The ultimate

My samsung galaxy s wifi 5.0 car mount is perfect it holds the phone really nicely without interfering with the buttons it sticks to the glass with the vacuum suction pads really well.

1st experience very positive
As it was the first time I had ordered anything from MyTrendyPhone, I rang their online shop telephone number first to confirm that the item I was ordering from their website was in stock and available immediately. The gentlemen on the phone double checked their stock and advised that if I ordered it on Wednesdays afternoon it would definitely be there on Friday.
I ordered it, it arrived on Friday morning.

Thiefs and crap customer service
I would give no stars if it was possible...I ordered something on the 5th of march 2012.......STILL WAITING FOR IT NOW
They refuse to give me a refund and won't tell me where my order is....
They have basically stolen money from me....do not order from them!!!!!!

Be careful when making card payments!
I ordered a mobile phone and my payment went though fine (debit card). I called to check on the delivery and I was advised I would receive it the next day. I was then sent an email stating they have cancelled the order as they only accept bank transfer for large payments!
Nowhere on their website does it state this! I am annoyed at the waste of time as I now have to wait for the money to come back into my account (can take up to 10 days!).
They sent an email apologising for the inconvenience, and, that this was to safeguard my security and theirs. Fair enough, but, at least they can be direct and state on their website they only accept bank transfer for mobile phone purchases!
Why can these companies never see it from the customer's point of view? I was told I'd receive it next day when I called before and after making the order. My last phone broke and this was my replacement before travelling!
Now i've had to buy a budget £20 phone until the money is back into my account and re-order. It's just a massive inconvenience. I appreciate their apology, but, because of their lack of clarity I am out of pocket by £20. Had I known, i would have done the transfer instead of card payment!
Having said all that, the customer service & communication has been very good. it's one of the reasons I chose them to be honest, and, I hope this problem will be rectified. Lets see what happens..

Thank you for your review. We are really very sorry for the inconvenience caused, but this is a procedure for both your own and our safety, in order to reduce any risk of credit card fraud. This procedure is not stated on our website because it depends on each transaction, and this one was unfortunately flagged as unsafe by our accounting. The amount of time necessary for the money to reappear in your account depends solely on your bank, because the money never entered our account - the reservation was cancelled, and the money will be at your disposal again as soon as the reservation period has run out.
