Product never recieved after 10 days despite a phone call

Not a happy customer at all.
Am actually appaulled that after ordering a mobile phone battery on Wednesday 14th March 2013 and after not recieving it by Monday 18th March and calling your company and being assured it had been sent and recieving another email confirming it had been sent, even though I thought it had been sent the first time. To now get to 25th March and be still faced with NO DELIVERY of the product I paid for is not on. Especially when you charge £4.90 for postage. I have wrote an email to you and am awaiting a full refund of my money.

    We have sent your order on 14th March, the same day it was made. The order was sent by Royal Mail and delivery usually takes a couple of days.
    We have sent you an email asking to confirm your delivery address but no answer, also we can not find your email with cancelation request.
