Good service, good product
Order received when expected thanks - not superfast, but came when they said it would.
I was waiting to give a review till we had installed it and made sure it didn't
leak, as we had lots of problems with the last one we'd bought from a different

1st class service
I ordered a pump from them just before the Bank holiday weekend (not usually a good idea) but it arrived in double quick time and I was kept updated by E mail at each stage of the process. I would strongly recommend them.

Good Communication of delayed order
I needed a flow cartridge for an armitage shanks tap. My Tub had a good web site to find the item which i ordered. it was out of stock but they kept me informed and delivered on the promised day. The cost was good too

Great price and friendly personal service
I was happy to find exactly the products I wanted, with full descriptions so I was confident in what I was ordering. The price was very good too. I didn't expect the level of service at that price, but I was really pleasantly surprised. In particular, they changed the delivery date to suit me with no fuss, and then on the day phoned me back and got the delivery team to phone me, to make sure I would be in when they arrived. Faulty unit replaced without fuss
Really impressed with MyTub. I've used them a handful of times for various bits and bobs costing just a few pounds, to over a hundred. Recently I ordered a showerhead and riser rail which was delivered promptly and with plenty of delivery updates. However within a few weeks the showerhead had broken.
I emailed MyTub's customer service dept and they quickly replied to say that they'd sort it out. Which they did. Replacement came just a couple of days later and all I had to do was to swap the faulty showerhead with the new one and return the rest of the package with the delivery driver. Perfect. Highly recommended.
