished! Priceless.

Easy to follow wizards but a bit time consuming, would be better if you could use a master slide format and not have to do the background for every page individually. However, I may have not followed the instructions properly and perhaps you can do this. End product of high quality. Speedy delivery service at a reasonable price. Superb service and turn-round
I had to do a photobook for a departing colleague at short notice ,hunting high and low for a fast service. Vista print advertised 3 days on the website but on completion, no express button in the checkout. A quick call confirmed my fears. Then...I found photographics who guaranteed the 3 days.. I uploaded on Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime by courier, Splendid!
If I had any complaint, it would be that it was a little frustrating trying to fit the photos in the boxes (stretching the box to fit the image stretched the image too) I simply deleted the box and added a new one and sorted..

An amazing service, unbelievably quick and great quality too.
I needed a quick turnaround as another company I normally use let me down with the delivery date for a birthday photobook order, so after a long Google search I stumbled upon Myphotographics. I was a little wary at first as I had ever heard of them and they were promising a next day service but I thought I'd give them a shot as nobody else could make the same promise and boy was I glad I did. I was a little late completing my design but I uploaded early Wednesday afternoon and the very next morning my photobook arrived with a qood quality hardback cover and brilliant vibrant printing.
I honestly could not be more impressed and I would recommend to anyone to give Myphotographics a go.

Speed + quality = Very Happy Bunny!
Short version: Highly recommended! Super fast delivery, very good quality prints but make sure that you use very high res images for best print quality i.e. 8MP - 10MP for A4 prints.
TIP: Make sure you watch their tutorial on YouTube on how to use their app, it will make it SOO much faster to create!
Long version:
I've been looking for a company to publish a photo book for me as a 5th Anniversary gift and did a lot of research and to be fair the 2 things that closed the deal with these guys is anticipated Speed of delivery + all of the reviews on this site!
Every other company that I came across suggested it would take up to 12 working days for delivery, with these guys, they said few days! I ordered on a Monday evening, item was printed, published and sent on Tuesday, delivered to me by Thursday! So say I was chuffed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!
Gave it to the other half yesterday and she absolutely LOVED IT!
Few things I wanted to mention and some feedback
- Website may not look as fancy as other apps but its the final product you should be interested in!
- Their app is desktop based which is better as you can work at your leisure but make sure you watch the YouTube instruction video, it will speed up your work 5 fold!
- The quality of the print is determined by the resolution of your images, make sure you select 8 -10MP pictures if you intend on placing on A4 size prints.
- Picture quality of the prints is good but not as good as photo's but that is because its printed onto Silk paper and not photo paper
Feedback:
- Add more frames, backgrounds + preset colours to your app
- Invest in making your website more attractive (like your competitors)
- Make your quality and delivery time your biggest selling point
- Mention the fact that you print in-house within the UK and NOT from Germany like practically all of your competitors
- Get ahead of the competition by creating and launching an iPad application, the logic here is iPad owners are generally higher spenders (fact) and would therefore more likely use and print photo books, especially if the interface is easy enough!

Before we built our website our initial research showed that although our competitors websites were indeed 'slick' they were very difficult to navigate and it took an age before you could find what you really wanted - never mind what the actual price of the finished product would be! That is why we made a no-nonsense website easy to price and navigate around.
Your other points have been very helpful and we will give them consideration in due course.

I used ''myphotogaphics'' for the first time. For my final school work, I did a book with my photos comparing classical and hiphop dance,therefore high quality was essential for me. i have used MyPhotographics for sometime now and have been very pleased with the product and service. The albums are keenly priced and certainly please my clients. The system for uploading photo's and designing the albums is basic but effective and when I have had a problem with quality they have responded quickly and positavely. I would reccomend MyPhotographics to anyone. I would urge the company to reward professional/ frequent users of their service and offer more templates/ professional add ons.

Professional results, very speedy service
Have just received the wedding album I ordered on Monday and am very happy with the results. I ordered one 2 years ago for my daughter's wedding and have now done the same for my son. I compared with many other online companies and it was one of the few that print on to card and lay completely flat which is brilliant for 2 page spreads. I got even more creative this time with shading and different shapes etc. It arrived by courier with no extra postage to pay in 2 days of ordering. I would definitely recommend.
