I had bought this case for around 60 pounds, 2 weeks later it broke in the corner while i was taking my case off. Can you imagine? You pay 60 pounds for a case and it breaks couple weeks later. i mentioned this problem to them and they are very slow into responding to email, so do not expect a quick answer from them. i had to call them 2 times to see what is the status of this order. It now has been 1 week since this problem has occurred and it is still not fixed. After some time days i received an email saying that i should send back the case to see whether or not i will get reimbursed by the supplier. So they want me to spend another 10 pounds to ship the item back to them. this will come to a 70 pound plastic case... If you are reading this, i highly do NOT recommend you to use this company. ( Not to mention that when i had ordered it , it said 4 days delivery. It came in 1.5 weeks...) Watch out !
I found the cover set I wanted but the postage was nearly as much as the item. They do say you pay the same postage for whatever you order but I find this a bit of a cop out as most people I suspect do not want anything other than the item they are looking for. If I had been able to find this anywhere else I would probably have bought it elsewhere. It was small enough and light enough that properly packaged it could have gone large letter at about half the price.
The service was fine and the product arrived within a few days so I have no complaint there. The item was exactly as I expected.
On line ordering very easy with competitive pricing and a good selection. Order confirmed then next day email saying goods had been dispatched nothing appears in next five days. I then email customer services for update, no reply for two days. I am then informed that they are unable to dispatch goods as they don't have my correct address, despite being told the goods have been dispatched 5 days earlier ? I had had no communication that there was a problem and wonder if I would have been informed had I not inquired. I check the original order to find the correct address had been given which also corresponded with my credit card address and email customer services again . Two days later I received a reply saying the goods had been dispatched. They eventually arrived four days later one of the items being incorrect but to be fair i may have mis-ordered and I feel it will be another saga to send it back for the correct item as it took three weeks to deliver the original all of which was in stock !!
Placed an order for MacBook Air 11 Booq Viper Hard on 18 April. Got an email on 23rd of April saying that item will be shipped 1 May 2013. I said it is fine and I am willing to wait. I waited until 10 May 2013 to give them some time to ship and when it has not arrived I sent them an email asking when I will receive item. I got an email back stating "We already sent you a mail that we unfortunately had to cancel your credit card payment because we cannot accept payments of large amounts by credit card. Please transfer the money directly to our bank account and inform us by email once you have made the payment" I never received any email regarding that so they are fibbing. FFS I bought my bike on a card for £2439 and you cannot process £62? Anyway I sent payment via bank transfer as requested that same day and asked them to despatch immediately. I received an email 13 May "We wish to inform you that your payment has gone through and that we are going to ship your order asap." Whether they have or not is beyond me as it is still marked as undispatched on their website. Avoid if you don't want headache. Very unprofessional company.

Placed order on the 19th march money taken from my account 21st march havent recieved order as to date 30th march e mailed company 2 days ago had no reply as yet will never order anything from their website again will also be tellin friends not to bother as payin for nothin

Am actually appaulled that after ordering a mobile phone battery on Wednesday 14th March 2013 and after not recieving it by Monday 18th March and calling your company and being assured it had been sent and recieving another email confirming it had been sent, even though I thought it had been sent the first time. To now get to 25th March and be still faced with NO DELIVERY of the product I paid for is not on. Especially when you charge £4.90 for postage. I have wrote an email to you and am awaiting a full refund of my money.
Wanted a Sena case for my iPhone and found just what I wanted on this site. Much cheaper than anywhere else I looked. It arrived very quickly and was exactly what I was after. Very happy to recommend this site.

Ordered my product Monday am, received in the post 4 days later and well packaged. I will not hesitate ordering further products in the near future from this outlet. This was my second order, the first one was out of stock, although when the order was placed it was showing "in stock"
so placed a new order for 2 SENA cases, both showing in stock, order placed on 5/2/13, I was then advised that it was out of stock, but expected in in 5-7 days, (you know where this is going, this went on until I got fed up with it on, so on the 23/2/13 I sent an email to cancel the order, and placed a new order directly with SENA cases in the US, I then received an email on the 26/2/13 to say my order had been shipped (3 days after I cancelled it.
nothing they can do, I have to return the items, that I have now been charged for, so refused delivery, got UPS to "return to sender" and waited, eventually on the 5/3/13 I have had an email to say my refund is being processed.
As an additional note, I ordered 2 SENA cases which with express shipping came to £62.30, but when I ordered direct from SENA it only cost £54.66, and arrived by FEDEX international in 3 days.
NOT impressed with this company, will never use or recommend them.
I orederd an LCD screen over a week ago when I received it, it didn't even work was second hand so basically mugged me off a beut. So I sent it back for replacement and a week later here I am still waiting. It cost me 20 pound and I still have nothing to show for it. This is bang out of order and incredibly unacceptable. What a disgrace of a company.

I ordered a Zagg invisible shield extreme for my Iphone 5 because it offers incredibly good protection and has a 25 year guarantee. I thought I was ordering the full body protection version but I received a front cover only. When I checked I realised it was my mistake but combined with a hard shell case my phone is now well protected.
The first time I placed my order on the website the payment didn't go through so I rang up and got straight through to someone who helped me out. I chose My Trendy Phone because their prices were competitive and I could see that they were based in Ipswich. I don't like online companies that don't seem to have a proper address.
Delivery took 3-4 days and it arrived in good condition.
This company is excellent. this was highlighted when you compare it to a company called PDA Hut (avoid at all costs) who did not send us the same item, we waited for weeks, they did not communicate with us beyond an automated response to say they would reply. As yet they have not replied. Its over a month since we placed the order with them. Even if it was on back order a email to say when the expected date of delivery was would of been something. Therefore we ordered it from MyTrendyPhone and we had it in no time, and the item was excellent too. My advise, stick with MyTrendyPhone, they will not let you down.

Well, I tried Amazon for a case for the HTC and got 2 inferior products which were either too big or too small.

I required a digital camera battery that was hard to find on other sites. I was able to order a battery which was delivered in a short time and was certainly value for money. I will use this site again.
Having ordered a new Piel Frama case for my phone, I was impressed with the speed of delivery considering I placed the order on a Bank Holiday weekend. The item was well packaged and arrived safely. I ordered a black leather case but the item delivered was two tone black and tan, however as it looked so good on my phone I decided to keep it rather than raise a query.
