wont use again

I wont be using this company again, after sending my phone for repair and stating what the issue was they sent it back fixing one of the issues.The main problem was the speaker was faulty but they didn't fix that so the main purpose of the phone was unusable.This issue has taken nearly 4 months and now the phone cant be fixed. They have lied about deliveries, cant refund by paypal but they can take payment by paypal, say they will pay for delivery costs which i have now had 2 of, but delivery has taken that long proof of purchase has gone missing. Don't have a good word to say about my trendy phone, sorry i dealt with them to begin with.

Very prompt dispatch and good information from customer services.

Very good price and easy ordering. Slight confusion with delivery address....possibly an issue with the form layout on the ordering page? But quickly put right by customer services via email. The battery arrived well packaged and is now in the phone. Has brought an aging mobile back to life. Many thanks.

By the way the delivery was worded, I took it that the item was in stock in UK and for £4.30 the Item would be delivered the next day. Not so the item arrived in 4 days and from somewhere in Europe. Not to clear on origin.

Delvery usually takes a coulpe of days, but only by UPS express service it is next day delivery. We have several stock in Europe and your order was sent from one of them. We apologize for any inconvinience caused.

Arrogant customer service - avoid at all cost

Phoned today to chase up my order, paid £4.30 for delivery charge for a screen protector; shipping wasn't recorded and was dispatched to my billing address.

Overall, a eastern European female customer service representative raged & blamed all on the customer for placing an order with My TrendyPhone, they don't want to serve you nor do they even want to talk to you.

Advice: buy from a supplier who has customer service.,

OK service

Item was exactly as described - genuine Nokia part. It was posted from Denmark not the UK so it took a bit longer than I had expected, but it arrived within a week and it was well packed.

No Response. I'm starting to think they may be a bit dodgy!

I ordered quite and expensive case for my laptop. The transaction went through fine and I had and online receipt. I then received no emails letting me know how my item would be delivered and I seemed unable to track it. I tried to use the online chat option twice but no one responded. I then sent a message but no response. I sent another message but no response. A day later I emailed customer service saying I was unhappy with the service and wanted to check on the where about of my package, no response. I eventually phoned up and they told me the order had been cancelled they did not know why. I asked them to send me details of why this was and conformation that the order was cancelled, no information so far back from them. I have now reordered from the website and hope this time everything goes well as I have been waiting for my item for quite a while and am still getting charged £10 for delivery.
Update; they did email be back and said they could not accept credit card payment as the amount was too much, (£108?!) and said I could do a bank transfer. At this point it all started to sound a bit dodgy to me. I emailed them back and said I had already reordered online and wanted to make sure I would actually get my item this time. No response so far.
Update;
They responded to say they were sorry but they could not accept my credit card. They rather frustratingly implied that was because of a security problem on my side. My repsponce below;
' I have spoken to my bank and they said there is no problem with that amount of money being paid out to you, as I have plenty of funds. They did tell me it would be best to use my credit card to make any payments to you as it is more secure. They also warned me not to do a bank transfer as this is an unusual and insecure way of paying for something online. I'm afraid the problem with my credit card is on your side not mine and if you are unable to take payment through credit card, (as it seems you have been with quite a few of your other customers from what I have been reading online) I will unfortunately be unable to buy form your site. Hopefully in the future you will make the necessary system upgrades to accept all credit card payments.

Thank you for responding to this email and I would advise that you have a close look at the customer service you provide. As the lack of communication makes the experience of shopping with you very frustrating and unenjoyable.'

bad customer service

I had bought this case for around 60 pounds, 2 weeks later it broke in the corner while i was taking my case off. Can you imagine? You pay 60 pounds for a case and it breaks couple weeks later. i mentioned this problem to them and they are very slow into responding to email, so do not expect a quick answer from them. i had to call them 2 times to see what is the status of this order. It now has been 1 week since this problem has occurred and it is still not fixed. After some time days i received an email saying that i should send back the case to see whether or not i will get reimbursed by the supplier. So they want me to spend another 10 pounds to ship the item back to them. this will come to a 70 pound plastic case... If you are reading this, i highly do NOT recommend you to use this company. ( Not to mention that when i had ordered it , it said 4 days delivery. It came in 1.5 weeks...) Watch out !

Not Bad

I found the cover set I wanted but the postage was nearly as much as the item. They do say you pay the same postage for whatever you order but I find this a bit of a cop out as most people I suspect do not want anything other than the item they are looking for. If I had been able to find this anywhere else I would probably have bought it elsewhere. It was small enough and light enough that properly packaged it could have gone large letter at about half the price.

The service was fine and the product arrived within a few days so I have no complaint there. The item was exactly as I expected.

Very poor dispatch service

On line ordering very easy with competitive pricing and a good selection. Order confirmed then next day email saying goods had been dispatched nothing appears in next five days. I then email customer services for update, no reply for two days. I am then informed that they are unable to dispatch goods as they don't have my correct address, despite being told the goods have been dispatched 5 days earlier ? I had had no communication that there was a problem and wonder if I would have been informed had I not inquired. I check the original order to find the correct address had been given which also corresponded with my credit card address and email customer services again . Two days later I received a reply saying the goods had been dispatched. They eventually arrived four days later one of the items being incorrect but to be fair i may have mis-ordered and I feel it will be another saga to send it back for the correct item as it took three weeks to deliver the original all of which was in stock !!

Awful service. Item not received yet. AVOID.

Placed an order for MacBook Air 11 Booq Viper Hard on 18 April. Got an email on 23rd of April saying that item will be shipped 1 May 2013. I said it is fine and I am willing to wait. I waited until 10 May 2013 to give them some time to ship and when it has not arrived I sent them an email asking when I will receive item. I got an email back stating "We already sent you a mail that we unfortunately had to cancel your credit card payment because we cannot accept payments of large amounts by credit card. Please transfer the money directly to our bank account and inform us by email once you have made the payment" I never received any email regarding that so they are fibbing. FFS I bought my bike on a card for £2439 and you cannot process £62? Anyway I sent payment via bank transfer as requested that same day and asked them to despatch immediately. I received an email 13 May "We wish to inform you that your payment has gone through and that we are going to ship your order asap." Whether they have or not is beyond me as it is still marked as undispatched on their website. Avoid if you don't want headache. Very unprofessional company.

As you made a purchase with us for the first time and due to fact that we had in past two weeks a large number of fraudulent actions, we asked for money transfer.

Product never recieved after 10 days despite a phone call

Not a happy customer at all.
Am actually appaulled that after ordering a mobile phone battery on Wednesday 14th March 2013 and after not recieving it by Monday 18th March and calling your company and being assured it had been sent and recieving another email confirming it had been sent, even though I thought it had been sent the first time. To now get to 25th March and be still faced with NO DELIVERY of the product I paid for is not on. Especially when you charge £4.90 for postage. I have wrote an email to you and am awaiting a full refund of my money.
